First time and excellent food quality. Service : friendly and attentive. Ambiance: Great lighting, except for poor battery powered accent table lamp that struggled to stay on. Definitely will visit in the future.

We stopped by Harissa Mediterranean in Plano for their grand opening and were blown away from the moment we walked in. The service was excellent--genuinely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They started us with hot, fresh bread that paired perfectly with both the garlic sauce and their delicious hummus. Honestly one of the best openings to a meal we've had in a while. For mains, Liz had the Adana Kebab while I went with the beef kebab cooked medium rare. The quality of the meat was outstanding--this wasn't your typical choice or select cut; it tasted much closer to USDA prime. Tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly right at medium rare. Everything from the food to the service made this a fantastic first visit. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely loved it! I will not exaggerate if I say that it is the best Mediterranean food in DFW area! Exceptional service and the food is delicious! Definitely give it a try!

This place is one of the newest restaurants in the Lakeside Plano area, and is a neighborhood gem of a place, with class & style, along with some great food and service. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of great items from which to choose on the menu. The grilled peaches with honey and cheese, the hummus & beef, and the calamari are all excellent. They have several pretty original sauces and dips that are quite creative. Also, their pita bread is the best that we have ever had, and is served fresh, piping-hot, and inflated to where it is like a ball - pretty original and the flavor is incredible. We've been there only twice since the opening a few weeks ago, but we are sure to be regulars at Harissa.

What a great addition to Plano dining. Harissa is upscale yet relaxed, fine dining with a homemade personality. Large relaxing patio outside and comfortable seating inside. Great bar as well. I visited on a Monday evening with my date. She lives nearby but hadn't been yet, so it was fun to explore the menu together. We started with the Grilled Halloumi: warm cheese and grilled peaches drizzled with honey. A fantastic beginning. My companion ordered the Shrimp Kabob, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. I chose the Adana Kabob--ground beef with red pepper, onion, and Turkish spices, served with rice and vegetables. The smoky flavor from their grill really stood out. We finished with Turkish tea, which was the perfect ending to a great meal. High marks all around.

The food was soooooo good! The hummus is delicious! We also got the lemon chicken! Soooo good! The atmosphere is adorable and service was great!

The lamb chops are the undeniable star! Tender, juicy, and seared just enough to lock in all that rich, savory flavor. Each bite melts in your mouth, balanced by buttery flavored rice. It's the kind of dish that makes you slow down, savor every bite, and immediately plan your next visit. Everything was so so so delicious... loved this experience at this new restaurant. The service was excellent. Ambiance was top notch -- the velour booth made us feel like Queens and Princesses. Thank you, Lisa & Jim, for all the delicious yummies. Didi, Mom, and I truly enjoyed all the food from start to finish.

The food, service, and ambiance are all outstanding! They make everything fresh daily, so of course the felafel is deliciously top notch. Fresh hot pita with garlic sauce and salsa were a treat. I'm looking forward to dining here again.

What a treat! From the amazing outdoor patio to the outstanding service and delicious menu, you can't go wrong here. Enjoyed the variety of menu options. Highly recommend the grilled peach appetizer and the lamb chops. Divine! The interior of Harissa is beautiful. First class. Enjoy!

Literally everything was amazing. They've only been open one week, it's hands down the best hummus I've had the three years I've been in DFW. The consistency is perfection. I'm a Mediterranean snob and this is hands down my favorite to date. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The Shish Tawook was incredible, we also had the Lemon & Oregano, it puts mine to shame. I'll be here often.

Enjoyed this new restaurant last evening! We had several different dishes that were excellent and we enjoyed the build out on this location! Yes, we'll be going back again!
