Let me start by saying that the pastries are really top tier. That is the only good thing I can say about this place.
I have never seen a restaurant that screws up orders this consistently. I've been three times in the last two weeks.
The first time I actually went in with my parents. My dad ordered a chocolate croissant and a latte to split with my mom and I ordered a decaf Americano and an almond croissant. We sit down and the coffee shows up five minutes later, and we ask the girl where the pastries are. They sold the last ones to the people in the drive-through having completely forgotten about us.
The second time I drove through and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and got home to find a croissant with just an egg.
The third time, I drive through, I ordered a decaf americano and the same croissant as last time. They gave me the sandwich, and this time I check it at the window and it's wrong again, then they hand me the americano, and I ask if it was decaf. "Oh." Then they remake the Americano again and it's still wrong.
Some of their items are really good, but the whole idea here is supposed to be convenience. But between the sheer incompetence, and frankly, carelessness of the staff and the fact that you're going to spend 20 minutes in the drive through undo the entire point of this place being "on the go."
I strongly recommend going to one of the sit-down locations instead.
