"This handsome, 19th-century Southern mansion, framed by trees and perfectly trimmed hedges, sits in splendid isolation on its Prince Street lot, elegant and proud—a true southern gentleman. Take one of the six charming rooms, filled out with traditional (but not fussy) details—think hardwood floors, thick, dark blue curtains, and the occasional fireplace—where you're guaranteed a good night's rest. Mostly, though, you can look forward to breakfast: Owner Rob Henry is something of a whiz in the kitchen, and he's liable to whip up everything from pimento cheese and ham biscuits, to ham and onion quiche, if you're lucky." - Paul Oswell

This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast, and it did not disappoint! Katie was an absolute fabulous host, and always there if we needed anything. Taylor was so fun during cocktail hour and made that time so sweet and enjoyable. All in all I don’t know how we will go back to hotel life. We were very spoiled. We can’t wait to be back!

Great, walkable location, beautiful inside and out, with Southern hospitality galore. They truly couldn’t have done more, while also allowing us all the privacy we desired. Fine sheets and warm, gas fireplaces were the icing on the cake.

620 Prince is absolute perfection. The Inn is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable making us feel right at home during our 2 night stay. The Happy Hour on Friday and Saturday were a fun way to meet the other guests staying at the property and the breakfast each morning was delicious. It is just one block from the downtown area, so you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend – we will definitely be back!

We spent 2 nights at 620 Prince. This is a meticulous property & is exceptionally well appointed. Host Rob & team are gracious and accommodating. We stayed in the main inn on the 2nd floor in a 2 room suite with fireplaces. Our bed was very comfortable with quality linens & towels. A delicious Continental Breakfast is provided each morning with local pastries, fruit, granola, and a warm item along with plenty of coffee. Breakfast gets 5 stars for its quality & completeness. This B&B has 6 bedrooms - 4 in the main house & 2 in the cottage on the property. In season, an outdoor pool is available. A few bicycles are also available for use. Easily walkable to the business district - restaurants and river walk area. Would not hesitate to return, highly recommend.

620 Prince Street was one of the top ten B&Bs in which we’ve ever stayed. It’s a beautiful old house that is immaculate. There are wonderful design touches everywhere; it was like being in a show house. Somebody has exquisite taste.||||Internet was fast; bathroom was luxo; bed was ultra-comfy; and breakfast coffee and quiche (cheese, ham, and onion!) were delicious. It was perfect.||||And the floors! — beautiful hardwood floors throughout with a perfect patina from age and use. Best floors ever!||||Georgetown has its charms, but 620 Prince would stand out anywhere. Great ambiance, vibe, and style. I want to go back; I want to live there!

We often travel to Georgetown by boat, but this was our first time staying here. The staff, the owner, the accommodations were all flawless. As picture perfect as it looks. We usually explore the town a bit, but having learned of a friends unexpected passing the day before we arrived, our mood was low and we decided to stay on property. I mention this because although our stay was less celebratory, it still provided comfort, relaxation and privacy. Exactly what we needed at this time. We chose the cottage which has a nice living space to order dinner in and fit our 12 year old and ourselves comfortably. The breakfast was delicious with strong coffee and a variety of food choices. Mention to them if you’re there by boat and they’ll assist you with a golf cart. It’s also only a short block away from the marina. We will be returning here often.

My wife and I spent a wonderful night at the 620 Prince last week. The Inn is spectacular and is conveniently located one block away from the center of town. In addition, Rob, the owner, does a terrific job at making sure that the guests feel welcome and he is willing to assist in anyway to make sure that the guests have a great experience in Georgetown.
