I've been a customer of this establishment for several years and the service has become terrible. There are issues with the gate, issues with proper lighting for safety, and pigeon feces. The owner Harris is not responsive nor takes responsibility for his business. I've called and left messages in the past to no avail. After going through a long period of pigeon infestation inside the garage and being patient for 2 years while the solve the issues with their pigeon infestation and pigeon feces dropping on many cars including my own, they finally solved it about 1 or 2 years ago. But unfortunately, this problem has returned. I spoke to the owner Harris and he refuses to take responsibility to the feces falling on my car which can cause permanent damage to my vehicle. I'm even considering legal action if this is not addressed soon. Please inspect this location of you are considering parking your car here. Take a look at the amount of bird spikes they have installed at every horizontal ledge, look at the floors for signs of pigeon droppings. Be aware and informed!

I parked here as all of the other parking garages were full. I was so happy to find one that wasn't. The attendants were very nice. I prepaid and was on my way to explore the area. I came back 4 hours later at 10PM and I was the only customer there to get my car — awesome. Well, they had put my car all the way in the back of the garage, so all of the other cars were blocking mine in. A concert was letting out at Forest Hill Stadium and the parking garage quickly filled up with people coming for their cars. One by one they were all getting their cars before me! I felt like I was being punked. I kept waiting for John Quinones from "What would you do?" to pop out. One by one everyone was getting in their cars and driving away. I finally got mine at 10:40PM. What a nightmare after walking for 4 hours. I still tipped the guy cause he was nice and they were all working very hard ... but what kind of system is that? It made absolutely no sense.

We attended an event at Forest Hill Stadium and their event price was $40. Drop-off and pick-up went super smoothly! They asked if we had a reservation which we did not, but it sounds like they honor reservations made through apps like spothero. We will definitely use this garage again if we attend another event at Forest Hill Stadium!

No. Just, No. Attendant took my car out on weekends to run errands. I only found out after receiving a request from the attendant attempting to formalize the agreement - which I had was totally unaware of! They texted me to ask if they could continue to take my car for a drive, illegally! (No joke). I monitored my milage and found out that my disapproval was not enough, the extra trips continued. Management didn't care and liability isn't an issue they care about. Even with a monthly contract there were many times I was unable to take my car out. It was blocked by other cars and the attendant, when there was one, didn't have keys to move them out of the way. This happened many times, leaving me in a real bind. If you put your car here please understand, there is no one who will help you, your complaints will not be answered. You are on your own. Buyer beware. Also, Automatic door doesn't work, you'll need to use a key to open the door: you can get in, good luck getting out.

Parked 45 min and was charged 14 dollars because I have a SUv attendant was rude because I asked why! I have parked here b4 always different price. Never 14 dollars for 45 min! Stay away
