Went for a 5 course menu consisting of 2 starters, 2 main courses, dessert and "limited drinks" included (the limit is only on what's available and not the quantity). My girlfriend and I have never been before, reserved a table at a whim and went to 55 degrees. We have another place here in Arnhem we usually go to, but we felt like changing it up - They did NOT disappoint at all. While it's a tiny bit loud (just means everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves), the atmosphere was nice, and I didn't feel neglected by the amazing staff, which can happen when visiting a busy restaurant. We had the pleasure of 3 waiters, and all of them was super friendly, professional and accommodating. 55 degrees also has English menus in the restaurant (but not online, and Google translate really butchers the menu) and despite having issues pronouncing some of the ingredients/condiments the staff really tried their best at explaining the menu for me even when describing my GFs dish in English while she's native Dutch 😅 Naturally I can't comment on the size of plates for Ala carte, but if going for a menu course I would highly recommend going for 5 courses and "getting your drink on"! Plates are a tiny bit small, but that's to expected both for the prices and what's included. One final note: We came in 15 min early, and wasn't sure if our reservations went through. It did, and we got seated immediately! No fuzz, no sour faces. Just really professional. Definitely saving this place in my memory, for whenever we can't decide where to go to spend and amazing evening!

What a gem with phenomenal value for your €€€! We ate here during our small getaway to the Hoge Veluwe. Did not expect it would be such an amazing restaurant. We chose the 5-dishes menu option including drinks, where we can choose our own dishes. My favorite was the hertenbiefstuk (no pic) as a main course. It was so tasty! The portions are also reasonable, I definitely left super full. Most of the dishes have different textures and flavor profiles which harmoniously come together. For barely €65 pp on the weekdays for 5 amazing dishes (2 appt, 2 mains and 1 dessert) + unlimited wines/beers/non-alcoholic drinks (for abt 2.5hrs?) the value is amazing!!! Definitely haven’t found something like this in the expensive Randstad. Atmosphere was quite cozy and a tad of sophistication. Service was excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Truly recommended!!!

It is seldom that you walk by a place and think, this is too fancy for tonight. You do walk in and they say we are fully booked, but they will check what they can do for you. They place an extra table for you. You select the 5 course menu, which is only 65 euros including a list of beautiful drinks. They score a 5/5 for the food and a 5/5 for the accompanying wines! Brilliant concept! Had a delicious bread with beure noisette. A perfect tuna tataki, a sublime beef tartare, an amazingly tasty chilly prawns, a very tender tenderlion with excellent fries and sweet mayonnaise. A monshou cheese cake to never forget! And to top it off all served in my favourite service of Steelite. Hosted by exquisite and friendly staff! Definitely a must go to when you visit Arnhem and are a Foody!

Fantastic! It’s a “tasting menu” as opposed to a “filling menu”, which means the portions are small but food is great. We had the 5 course and drinks combination. I especially recommend the ‘Tuna Tataki’ starter and ‘Steak’ main. Came here for a business dinner and it didn’t disappoint with our waitress being delightful. The atmosphere is sophisticated but comfortable and would suitable for business dinners, dates or dinner parties. I highly recommend and I’ll be back so I might run into you here 😅.

Booked the restaurant 2 hours ago , when we arrived at the door , the service personnel already expected us and open the door for us !! What a nice welcome !!! After the personnel explained us the menu , we decided to have 4 courses menu with beverages package ! After tasting 2 meals ! We got really astonished with the amazing flavors of the food and we decided go all the way to 5 courses ! The food is so unbelievable tasty and high quality ! The chef is so creative and wonderful presented ! We are totally in love with it !! The service is no doubt friendly and professional! Ambience is so fine and comfortable! The restaurant is so cooling air conditioning during the hot weather ! Thanks so much for the whole team gave us a night will always remember !! We will come back soon!!

Lovely place with cozy ambiance. We chose 5 courses menu and we were quite full. The food were pretty and taste good especially the mushroom toast. The staffs were helpful and so friendly, very good service. However the dessert with fried banana overall was missing the sweetness, the lemon juice drop on top of choco crumbs made it so sour and i found it weird.

Good quality food,steak is tender & juicy.Starters and Desserts are satisfying also and everything is well presented.The place is chic and cozy,it’s big enough as it has 1st floor as well..Top service👌 We will surely be back..

Good food and a nice dinner with my family. The service was great! My little one was crying a lot at the beginning, but the staff was so kind—they brought some biscuits, paper, and a pen to help calm him down. Really appreciated! Definitely coming back again!
