Love the food but service was UNPLEASANT. I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn't for the bad encounter. I have a disturbing experience to tell. So, my father, sister, and I went to this restaurant not too long ago. We got some lamb hamburgers which were phenomenal. We asked them to be fully cooked, thankfully they were fully cooked which I am grateful for. But, what we didn't really like was the service. The 3 of us came in and there was a lady at the right side where they have cutlery and napkins. The moment we stepped in there, that woman looked at us and she just stared at us, she made an unpleasant look (disgusted face) but what bothered us was that she was mainly staring right at my dad w/ a disgusted face! She didn't even greet us or most importantly guide us on what we where supposed to do. Mind you, that was our 1st time being there. So, my dad awkwardly leads us to a table. Which we later found out that we were SUPPOSED be taken to a table by the employees NOT us choosing a table. But, how where we supposed to know when that lady wouldn't say anything and just made faces and stare. Again, we were new to that place, it was our very 1st time being there. Anyway, we walk to a table and sit. Another lady with blonde hair attends us and asked what we wanted. We ordered our hamburgers and fries and waited. A kind lady came to refill our drinks once and awhile which we do appreciate her kind behavior. But, we still felt uncomfortable being there just because of that weird disrespectful encounter. While we waited and even after we got our food, we noticed that the same lady that gave my dad a disgusted face would welcome other people with NO PROBLEM. She would greet them, ask how many people were going to eat, and if they were going to eat outside or inside. From there we clearly knew she had a problem with us in particular. We know she had a problem with us because she welcomed everybody else in there like a customer should be treated. I know there are bad customers who treat employees badly but we are not the kind to disturb, make a mess or yell at someone. We were there to SIMPLY EAT in peace. Which at the end we rushed eating because it was uncomfortable. Oh, once we did finish, they immediately gave us the check, we paid, and I kid you not it seemed as if they were rushing us to get out. Anyway, I got no problem with her attending people nicely but what bothered us was her unwelcoming stare especially to my father. Which it bothered the 3 of us. I don't know if this would bother other people but for us it was disturbing. We didn't have a stupid costume nor did we look funny. I know it because everybody in that room had no problem with us being there, people minded their business and so did we. It is very unfortunate because this was our 1st time going there and instead of having a pleasant time and meal, we had an uncomfortable meal & encounter just because ONE employee decided to STARE. What kind of service is that?! What she did was disrespect. So, food was excellent but HER service was not great. I do appreciate the other employees who did their job and not stare. Especially the one who refilled our drinks and would offer other customers more tea. Sorry for the long rant but I felt like I had to share this unpleasant experience making it all an uncomfortable meal which could of been avoided.
