Attended the Katy Perry concert. Ended up at 601 for dinner and Drinks. The food was great. Really good DJ and chilled place. What stood out was the best Bartender. Idalba had such an outgoing personality and set the Vibe up for us attending the concert. She was very welcoming and provided outstanding service. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a nice, intimate venue to see a concert. The acoustics were good. The staffing of the venue itself was uneven. While the parking and wait team was very helpful, the security was aggressive and rude. Considering that this was a private, invitation only event full of middle aged folks, I felt that security could have used a softer touch.

Awesome place to hold an event. Beautiful view of the Miami Skyline as well as the intercoastal and cruise ships. Outdoor patio adds another element to the already multiple spaces. Staff is incredibly friendly consistently checking in to assure all is well. Monitors placed throughout the venue for looping videos, presentations etc. Looking forward to our next event.

Came here after a heat game for a drink. The bartender was great. Food was not good at all. Ordered chimichurri wings, and the wings were bland and dry. The fries were ordinary crinkle fries. The place is nice.

Vist the venue for Marc Anthony Concert. Bad food , only had 4 types of entrees available . No any other kind of food. Bar tenders needs to look to their tablets to prepare a drink, slow serving. The food they served was nothing like the menu picture. It was Miami cafeteria food ( with all respect to this type of places that have better food an service than this restaurant). 6 drinks, 4 cróquets 2 chicken meat pie (empanadas) $169 with out tip. If they don’t have the capability to serve decent food and drinks , and don’t have capable personal for the events , just be closed until you can handle what you advertised . I’m not a visitor, I’m local and what I experienced in this place is not good advertising for our city and the FTX /Miami Heat Family.

Best place ever the bartender was amazing out of this world me and my friends came to watch the miami heat and ran into the 601 restaurant we had such an amazing time and made friends with the amazing bartender Linda she was so amazing and gave us the best drink we have ever had the food was great and the miami heat won yay !!! I want to give a million thank you to Linda for the great service and drinks !!! We will be coming back to miami because of the amazing tine we had today

I had a great time, and the drinks were very good. Linda was excellent she's fast and great service. Great scenery too, it's a must go to spot.

Excellent food! This place is beautiful, great lighting and ambience. High service received from an obviously well-trained staff in an eye pleasing.

I can't give more than 1 star, I couldn't try the food or service but here is my opinion I don't understand how do you make money, the event starts at 8 pm, and I arrived at 5:45 pm to eat with the family before the event, security told me you open at 7:00 when all doors open, explain to me how many can you serve between 7:00 to 7:30 and how fast do we have to eat. Please consider opening at 5:30 so you can make money and sell more food.

We arrived to the arena early and had enough time to grab food before the start of a Miami Heat game. We had once gone just to to the bar before the second bar inside. And this time we wanted to try something new. We chose to sit inside because of the nice view. We placed an order of nachos encendidos, 601 signature burger, patron paloma, and the Miami tonic. Everything was good! We enjoyed the food and ordered another round of drinks. I suggest to anyone who goes inside the arena to stop by this place.

One hour before the game to end of first quarter stop in for 6.01 beer, Bacardi seltzers wine and more. Service at the bar can be slow because of demand, but roaming servers also help deliver orders to tables.

Attended the VIP experience for Bad Bunny. Wonderful variety top of Latin infused options and high tiered bar options.

Quick bar service, friendly and kind everything you can want with a bartender. Ordered drinks, great to take out to patio and take in the view. Live music available pregame

The service at 601 is immaculate! Maria at the bar is so kind and welcoming! Very attentive as well. 601 is a great way to enjoy good food at the arena and avoid the long concession lines. The view is great too.

My boyfriend and I decided to grab a bit here before going to a Heat game to get a full experience of he Heat arena and relax before the game. I wasn't expecting great food, after all it's still an arena. Boy was the food awful and tasted like gas station food, probably the worst Cuban food I ever had. We ordered beef empanadas that came out in less than 5 minutes. They were completely tasteless. After getting tasteless empanadas I knew it wasn't going to get any better so we didn't get an entree and just opted for ham coquettes, those were another fail. The cocktail I ordered was full of sugar and wasn't at all drinkable- jalapeño Heat. The server was very pleasant but I definitely wouldn't not recommend or return here in the future. The only reason I gave it two stars is because of the server out side of that this place is completely comparable to your location 711.

Love the view from this place! You can see all the city lights and it's a beautiful view of Miami. We usually come to 601 to have some bites and drinks when we get to any concerts or heat games early. They have a nice bar with several TVs and plenty seating. You gotta order the carnita rolls. They are delicious! The order brings four of them with a side of guacamole and pico de gallo. The roll has shredded pork with beans and cheese. We have also ordered the chicken quesadilla that comes cuts in several small pieces and the chicken tenders here before as well. The food usually comes out very quickly. The drinks are well served and they played great music in the background. Ruben has helped us there several times and he is very friendly. PS: Keep in mind that they open at 6:30 PM.

601 is located behind the American Airlines Arena in the old Bongos location. During the 18 years the AAA has been open I frequented this location many times, when it was Bongos, so seeing it re opened brought back some great Miami Heat memories. 601 is unique as its connected to the stadium so one can go in for a drink or bite during a game without actually leaving the arena area and voiding your ticket. Came in during halftime of a recent game and was surprised and pleased in all aspects. The place is bright, clean, full of TV's and had a nice crowd and atmosphere. In addition to that the drinks were cheaper (and of better quality and more selection) than inside the area. 601 has a interesting looking 'serve yourself' type craft beer area with a few taps; however the bartender told us they weren't currently using it due to customers not being able to figure it out?! Pretty interesting concept so hopefully they work out the issues and re open it sometime soon. My friend and I sat at the bar and were greeted right away, ordered a couple of decent craft beers and ended up staying deep into the third quarter before returning to the arena. Took a quick look at the food menu which had a lot of enticing looking options but just enjoyed the beer on this occasion. Will definitely re visit when at another game.

First time visiting 61 after visiting the spot in many many years prior when it used to be bongos park downstairs in the garage walked around the side facing Bayside came up the stairs and there was the main entrance they open at 6:30 sharp we showed him our tickets walked in sat at the bar had many choices sushi and appetizers that were delicious can't complain about any of the foodsnd service was impeccable bartenders were attentive at all times three bartender serving us while we were waiting for the game to start will definitely come back. Also found out there was a special that I didn't know about for $40 including drinks and appetizers wish I would've known that that's the only negative thing I could say because we spent over $300 and drinks and many appetizers but overall we had an amazing time.

Nice place! You have to be in the even( tickets purchased ) I order to visit this restaurant! Has an amazing view to the bay .. you can see cruises departing ... also the food is amazing and the have sushi! If sushi isn't for you, You must try the beef rolls

I attended a private event at this venue and it was flawless. They really know how to manage a large event. The food was great, the bartenders were friendly and the event space is perfect for corporate functions, they had a nice seating area separate from the dance floor and DJ so great if you have people that prefer a quite setting but then you walk into the dance floor area and it is a awesome party room!

601 has the best service and food! Go see Janine at the bar, you'll thank you me later! Soo good! Will be returning every game!

If you don't want to walk to Bayside from the Arena, this could be a good place to eat. When you hire someone to work there, train them as much as possible with good to worst case scenarios. We sat at the bar and asked this young lady if we could order food while we ordered our drinks, she said sure. We did and she didn't! Took forever to get the drinks and she would apologize over and over again about her being her 1st day. Ok we get it but, I blame management for not providing the adequate training especially when everyone wants to get in and out before Any event there at the arena. Needless to say, she never put our food order in and the drinks were not good at all. People next to us got their drinks and food. Management, get your act together and make sure your people can provide the service you brag about. PS: Cannot say nothing about the food since we never got it. Had to eat $14.00 personal papa John's pizza inside.

I loved this little place! We wanted to get a little Old Fashioned before the show and these girls know how it's done! They were so knowledgable and sweet - we had a great time chatting with them about drinks. We also grabbed some mouth-watering croquettes. We were not disappointed! Crispy on the outside and hot and melty on the inside. Gosh, I could make a trip over there for one right now... Is that weird?

Girlfriends and I came here before the Maluma concert. We had an amazing time! The service and food exceeded our expectations! It was my friend's birthday and they really went out of their way to make it special. Even had the chef visit us, which was a real nice surprise. I highly recommend going here before an event!

They push making a reservation, so I did at 3:30, when I get there, they say the restaurant doesn't open til 4pm. Service was very good but the menu is minimal and I paid $17 for a sub-par burger that was not that different from the kind they serve at fast food places. I was extremely disappointed in the food especially since it was so pricey. Get it together 601, charging so much for such sub-par food is rude and unattractive. I wont be going back here.

Best experience ever. Walked into the bar and sat with Linda. She provided the best customer service! Friendly, fast, and made me one of the best mojitos I have ever had. Thank you Linda and thank you to the manager Derick! Will definitely come back!

Was here for a training event and the restaurant was nice and the lines inside were super crowded. The ambiance was great, but I didn't enjoy the service. I felt rushed and although I understood why there were pre - made wraps, I did not enjoy having to explain why I didn't care to eat a pre -made wrap. I don't like wet and soggy bread. Sandwiches/wraps that sit in a fride that have been pre made get wet and soggy. The employee seemed to be frustrated with the requests of our table, but they were important enough for us to bring them up so I feel like he should have been a little nicer about it. Will consider this next time before visiting.

I'm surprised at the good reviews. While the convenience factor is high for a pre-concert or sporting event meal, the food is very mediocre. The quesadillas were very small and seemed like they were reheated in a microwave as they were somewhat "soggy". The same situation with the Carnita Rolls. The egg roll wrapper was not crisp at all. The guacamole of the day was pretty good. It just seems like a restaurant serving a very limited menu should really nail those items. Portions are small for the prices. Maybe it's better to skip the food here and just stick with drinks from the bar. The view is nice and it is very convenient to just walk into the arena from there.

The worst experience I have ever had in customer service!! Bought a package for 12 ppl to a Heat game including dinner at 601. Reservations for 5:30, arrived at 5:15. We were then told that the game was now pushed back an hr and so was our reservation. We were never notified by our package representative Laura via email or phone call of the time change. Manager Charles ask us to leave and wait outside and would try to get security a bit early and let us back in. Tonight just happened to be a little on the cool side for me. At 6:00 security is at the door but has no instructions to let us in. 6:15 I am asking for manager who I am yet to see. Security did apologize but I think that was not good enough. I had invited friends and family out for and evening out to wrap up the holidays, a tradition we do every year but this experience set the mood for the rest of my evening. The Heat organization and business office associated with this type of customer service is unacceptable.

My husband and I had such a great experience with Linda & JP (PJ I can't recall the drinks were too good). They provided fantastic service & made AHMAZING drinks. Definitely coming back!!!

601 is an awesome pregame spot for all events at the American Airlines Arena. Jennene, Andrea, and JP are some of the friendliest and awesome bartenders you can come across anywhere. If you want a good environment, good drinks, good food, and overall great service... come by 601!

Concert started at 7. We made reservations for six. We arrived at 5:45. They told us that they were still seating the 5:00 people. The girl said to stay close in case they call us. There is no place to wait so you're basically just standing around a bunch of people eating and drinking at their tables trying not to get run over by servers looking at you like youre crazy. Very very uncomfortable. They don't even have someone serving cocktails while you wait. We stood around like that for until 6:20. We asked how much longer they thought it would be. The hostess told us to go ahead and order from where we were standing and sent a server. We found a menu and each ordered an appetizer. There are only six things to eat here. A burger and some appetizers. We ended up waiting another 20 min for drinks and had to stand while drinking and eating even though we had a reservation. To make things worse. For three and three appetizers, they charged us 140.00. Two of the drinks were beer. We paid and realized that this place is definitely not somewhere we will be going again. Horrible experience. No one even apologized.

toasted avocado ceviche. shrimp with red sauce and 4 chips with a warm half avocado absolutely TERRIBLE . just have a drink. this food is not presentable or edible
