505 Fix Food Truck

If I could I would give these folks 100 stars for service. They sold out of chicken, not once, but twice in the same evening! As my luck would have it, I, of course, just barely missed out, twice... a few moments after I had left the second time, the gentleman, I assume the owner, found me and surprised me with the most delicious chicken green chili enchilada I have ever had!! You guys are truly amazing and your food is absolutely delicious!!

This is a bite of my childhood. Jason and Julia are the absolute nicest, and their food is a true taste of New Mexico. We have it at least once a week, and Grand Junction is lucky to have a food truck of this caliber with good people who care this much about the flavor, quality, and authenticity of their food and the building community with their patrons. We feel like we’re part of the family!

I love this food truck! We had ordered stuff carne sopapilla, chicken tacos, and to top it off, honey drizzled sopapillas. Best place to get your New Mexico fix! They are using real New Mexico Chile with everything made fresh. Amazing customer service! I will continue coming back.

Jason and Julia are incredible humans who care, get to know their customers, and are living their dream. Everyone should support that. Lucky for those who know, their food is even more incredible. We are absolute regulars and so thankful that real New Mexican food is available in Grand Junction (FINALLY!) I'm delighted when they sell out because it not only means they're being supported by people with taste who want more than just chain restaurants in this town, it means I get to order from them because they're thriving. Having to cross state lines to get New Mexican food is what's actually expensive. And I can tell you, it ain't this good. Thanks, guys!

Sold out of nearly everything. Ordered soft flour pork tacos. Received hard corn crunchy tacos that were very dry. The sauces were not very good so I didn’t even use them. The side of chips and salsa were stale and the salsa tasted like Pace. Unfortunately will not order again whenever they’re around and definitely not worth the $15 (not including tip) I paid.

Our favorite food truck in the valley and there’s no one like it. It’s the only place you can get authentic New Mexican food. HUGE portions, fast and friendly service, and a great meal with quality, real ingredients. My grandmother and I have our usual orders (chili fries with carne Christmas style, and carne stuffed sopapilla with green chili) and each time we order it’s perfect every time. We’ve definitely made into our weekly/monthly routine and will travel to wherever they’re located that week. Give it a try and you won’t regret it !

SO DELICIOUS!! Chile relleno is my fave, it's so crispy and has a tasty kick of spice. Also how is the rice so amazing?? And don't sleep on the sopapillas! Yum yum yum 😋

Ok, first of all, the kitchen in this cart is ridiculously clean. Spotless, even. But then, the food. Insanely delicious. Humble but polished. Tasty, above all. Five stars no doubt. Get you some chile!
