I visited this place for a job pool. This went great for me, thank God. The building was well built. The bathroom was clean. The security guard was extremely helpful.

terrible parking associates. Security told me to take the ticket, come in and then talk to the office lady for parking price adjustment. After we parked and went back on, the lady said it’s more than 5 min and there is nothing she can do.

It's just next to beautiful river. It's financial district of New York and surrounded by tall and iconic buildings.

**Not actually an ADA compliant building** Writing this review to warn other individuals with limited mobility and disabilities. My companion and I were denied access to the elevator to visit Sky55 and the escalators were not in service, even though ADA access was announced throughout the premise (pictured). This happened today, 8/7/23 at 5:30 ish pm. The man in charge of letting us into the elevator literally eyed my companion up and down and determined he was not disabled enough to use the elevator asking him if he was not able to walk. My companion's genetic condition makes walking upstairs a tougher task than others without mobility difficulties. My companion later told me he did not want to pick a fight and did not feel comfortable stating his disability so we left. It was not my place nor disability to educate the elevator man at that moment but I am absolutely disgusted that this type of discrimination occurs in 2023 and I will do what I can so this does not happen to others. Please do not allow others to determine the level of support you need to access public accomodations. Everyone deserves equal access to businesses and public locations! And no one should make you feel embarrassed or less than for being disabled. Discrimination based on disability is not a light subject. A formal ADA complaint has been made to the Department of Justice.

Great place just to chill and look over the water. There is also a helicopter pad where Countries leaders come in from.

I've only been in the lobby of this building but it's a very nice lobby. It's very comfortable, the seating arrangements is usually very good and somehow some way there's always a seat available for me when I get there. There's only been one time which was the last time I went, that I actually had to wait a few minutes for a seat but it wasn't long before I was sitting in the table and then extending it to the next person who came to sit down to eat.
