I'm giving them 1 Star (cause zero isn't available) not because both of my shirts in a two shirt order got screwed up. One was the wrong shirt and other shirt has a large darker grey square on the front of the shirt.
The reason for the 1 Star is they have not responded to any of the Staff emails nor their on-site contact form. It's been a week and after multiple attempts, I'm going to ask the credit card company to reverse the charges.
When you call their phone # the message says for faster service use our email address. And not surprisingly the mail box is full. I'm sure full of complaints. If you don't want to talk to live customers than respond to your "customer service email".
It's been awhile since I've gotten no response to a problem, so congrats to 500 Level t-shirts you've established a new low in customer Non-service.
