Ordered a sweet Coby White tee-shirt for my son, intended it to be a Christmas gift, but after the initial order confirmation text this company went silent. After 4.5 days of silence, I got a bit concerned and reached out via email; about six hours later received a response, and to paraphrase: not going to happen by Christmas, we're overwhelmed, faulty equipment, no expedited shipping, here's a 30% off coupon, followed by a notification that my order had been refunded (this over two conversations).
I'd honestly have been OK with this had 500 Level just been honest, and reached out to me (and other customers) when they realized that delivery by Christmas wasn't going to happen. Things happen, I get it, but again you don't just take somebody's money, go silent, and hope nobody notices you're not shipping their Christmas gifts on time. This feels dishonest, and even with a 30% discount I don't trust this company enough to make another purchase.
Cool shirts though, I really hope they get it together.
