"While most of this show took place in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, it still has some strong ties to Brooklyn. This Fort Greene apartment is just one neighborhood over from Capote’s Brooklyn Heights basement apartment where he lived for 10 years throughout the 50s and 60s. The eclectic decor of this rental will take you back to a time when mid-century modern design met playful whimsy to create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The decadent fireplace, patterned couches, and upright piano are just some of the details we adore in this three-story three-bedroom, two-bathroom brownstone. Don’t neglect the terrace."

Good building. Nice apartments but incredibly bad management. A long standing tenant did not receive their deposit back. Unable to reach them on the phone. They will make every excuse in the book to avoid you. Completely unacceptable customer service for a building. Oh and plenty of construction noise for a very long time. Beware.

I can’t comment on the apartment units themselves but I came here to meet someone, waited for them in the lobby, then went up to the terrace, through the lounge. It was nice to have many places to sit in the lobby but the couches and cushions were all worn and dingy. One of the chairs had a couple of face masks wedged between the cushions (gross). When I went up to the floor with the terrace, we went through the lounge. The terrace had a garden and typical metal patio furnitures but a nice view which seems like it’s going to get blocked by new constructions that’s going on eventually. I used the bathroom which was in the lounge area. The hand dryer didn’t even work and there were no paper towels. There was a bar behind the toilet and on the side like the handicap stalls but when I tried to lower the toilet lid, whoever installed the bar behind the toilet had it go across the lid so you can’t even close it. It’s small details like this that makes me question the quality of these new constructions that is taking over NYC.

Worst experience in nyc parking ever. These people try and shake you down for more money to get your car quicker. If you don’t pay the e tea they purposely ignore you and make you wait until the end. I was on line with 50 other people after a concert and was one of the first to go give them my ticket. I ended up the last one to get my car 45 minutes later. Real lowlifes. Avoid this place at all costs!!

No one answer the phone, no one answer the emails . Online there is an application that doesn’t work but there are always spaces available true street easy but guess what is impossible to reach someone so what is that, a scam????
