544 Union

I recently went to visit a friend who lives at 544 Union Avenue in Williamsburg. This building is so clean and well kept. The workers in the building are very nice and attentive.

Clean, dog friendly building with lots of amenities; including a great rear courtyard (mini putting green, lounge chairs, grills, etc.), huge rooftop with Manhattan skyline views, and spacious gym. Great maintenance staff. Friendly neighbors.

All of the staff at 544 Union are great! Anytime we have a maintenance request, they come within 24 hours and are super efficient and friendly. Niko helped replace some light bulbs and clean the filters in our AC/heating units most recently and was great. Would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live in Williamsburg!

We have been living at 544 Union since the building opened, over 6 years ago. Originally, we rented a one bedroom and upon starting a family, we upgraded to a two bedroom. Our experience living here has exceed our expectations. The building's maintenance staff is amazing, the concierge service is thoughtful and friendly and the supervisor goes above and beyond. During the several lease renewals, the management office has been amazing, understanding and welcoming. Our family definitely recommends this building to anyone interested in having a positive experience and great apartment.

It is a great building with such a great crew of people who work here across the board. I love my apartment, the neighborhood, and how convenient it is to get into the city. I love living here! Would recommend 10/10!

I love living at 544 Union! I regularly use the gym, which is always clean and organized. The concierge staff are always helpful and personable. I feel very safe in the building and am proud to be part of it. On top of it all, it's a very dog friendly place and the roof top and terrace are amazing!

This is a regrettably poor use of a great location. the apts look nice but the quality is poor when things break, mgmt will charge tenants high fees to fix them. there are fees for everything. stuff as basic as gettign into your apartment if you get locked out. stuff that doesnt cost anything at any other buiding. the management company, heatherwood, likes to nickle and dime residents with very high fees for every little thing. The people who are working at the building are nice but management takes forever to respond to emails, is rude on the phone, and generally sucks.
