The culinary offerings were satisfactory. We sampled their featured beef and chicken dishes. Complimentary noodles were available, and while soup typically incurs an additional charge, the server provided a small portion at no cost. The children's menu is complimentary for those under six years of age. However, the children's soup was excessively salty, which was unexpected. Considering the soup likely originates from the same source, this discrepancy is peculiar. Furthermore, the standard noodles we received lacked flavor. We have communicated these observations to the proprietor, and we trust they will investigate the matter within their kitchen.

Listen up, dolls, mama walked into this establishment with sky-high expectations and somehow they managed to serve me looks AND flavors that left me absolutely deceased! 💀✨ First up, that Hot And Sour Woodear Mushroom 德宏傣味木耳 had these little black beauties giving me TEXTURE and TANG in all the right ways! The mushrooms were perfectly chewy and you KNOW mama appreciates good texture, with just enough heat to make my lashes sweat but not enough to ruin this mug. The balance of flavors was absolutely divine! 太好吃了! But the real star of the show was that Signature Chicken Big bus Miishien 招财鸡肉过桥米线) because hunty, when I tell you this broth had me speaking in TONGUES! That white pepper hit harder than my contouring on a Saturday night, and I am HERE for it! The chicken was tender enough to cut with a fan, and those silky noodles were smoother than my leg shave routine, darling! This dish was absolutely 完美! And can we talk about the toppings? It was giving buffet realness but make it FANCY! So many little treasures to choose from including corn, greens, mushrooms, and all the fixings a queen could want. I was living my best customizable life over there! 太棒了! Now let me keep it real about the service because mama always tells the truth. The staff was fine, adequate, doing their job without any extra sparkle or pizzazz. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. They got the food to the table hot and fresh, which is really all that matters when the food is THIS good. Overall, 575 Miishien served me everything I needed and more! The flavors were bold, the portions were generous, and the experience left me satisfied in all the right ways. Would I go back? Absolutely! Would I recommend it to my fellow queens? Without hesitation! Five stars, no questions asked! 五星好评! 💅✨

Google
Delicious noodles at 575 Miishien! The flavors are rich and balanced, with fresh toppings and beautiful presentation. Warm service and inviting vibes make this spot worth returning to. One of the best Yunnan restaurants I’ve known.

Google
Very flavorful soup with signature wagyu beef. (4/5 if it had a little more beef, it would be 5/5 for the price). The noodles were great. The presentation was unique, which I appreciate. The signature chicken noodle soup was also good. (4/5 again if it had a little more chicken 5/5). The soup was a little different in taste. Very nice. The chicken was tender. We also had the cucumber salad. 5/5. All in all, I will be going back to try the other dishes.

Google
I love this place so much and whenever I want something soupy and hearty, this is my go-to place. the broth is heavenly and I love all the things I can add into my rice noodles. it’s a little pricey but i’ll definitely treat myself to a meal every once in a while!

Google
Authentic Yunnan flavors in a cozy, modern setting! I had a fantastic meal at 575 Miishien. The dishes were packed with bold, fragrant spices and unique regional ingredients — especially loved the Crossing the Bridge Noodles and the wild mushroom hot pot. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the space felt warm and welcoming without being overly busy. A great spot if you’re looking to explore beyond typical Chinese cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone craving something distinctive and delicious!

Google
It is my second time eating here. The food is absolutely delicious and the drink is also refreshing! The rice noodle is chewy and flavorful, better than anything I’ve ever had in the past! I will definitely come next time!

Google
Great spot right next to the movie theater! I ordered the spicy pork intestine rice noodles, and they were really tasty. The noodles were different from other places — super chewy and springy, which I loved. Definitely a nice surprise!

Yelp
One of the best beef noodle soup I've had in the area. I always asked for less spicy. Plenty unique side dishes to try with it.

Yurui C.

Yelp
Very delicious food and good service! One of my favorite rice noodle place. They serve the dish very fast.

Steve J.

Yelp
I pass by this restaurant every time I watch a movie at the AMC next door and was always curious about the food as there's always a steady crowd of people eating inside. I get the hype now, the signature wagyu miishien hit the spot. It was a unique experience with how the food gets served to you and it's a huge serving, plenty to share with 2 people. The broth cooks the ingredients and wagyu perfectly without overcooking it. Extra noodles at no extra charge was a great perk as well

Yelp
This is probably to the most authentic yunnan mixian place in Bay Area. I always stopped by here whenever I'm around the area. It's soooooo good! The video on loop about the owner is a bit too much lol

Yelp
We came here again for the new Fried Tofu. It was good, although a little bit expensive. The noodle is as good as usual. Will definitely come again :)

Yelp
Solid Yummy Yunnan Rice Noodles that meet expectations Food Quality: Standout dishes: Spicy Tofu Skin Salad and both mishien varieties delivered authentic flavors (Spicy Pork Intestine Mishien, Spicy Meat Paste Mishien) Minor drawback: Spicy broth was borderline greasy, good thing they are not too salty Portion surprise: Despite other reviews claiming small portions, we found them quite generous! Kid-friendly: Kid's Mishien was a hit with the little one Free dessert offer: They'll comp the Rose Flower Cake for a 5-star review (we obviously didn't take the offer ;-P) Service Experience: Friendly and attentive hostess and server Thoughtful timing: brought the kid's meal out first Value for Money: Generous portions left us completely satisfied Fair pricing for the quality and quantity Cleanliness: Needs attention: Water cups and utensils on the table were a bit greasy (likely post-lunch rush) Restroom: Okay clean but could use some improvement Note: Restroom cleanliness often reflects kitchen standards - something to keep an eye on

Yelp
The noodle (miishien)? Amazing. The broth was pretty solid too. I didn't like the sides that much though. It wasn't bad, it was just very basic. Nothing stood out. The intestine was very good, except it was too salty for my preference. The line was long when we went, and they did have a yelp waitlist. However, I don't know if they went down the waitlist, because when we went back to hovering over by the entrance (30 min later), they were able to clear up 4 seats by the long (shared) table. They didn't call our names though. I was pretty sure there were more groups in waitlist after us too, but there were only people getting things to go after we sat down. Service was friendly, but it was confusing at first since we were sitting on the shared table. I didn't realize the water pitcher is for sharing between everyone.

Yelp
Come early. It gets packed during lunch rush over the weekend. The food takes some time to come out too. You have to order from a QR code. I accidently selected Chinese and couldn't read the menu at alll, but we scanned on my husbands food and set the menu to English to work around that. We ordered the signature wagyu big bus miishien. It comes with rice noodles, wagyu and toppings. There is spicy oil and pickled veggies that can also be added to the soup. Without the spicy oil and pickled veggies , the soup itself can be a little bland. I wish the portion of toppings was larger , for example , the portion for wagyu was very tiny and it would have been better to add extra wagyu to the dish since my husband and I shared the dish. Overall, this is a unique spot for noodle soup. Haven't seen this type of dish before. Come early to avoid the crowds. Kids eat free from Monday to Thursday

Yelp
Big bus for the both of us. All the other items are spicy which doesn't work for me or our toddler. I felt like the waitress was really busy as there was only one. She did do a good job but from reading the reviews - you can get extra noodles with the waygu order which is what we got and our kiddo can eat for free which was also not obvious. Im not a huge eater and I felt like the food wasn't enough so knowing that you can get free extra noddles would have been useful. The broth was super savory - omg my toddler had an entire bowl of it.

Yelp
Always an amazing experience at 575. The people here are so kind and helpful when I'm trying to decide what to eat. The ambiance is clean and tidy inside. Food is quick and always yummy. I've tried the two types of cross bridges and it's always such a fun DIY experience. I've also tried the golden triangle and it's really good, a little spice and overall a very good balanced bowl of noodles. The restaurant is located in a big plaza next to the AMC 14 so there's always plenty of parking and lots to do around the area.

Queenie H.

Yelp
The taste was pretty standard and nothing particularly memorable, though the portion size was decent. Unfortunately, the noodles were clumpy and on the mushy side, which made the texture less enjoyable. A bit more attention to cooking the noodles would have made a big difference.

Yelp
Of course I was drawn to the high score and raving reviews when searching for a place to eat after the de Anza flea market... come to find, they provide a free dessert or drink if you give them 5 stars. After a long wait...FYI, THEY ONLY WAITLIST THROUGH CHOWBUS I ORDERED: Spicy pig ears appetizer - thinly sliced which is good if you are not a fan of the continuous crunch like I am - more garnishes such as the red onion and cilantro than the pig ears itself - to me, the spices and seasoning overpowered the pig ear and the dish - did not really compliment the main entrees - would not order again Golden triangle soldiers dry mixed - personally, my favorite dish of the bunch - tasted exactly like Dan Dan noodles without the bitter aftertaste - I appreciate the addition of the mushrooms - dish depended on the bunch of herbs and seasoning so most of the time that's all you tasted... (black pepper, chives, green onion, garlic, etc) - would order again Waygu beef - what was annoying is, we took this approach as shabu shabu because we did not want like the meat overcooked BUT three servers came by rushing us and pushing us to just put everything in so I am guessing they can hurry up and clean off the table... very annoying and very frustrating - the amount of sides to the soup proportion was crazy (teeny veggies with lots of soup) - greatest part of it all: I found a bunch of ants in the soup (no not black pepper, actual ants with legs) AMBIENCE: - small restaurant - few tables - has one large family style table with different people expected to be seated together - when we were there, they literally moved and pushed our table over WHILE WE WERE EATING to assist the adjacent table with more space; WTF. SERVICE: - see above - I am speechless in a bad way - you are expected to retrieve your own pickles, to go containers, etc (at least when I was there) - additionally, even though you can supposedly poke them or ring them on the chowbus app for the bill... this doesn't work. One of my companions literally had to get up and walk to the cashier. WHY THE 3 STARS? - I mean it is really tasty and well seasoned/flavored food. It's consumable aside from the ants and authentic. - good location with multiple parking (private parking lot and free) - while waiting, they were nice enough to provide us with toys and different flavored mints With their questionable antics, I wouldn't want to come back and support.

Yelp
Been here few times and the service and food has always been great. Recommended the signature wagyu one! It comes with free extra noodles which is always nice if sharing with kids.
google avatar

Meryl H.

Yelp
Really flavourful soup at this location. Unlimited noodles if you get the wagyu set. Love the condiments at the table. I would come again Pros The interior and the TVs play video about the chef so you get to know the process of how they make their soup. Their soup has alot of flavor for a bone broth. I liked everything here and the portions are large. If you get the wagyu set you can split and share Cons Some wait time Not as spicy to my liking. Other mifen places have alot more spice. The restaurant feels a bit cramped.
google avatar

Leonna T.

Yelp
My partner and I came here for a late lunch on a Saturday. We were seated immediately. It's super easy to order using the QR code at the table. Spicy Meat Paste Miishien: Spicy enough for the spiciest of palettes. Ground Pork Miishien: Mild but still strong enough to leave a slightly numbing feeling. I highly recommend this if you cannot handle much spice and allow the broth to shine through. Service was very quick and attentive. Serving sizes were very reasonable for the price. I'd come here again!
google avatar

Yelp
What I got: Wagyu beef pot : 5/5 A nice comfy meal, makes me feel like I'm getting healed from being sick! Service was nice, fast too! So if you're in a rush I feel like this place would be a quick meal. Depending on how many people are in, but when I went it was decently packed! My food came super fast! The ambiance of the place does suit the food? From how the place is design I thought this place would be gimmick-y but no the food is good!
google avatar

Yelp
I love rice noodles so I was super stoked to try 575 miishien and apparently so was everyone else! It was a busy Sunday when we arrived but thankfully we were seated quickly since we're only a party of 2. The spicy minced pork one I ordered was pretty standard and not very spicy - solid and delicious. The signature big bus was definitely the star of the show! You could tell the ingredients were premium quality, especially the wagyu of course! The rice noodles were also cooked to perfection in both dishes. The owner even came out to greet all the guests and check in on their dining experience. 10/10 meal!
google avatar

Deb W.

Yelp
Location is good. Place is clean. Utensils are in the drawer under the table. Service is spot on. They even help serve you when you order the wagyu soup special. The braised beef meat was so tender. The noodles were cooked well too. For the price I don't think I would order the wagyu beef special again. The menu is limited but I would come back for the braised beef.
google avatar

Emily W.

Yelp
We were seated right away around noon on a Sunday. It got very busy shortly after with lots of people waiting outside. Plenty of parking in the lot. Restaurant isn't super big. We shared the cucumber salad, stir fried porcini mushrooms, and the signature wagyu beef big-bus miishien. Cucumber salad was good but I felt like it could've used more acidity, so we added vinegar to it. Stir fried porcini mushrooms were pretty good - mushrooms were juicy and had a kick of spice from the peppers. Signature wagyu miishien was good. Meat was good quality, broth was light, meal didn't feel heavy overall. I liked that the noodles were unlimited! However, I do wish that they gave more portions of the veggies. Would come back to try other noodle dishes!
google avatar

Alicia W.

Yelp
Ordered the signature big bus beef noodle soup, it came with all the ingredients on the side and you place everything into the soup yourself which is fun. It also makes sure that the ingredients do not overcook. Good ambiance, a little noisy with kids / families around the communal table but very friendly and lowkey vibe with upbeat music playing. Service is bare bones but fast and friendly, they keep the place clean and the workers are quick with wiping down tables and getting water. Utensils and napkins are at the tables in a drawer.

Yelp
What a treat! MiShien 米線 is rice noodles, widely popular in Asia. This place claims to specialize in the YunNan style (there are many styles in China, more elsewhere in South Eastern Asia). We love this style can decided to check it out. During the lunch hours, the owner/chef came out to give every a candy that he personally brought back from China. Not common to see the chef in any Chinese restaurant, let alone one in professional uniform and behaved like a celebrity chef. We order the pre-cooked one (instead of the "bridge crossing" 過橋 style that you dunk the raw ingredients into a piping hot bowl). They were satisfyingly spicy, intense, and complicated in both flavors and texture. It's a rarity to enjoy comfort food so much. To the owner. Get your website working.
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
Food looks greats and reminds me of when I was in China. Nice interior and very spacious seating. Scan to order was also very convenient. Service was fast as well! Will come again!
google avatar

Se Ree H.

Yelp
Wanted to check out this place, and so glad I did. We ordered the Pot spicy ground pork miishien (spicy) with the spicy pig ears. It was definitely spicy and delicious! Everything is ordered through the QR code. Will definitely visit again!

Yelp
Authentic Rice Noodle Shop in San Jose. Stopped by here for a quick lunch and ordered two different kinds of rice noodles along with a couple of appetizers. I personally enjoyed their dry-mixed rice noodles more, thanks to the umami flavor from the mushrooms. The woodear mushroom dish was very refreshing, but it was also quite spicy. * Dry-Mixed Rice Noodle * Spicy Ground Pork Rice Noodle * Hot and Sour Woodear Mushroom * Spicy Braised Beef

Hyde L.

Yelp
Nice little place with yummy noodles.. the noodles have good flavors .. it definitely has a kick to it but not too spicy..
google avatar

Ken C.

Yelp
Well done Haven't had yunnan crossing the bridge noodles in a long time but this place does it right. Fresh Wagyu, veggies, and rice noodles served alongside a piping hot flavorful broth. What else can you ask for? We also tried their braised beef which was excellent as well. Could have used a few more pieces of braised beef but it's more of a want than a need. Nonetheless, delicious. The sweet potato rose cake was a sweet finish - crusty, soft, and not too sweet
google avatar

William S.

Yelp
Everything was flavorful and well done. The noodles had great texture, and service was quick despite how busy it gets. Loved that they offered free toppings like pickles, herbs, and oils -- really elevated the dish and let you customize each bite.
google avatar

Jonathan M.

Yelp
I was craving miishien and remembered seeing this restaurant recommended to me in the past. I had the signature wagyu beef big-bus miishien and it was delicious. The broth is very flavorful and the noodles were cooked just right. The beef was equally delicious. I will definitely be coming back to get my miishien fix in.
google avatar

Tiger W.

Yelp
I think the food was pretty good! Good, strong flavor. If I nitpicked, I wish it was more spicy. They have a condiment bar where you can get more chili oil. Noodles were slightly too difficult to eat, since the spoon was a bit shallow. No biggie. Service needs work, but then again, im not expecting good service here :) Ambiance is busy and bustling. Price for food on the pricier side for what you're getting. Overall worth trying!
google avatar

Jocelyn S.

Yelp
Very pleased with this restaurant! I got the spicy intestines rice noodles and it was definitely quite spicy. Super flavorful and delicious though. It was huge and I didn't finish. I also tried the broth and beef from my friend's signature wagyu miishien and it was delicious! I think we could have shared just that dish and an appetizer tbh. Lastly we shared the pork ear which were extra thinly sliced for a subtle crunch. You order via a QR code menu. There's a big shared table but also smaller 2-tops and 4-tops. Service is very fast. Lots of parking.

Mc M.

Yelp
The foods are good, service are good. We came here at 6 not need to wait for a long time
google avatar

Philip W.

Yelp
Always a fan of Yunnan Noodles! For those who don't know what that is, you're given a piping hot bowl of rice noodles and a platter of sides/toppings that include spam, quail eggs, and assorted veggies. I got the wagyu bowl, so my side included wagyu as well. You throw in the sides as soon as possible into the still simmering noodles to cook them and then get to eat them as fresh as possible. 575 Miishien is on the slightly expensive side but you get what you pay for. Like I said earlier, my order included wagyu! The bowl is huge, the noodles chewey, and the veggies extremely fresh. My friends tried some of the dry noodles and those looked good as well.
google avatar

Kevin S.

Yelp
Found this place on yelp after craving some rice noodles and decided to give it a try. It is located in a plaza next to an AMC and there was already a line when we got there. Luckily the wait wasn't too long so we got seated after maybe 15-20 mins of waiting. The restaurant itself had a long center table full of seating and also bigger tables for bigger parties. I ended up ordering the signature wagyu rice noodles which was a big portion with all the toppings. The broth was hot with a light flavor, but they also provided chili oil as well as pickles as toppings. I also had a sip of the spicy pork noodles which tasted fantastic. Overall great experience. They also offered a free dessert with a Yelp review, which you get to choose from a purple potato rose cake, a matcha rose cake and a rose honey drink. Sadly, there was only original flavor left when we finished eating.
google avatar

Judy W.

Yelp
I ordered Wagyu beef miishien soup as well as my mom. My dad ordered beef noodle soup. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. It was not crowded on a Tuesday around 6pm. Parking is fairly easy. It is next to AMC14. I plan to come back when I can.
google avatar

June Z.

Yelp
My daughter likes this place and the kids meal meal is gluten free. We went there very often.
google avatar

Yumei H.

Yelp
I took my mom here for lunch during Mother's Day weekend and my mom thoroughly enjoyed her meal. I got the Signature Wagyu Beef Big-Bus Miishien and my mom got the Signature Chicken Big-Bus Miishien. The broth is rich and they give you a lot of noodles. There are a lot of toppings but I feel like they don't give you that many meats. They also have a sauce bar with things like chopped cilantro, chopped green onions, chili oil, pickled radish, and fried nuts. I thought the food was decent, but the seating is so tight it feels like you're practically sharing a table with the people next to you. It's also hard to even walk through the restaurant without bumping into something.
google avatar

Xi L.

Yelp
We like the food and service here, we are so happy there is kids meal for free for kids under 6!
google avatar

Rita A.

Yelp
+ Food: Noodles have good consistency. Flavorful broth. Fresh vegetables and tender meat. + Service: Food came out fast. We scanned the QR code, submitted our order, and the food was out in less than 10 minutes. + Ambiance: Busy and a little crowded on a Friday night. We had to sit at the big table with other groups. Lots of families with kids.
google avatar

Tina Z.

Yelp
The soup is so good, and they can add an extra noodle for free! The servicer are nice!
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Really liked the spicy beef appetizer and the miishien noodles. Got the signature wagyu miishien which had a mild but complex soup flavor and really tender meat. It's pretty expensive though.
google avatar

Chun W.

Yelp
Great Chinese style mifen (noodles) with a wide variety of flavors. My favorite is the wagyu noodle that comes in their bamboo bowl
google avatar

Christine P.

Yelp
Excited to finally try this place! We were seated pretty quickly and the service was fast as well. I enjoyed my order of the Spicy Simmered Pork Intestine Miishien, the intestine was flavorful which I loved. The spice level for the dish wasn't as spicy as I thought, but overall I wasn't disappointed.
google avatar

Will C.

Yelp
Love the Wagyu miishien here. Huge portion and unlimited free miishien noodles. Perfect size for me and one of my sons
google avatar

Vivian C.

Yelp
Uhhh this place is FIRE: came here because Red Robin was stuffed full of people and wasn't seating anyone even though there were empty tables. I'm glad Red Robin was a disaster or else we wouldn't have gone to 575. This is why this place is so good - kids eat free - unlimited noodles - signature wagyu bowl is tasty - good service (they speak Chinese and English too!) Need I say more? I don't but I will lol! My husband and I shared a signature wagyu bowl (~$27) and they even let us share it! It is a big bowl of hot soup with a tray of vegetable and meat. It comes with unlimited noodles and every time we finished a bowl of noodle we asked for another one and it came quickly and without judgment! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Food so good here that so many people came to eat by themselves and even though they were closing soon people kept coming in and they still seated and served them! So nice! Inside is clean, no table cloths and big windows and there's a long communal table. I wouldn't bring more than 4-6 people though, might be hard to seat all of you. Overall: I will be back! My husband and I are tempted to bring our own veggie to throw in the bowl of soup to have with our unlimited noodles lololol. Jk. But sounds tempting ahahah
google avatar

Izzie L.

Yelp
3.5 stars. I had the Spicy Braised Beef (3.5/5) and thought it was pretty good! A little expensive for the price maybe and not spicy at all; thus a lower rating. The service was quick and efficient; you order through a QR code. I came at 8PM on a Tuesday and there was no wait.
google avatar

Jianming L.

Yelp
If you like 米线 this is a good place to try, rose cake is good, beef noodle good too , just don't expect much beef inside. The one star down is mainly because of the service. I was on the waiting line and got the notice message to the front desk, the host lady asked: only one person, then she called the next couple to sit and let me wait. Then I argued I came early , why the other party sit first, then the lady said, oh it is a kind of chaotic, then offered me to add a chair between people . What a chaotic, parties were call in one by one, simply just because I was one person! The owner of the business, please be aware of this behavior, it is not American!
google avatar

Sharon L.

Yelp
Really yummy noodles ! We got the ground pork and braised beef small spicy mi xian and it was delicious! The steamed chicken wings was also good! Service was fast and space was clean. We definitely want to come back for the full mi xian

Patricia Y.

Yelp
Ordered the wrong thing - some veggie soldier noodle thing Noodles overcooked and super soft. Otherwise tasty
google avatar

Justina C.

Yelp
Really great service! The servers were very helpful in giving instructions on how to cook the beef properly and were very friendly. The chef who opened the business also came out later and greeted us so it was a very nice, personal experience. The food itself was good! The Wagyu beef was delicious, but the broth itself was a little oily. Would recommend this place though!
