Great place for a casual lunch/dinner with family or friends. Super nice staff and a pretty decent happy hour, I got a Chardonnay for $8 (which is the price of one bottle of anyways but still pretty cheap) and it tasted not great but it was affordable which I love. Nice fries, very chunky and big and SUPER quick service!!! 5 stars for the overall price and friendliness, it did occasionally smell really bad outside I think there was a sewer nearby or something but definitely not their fault

First time at 520 Bar & Grill. I guess you need a reservation to sit down and the host was really snobby about it lol - all good. We asked if we could sit at the bar and if it was full service and it was, but she didn't even offer the bar seating which was empty (as a business owner I would tell my hosts the bar is open seating if you don't have a reservation.) Bartenders were busy, but attentive. The food was okay I got the fish and chips and my spouse got the lamb burger. Later my spouse had the runs from the burger but I was fine. The Bellevue lemon drop drink was delicious though. The atmosphere is okay from where we sat at the bar, but the outside seating looks nice. Might try again :)

Super cute spot, loved the outdoor garden section, the spinach dip appetizer was so delicious, the Cajun chicken sandwich was huge and also full of flavor! Staff was very friendly and accommodating for our large party

The place was nice, especially on a sunny beautiful day in Bellevue area and you can sit outside. I'm guessing they might have live performances once in a while based on the stage look-a-like. But to me, the food was mediocre. Burger was not seasoned enough, bland. I did like the shrimp, but now that I think of the menu it's weird how there's rice and toasts in the plate it's as if the toasts are there to fill up the plate. For location to meetup, this place is great. For food, they need improvements. Service was attentive and friendly.

Its a cool spot and the overall food and drinks were good. Food was not exceptional but certainly adequate.

Great cocktails (cucumber cooler & watermelon mint were refreshing for a warm day) … the Huckelberry cocktail 🍸 was phenomenal Service was spot on our kids Sautéed Garlic prawns 🍤 recommend tooo

To be fair we only ate appetizers, but for me I felt the food was just mediocre. We had drinks which everyone seemed to enjoy and the service was great. We had two birthday girls in our party and they were offered free desserts which I thought was perfect for the evening.

I go here during my lunch break a couple times a month and have to admit it is a very nice experience. Great atmosphere for a lunchtime bar, not too loud, and very friendly service. I often sit at the bar, and am delighted by their non-alcoholic options to pair with my meal.

I had a great lunch at the place while meeting with a vendor. The outdoor area was nice and clean and quite large for the area. Service was quick and we were seated and tended to in a timely manner. We were checked on plenty. Our table got the Cajun chicken sandwich and southwest salad. Both were excellent and we were very happy with the quality. The Caesar for a side wasn't the best but good. I would definitely like to go back and enjoy the indoor section and sit at the bar. It looks nice and my kind of place. I will definitely go back. Prices seemed fair as well.

No question 5 stars! This place is the truth. Located in old town Bellevue, in a perfect location. It's rare to get high scores in all categories, but this place does. The wait staff is very friendly, attentive, and make the atmosphere great. The food is amazing and the drinks follow the same rating! I actually went to 520 for lunch on back to back days. They claim to have the biggest and best wings in the area, and I wholeheartedly agree. Also try the steak bite appetizer.

Barely any decent vegetarian options! Ordered the nachos and it was just chips and cheese - barely any other toppings nor any beans on top. Not flavorful either. Got the apple cider but it was not hot enough and too sweet. The dessert was good and delicious. Probably won't revisit this spot.

Probably one of the best patios on the Eastside. When the weather is nice, 520 is top of my list. Always love coming here for happy hour or lunch, the ambiance is cozy inside and staff are super friendly and attentive. Burger is fantastic and salads are always great as well.

We love coming here when the weather is nice as their patio area is amazing. Nothing beats al fresco dining when the sun is out. Recommended Dishes: Tender Steak Bites Northwest Crab Cakes Blackened Salmon Sandwich Now they offer live music on some nights! Service is efficient and friendly.

Go here often, and have always sat inside. This time we sat on the patio- game changer! My table could have lovely conversation our entire meal with the pleasant live music in the background. Inside is so loud and I'm always tired by end of meal from straining to hear and talking so loud to be heard- I get it, some people love that, but I really appreciate the patio option! No matter what you prefer for seating, you can count on great service, both friendly and professional. And you can count on fantastic food! Our party had Steak, Salmon, Salmon Burger and a special and drinks and everything came out hot and delicious!!

The Hostess could've been a bit kinder and more respectful. The food was cold when received. Nice ambiance just would like some kinder service.

This place is a hidden gem! The drinks and fish tacos were delicious! I will be back!!

520 Bar & Grill is a very lively restaurant. The interior is dimly lit, and it is decently loud and busy. We had a reservation for Wednesday dinner, so there was no wait time. It seems like the restaurant was pretty busy, so it might be a good idea to get a reservation in advance. I ordered the 520 Spinach Salad with chicken (blackened or grilled). I personally ordered the grilled chicken, and it was delicious. I've been craving something fresh and light, and this is the perfect dish for that. I also loved the strawberry vinaigrette -- a perfect dressing to make the salad sweet and fresh!

Was a meat fest when I went for happy hour- maybe 2 other female customers. If that's your vibe, go for it. Staff are really nice. Club soda is free. Decent HH menu, portion is decent for the price.

We popped in here yesterday around 1:00. They offer street parking but not sure about a private lot as we were walking. It was a hot day but we did want to sit outside. They have a nice outdoor area and quite a few umbrellas to help avoid the direct sun. They seated us at a table that worked. Our server was friendly and prompt and kept bringing new water carafes as we emptied them. I like when restaurants do this so we don't have to wait for them to fill individual glasses. The menu offers many lunch selections - and a brunch menu as well. We ordered a club sandwich which had the option of coming with a Caesar salad. It was exactly what one wants out of a club. Delicious! My dinner mate had the steak salad and loved it. It offered plenty of steak. Both plates were a nice size. This is a nice lunch stop.

The food is all right, we have asked to be moved to a different table the HOST said NO I mean I understand if there is no open table but the way it was communicated NO. Anyway after that I was about to tear my lips by chipped wine glass and when let the waiter know Ive been asked, " was it chipped when I served it ???!!!!" I mean ??? F chipped wine Glass ???? And you come up with that response, no im sorry oh My God or something show they care anyway very disappointing

Lovely sitting outside on the patio on a beautiful day. We sat a while before we could flag down a server to order (I think they were putting up decorations). I had the breakfast burrito. It was pretty good. I was hoping for more beans and other veg, but it was mostly egg and felt kinda heavy. I did really enjoy the couple of bites of chirozo I found in it. The crispy potatoes were delightful. My friend ordered an omelet and requested no peppers or tomatoes. It had tomatoes, which the server noticed as he set it in front of her. He offered to have a new one made, but at that point, we'd both be eating alone. So she just kept it. At least it was a preference and not an allergy.

My husband and I really like 520 Bar & Grill's breakfast and brunches. Personally, love the Spicy Spanish Burrito, it's a great portion and super tasty!

On Sunday I wanted to take some friends out for a bit to eat. Unfortunately we ended up late because traffic was so bad. When we arrived though we immediately got seated outdoors on their patio. There was live music, but not too loud that you can't talk so it was great. We ordered their nachos for an appy which was in my opinion fantastic! Their Arnold Palmer's though could use some work, they didn't taste at all like one. As much as I enjoy this place parking is only on the street or paid parking lots as are many of these downtown Bellevue locations.

The ambiance of the indoor seating seemed to be dark and moody. There is both indoor and outdoor seating! The outdoor seating has nice lights and is very nice even at night! Most people were seated outside! The service was pretty good. The waiter checked up on us frequently! We ordered three things the pita & hummus, wings and nachos. These were all very good and would recommend. I went again recently and had their Southwest Chicken salad for lunch and it was pretty good as well! Would recommend all to stop by here and get some food and drinks to enjoy this summer.

My friend and I came to 520 Bar & Gril 4:30pm. Still Happy Hour time and took seat outside. Tables and chairs surrounded by vinyl are set outside. Service guy was a nice smiling and kindly. Happy hour 2pm-5pm/ 8pm-close Sun-Thur 2pm-5pm/10pm- close Fri & Sat Available indoor and outdoor *but not available for take out. We ordered Hot wings, Cheese curds and 520 Spinach salad. We don't drink alcohol but no problem for HH here. I liked 520 spinach salad, fresh and combination w spinach and sliced strawberries are delicious. Hot wings are little spicy for my friend but not for me. Cheese curds is easy finger food. I would like to try another HH menu next time.

When you're hanging out in Old Bellevue there are a couple of things you don't expect: 1) to be able to find parking even remotely close to where you're going 2) to be able to find a good happy hour deal that won't break the bank For both of these reasons, I was stunned to stumble upon the 520 Bar & Grill recently when I had a meeting nearby and was craving a beer afterward. I'd actually even managed to find a parking spot almost right in front of this restaurant, so it was definitely kismet. I grabbed myself a seat at the bar and the bartender appeared almost instantly to take my order. I grabbed a Mac 'n Jack's (#drinklocal) and a chicken quesadilla. The beer was so cold I had to wonder: do they store their kegs on ice?! Seriously, though, I LOVE a cold pint and this one was fabulous. I'll try to remember this next summer when it's blazing hot outside and I'm craving a TRULY cold one. The quesadilla was also delish. I like 'em pretty crispy, and this one did not disappoint. It was full of chicken, cheese, and served with what tasted like a house-made pico. And since it was happy hour, this whole meal cost only $17! I'm telling you, that is unheard of in Old Bellevue. (Or really, Bellevue in general, in my experience.) This place feels like one of those hidden gems you don't want everyone to know about. Except, I do!

waited for an uncomfortably long time to be greeted at bar seating at 3p on a Friday. That said, the Cadillac Margarita was huge and delicious (Lunazul for a Cadillac is a bit odd, though). Short ribs and calamari were both great

Hit up this bar in the evening, great vibes, shame I'm not much of a drinker - "Sesame Ginger Cauliflower Bites" as an appetizer , were too salty for my liking. - "Steak Gorgonzola," is great. I ordered it rare and swapped out the mashed potatoes for a side salad.

Came here for the first time because we wanted to lunch with the dogs. I thought it would be miserable because the temps were in the 30s and being on a patio in those temps are rough for someone who spent the last decade living in the miserable 100 degree weather in the Burbank sun. They had plastic tenting but I didn't see heating lamps. Funny thing is they didn't need them. It was a sunny day, so the heat from the sun was bathing over us to the point that everyone had their jackets off. We got the spinach and artichoke dip and that was cheesy and solid. We also ordered the steak bites (wanted to make sure we could slip the pups a treat) and they were sooo soft and the sauce was perfect. I expected they would be tough because who serves steak bites for apps, but this was so tender and delicious. The 520 burger was really good. They gave me a generous amount of mayo and bbq sauce on the side and I need lots of of that stuff so our waiter did right by us. Thanks PG! Mom really liked the Asian White Fish in a ginger glaze and smothered with almonds. The restaurant is located in a cute little area in Bellevue where there are lots of little shops and restaurants within the same couple of blocks. Can't wait to come back and try this place on a sunny day.

Hands down one of the best places for a nice time, great environment and great service! We ordered the wings and they were PREFFFECT! We also ORDER the spicy chicken chipotle salad, and it was to die for! Kudos to the amazing bar staff and the great cooks. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

I came here today with my family and the server was friendly and great we got our food and everything was great until we got our chicken partially raw some parts were pink and inedible. So we asked if they can recook it not making a big deal complaining or anything. They took it to re-cook I thought until a women different from our server came back asking us how and where it was uncooked?!? She had a horrible attitude and asked as if WE were at fault. The chicken was UNCOOKED is it so difficult to recook it?? We showed her and she said that's just how chicken is EXCUSE ME?!? besides that the rest of our food was amazing and our server was nice. But extremely rude of her to tell us it's not uncooked when it was pink.

Great place to catch a game! Food is good, not amazing but good. Extremely loud when the restaraunt is full, hard to hear the person next to you. Friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be back!

The bad: served water with a silverfish (zygentoma) paddling in it. My arachnophobic daughter noticed it after taking a sip. The not so good: the soup du jour (chicken) was the mushy consistency of soup left simmering all day on a back burner. The crab cakes "bursting with crab" were creamy in the center, an undercooked blend of ingredients. The good: friendly waitress. She smiled sympathetically when showed the zygentoma. But no token of sympathy on the bill.

520 Bar & Grill is one of our go to places on the Eastside. It's a bar atmosphere, we usually go because it's casual, quick, and decent food. It's good for drinks before dinner, dinner, and watching sports (but I rarely do that). Haven't done brunch yet though. The staff is always nice. Would recommend a reservation on busier nights like Fridays and Saturdays, but we have been able to get a table pretty easily on less busy days. Their classic margarita did taste like it had too much sour mix, but their seasonal drink, the Main Squeeze - a twist on the margarita, was delicious! We enjoy trying their seasonal drinks, but their classic cocktails are great as well. Steak frites was good quality for a reasonable price.

Such a good vibe! 520 always plays good music and the food is always consistently good. I came here with a group of 7 and was seated quickly. Our food came out fast and it was delicious. I got the Steak Gorgonzola. Steak was cooked perfectly. Wish it was a bigger portion but it's okay.

The food is always great & prepared perfectly. Brandon is our favorite server at lunch and he's friendly and very helpful. The avocado bacon cheeseburger is the best!! One of our favorite things to order.

This is a great go-to for some pre-night funk, day drinking, happy hour or dinner. I love their Cajun chicken sandwich & innovation fries. The steak salad rocks too and for those gluten free they have great street tacos. The margaritas are out of this world!

**The restaurant version of Abercrombie & Fitch** This restaurant is found in old Bellevue near Bellevue Park/Square. They have a great drink selection, and an okay food menu. Food -- if you're going for brunch, I would recommend the steak and eggs. If you're going midday, try the steak bites (Note: it's literally just perfectly cooked steak--they don't have any sides that would pair with this). Ambiance -- I would suggest sitting outside. The inside is kind of stuffy/humid, which is unfavorable during the summertime. Service -- It appears like they pick and choose who they give good service to. There's definitely a "vibe" here, and if you dine here I think you'll pick up what that vibe is. I went here with my partner earlier this afternoon, and we wanted to sit outside they didn't have any seating readily available, so we chose a table inside. The people behind us got seated outside maybe a minute or two after we sat down, and we requested to sit to be moved after that. When we finally got outside, it appeared that there was a significant amount of seating. We saw many parties get seated fairly quickly outside, but didn't see that many people leave. There may be context I'm missing but I doubt it. Additionally, I saw a hostess put a party of three at the sidewalk seating. It seemed like they wanted to sit at the table next to us (it seated 4-5), but the hostess declined, and that spot (which was open and available) remained open for another 6 minutes, until we saw a party of 4 get seated there. I was prepared to call a manager over to express my disgust, but I've had at least 3 bad experiences with service, with no improvement, so I let it go. Our server was nice but not attentive. I noticed they did not come to our table for almost 10 minutes; but went to the tables around us 3 times each during that time. I let him know it wasn't okay, and he just had this look on his face like he had no idea what I was talking about. Before someone asks, I always tip at least 20%, and even though I gave him constructive criticism, I still gave him 20% (although I probably should have tipped much lower). This is probably my last time coming here since more restaurants opened up in Bellevue Square I would recommend coming here if you want good drinks and want to sit outside, but don't expect stellar service. Overall- 2/5 stars

Came here during the sunny weather, we were on a walk with the dog. Thankfully they were able to seat us outside on the patio, which is pet friendly. We got a few apps to share alongside some drinks. Everything was fine, tasty but nothing to really rave about. For the price of each dish, portions were small. The patio had a nice vibe, I honestly didn't even know they had outdoor seating until this time in!

This is our Go to Place for weekends.. for Drinks,Starters & Desserts Love there Nachos The best thing we had are there Garlic Fries.. it's not in there Menu but we asked the bar Guy there if chef can make us.. & they made It was THE BEST LOVe it.. we use to Special go there for Garlic Fries & Drinks Mostly every weekends.. but from our last 2 Visit there.. the staff there are Saying us Directly NO for Garlic Fries & that's very very Disappointing.. hence we have Stop Visiting but really wish if they could made us Garlic Fries agn Bez we Love that.. bar Guy Name Perco is the best.. he alwys makes us Best Drinks.. also havnt seen him past our Last 2 visits.

Very attentive to our large group. We sat outside and there was great music playing. Allow yourself time to find parking as that was a major hassle. But it's in a super cute area for walking around. Food came quickly. The steak with Gorgonzola was perfection. They do need to replace their water glasses. They are old and plastic which give the appearance of them being dirty.

A favorite spot when we used to live in Seattle. Visited recently again and the food is still great. Fun ambiance and the location in Main Street is perfect for checking out other shops too!

Stopped by after the Mariners game! I've eaten here probably 5 times. Everything was great tonight! Sidney, our server was perfect! The food, delicious. I think this is my favorite semi casual restaurant in Bellevue! I love the outdoor space.

520 Bar & Grill is amazing! Their outdoor seating and live entertainment was splendid. Furthermore, they were able to host a large group of eight + a dog on short notice, even going as far as combining two tables and to accommodate our large group, even though they didn't have to. The food was delicious, with the seasoning of the fries perfectly complimenting the texture of the fries and the burger being cooked to perfection. The 520 Bar & Grill went above and beyond, and thus they have my gratitude and support!

Food was absolutely horrible!I ordered a burger medium well and it came out bloodied where blood was pouring on my plate. I sent it back and instead of cooking it medium well, they cooked it well done! This is absolutely unacceptable! There is no reason why a cook at this place cannot cook at $22 burger medium well. Austin was absolutely amazing by the way through all of this! He removed the burger off of my bill and displayed the best customer service!

We love boating into the marina and walking to the 520. Great food. Great music. Great service. I even got them to add the Hugo Spritz to their drink menu!!

Absolutely amazing experience at 520 Grill - My Bartender/Server Shaula was not only patient but warm and inviting. The drinks I ordered were perfect - Made in a timely and very efficient fashion.

Great food and excellent service. The short ribs are the best we have ever had! I could eat that every night for years!!! My wife was in a wheel chair and they were very accommodating for us and even moved us after trying to an inside table. We sat out side and the gave us blankets and moved a heater near us. It was great!! Inside can be noisy, so we prefer the outside table.

Only came for drinks, so this is sitting at a 3/5 for now. Overall, I liked the layout of 520, but the music on the weekday at 6:30 pm was SO loud. My friend commented on it too - and we were sitting outside. Even for people who grew up and loved the 2000's club and pop era, it was too much. If they had quieter music or softer music genres in general, it would compliment the vibe they are aiming for better. Had this been different, this would be a 4/5 and I wouldn't even have minded that my cocktail was $15 as much. The cocktail was still good, but at $15 I would have expected a more elevated experience. I'm still willing to come back to see if the situation is the same at other times, as the service and patio is nice besides that. Pros: great location and patio, friendly and attentive staff, interesting drink menu Cons: street parking, loud music, high prices

Love love the atmosphere! I enjoyed the music in the background, my food was delicious. Drinks were fab. I had crab cakes and My bartender was giving me all good vibes! I shall return! P.s they carry one of my favorite Vodka's 44 north huckleberry !

I came here for date night and it was great! We went on a Friday around 530pm and were told it was about an hour and half wait for a table inside. The bar was open and there were outside tables, so we opted for outside. It was a cold night so we were given blankets which I thought was fun. We ordered Moscow mules to drink and for food we got the chicken Caesar salad, calamari, and 520 burger. All 3 were absolutely delicious! Definitely a great spot

You need to sit at the bar and ask for "ILYA" an amazing server - the best server I have ever had in many many years. He cares about his patrons. Amazing food, ambiance and with ILYA's help, it was amazing experience!!!! - hats off to 520 grill for hiring an amazing server!!! - THE DRINKS WERE AMAZING!
