Stopped in on a weekday afternoon and enjoyed the visit. The staff was attentive and made great suggestions. The brews were pretty good and thoroughly enjoyed the brown ale and Hop Rooted IPA. The space had plenty of outdoor seating which was perfect on a sunny day. Indoor bar seating was cozy and the place was super clean. Great experience we will return!!

A perfect spot for a brew and a book on a Saturday afternoon. The bartender was lovely, and very kind. (I wish I would have caught their name). The sour I ordered was great! Chairs were comfy, music was nice, I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Very pleasantly surprised. Note sure how we missed them opening last year, but glad we found them. My wife had the Bended Tree Brown Ale of which was sweet and balanced. I had the Hop-Rooted IPA also well balanced, neither of which has any MBAT. We will definitely be back and look forward to the addition of other brew/styles to their menu. They have a parking lot and outdoor area, so give them a try!

Great brewery near the heart of Biltmore Village! The brewery is well done, the staff is super friendly, and they offer a nice selection of tasty options. They also have cans and growlers so you can take some to go!

First of all...hadn't opened yet and when we looked in there was one person here who opened up for us! It's a really nice location and the beer is very good. (Double IPA and Milk Stout) Come check this new place out.

Very local ingredients are used for their beer. They have a super friendly staff and an awesome patio. I really enjoyed the blond and my boyfriend loves the hazelnut brown.

Reflecting on my visit to 7 Clans Brewing. With more than 600 different brewery visits I can emphatically say that this is a brewery worth visiting. I tasted all of the 7 beers on tap. Each was true to formula. The 7 Clans Blonde Ale was flavorful and well bodied with a slightly spicy (hoppy) last impression. The Hop-Rooted IPA is a textbook single hip Centennial presenting abundant aroma, mouthfeel and body. The Uktena Double IPA is exceptionally tasty, with a balanced of five hops and sufficiently supportive sweet grains. At 10.3% ABV I still pondered a big straw. The Bended Tree Chestnut Brown Ale is the spicy, nutty, sweet beer you hope for when ordering a brown. The Milk Stout was as full-bodied and flavorful as it should be without being too heavy (sweet) due to lactose. The Strawberry Saison was perfect to form: smooth mealtimes and subtle fruity/spicy within the saison yeast realm. The Sali Persimmon Sour presents the combined tartness of a sour in the form of persuasions. Finally, Cassie presented each beer with a smile and a backing g of beer knowledge. The open air ambiance on a spring day added to the many positives of the visit:

Wonderful stop after hiking to Chimney Rock today. Friendly staff and a nice variety of beer. We enjoy getting a flight so we can taste several. Comfortable seating inside and out. Canned beer is available to take home.

Yelp
We headed out on a walk from our hotel and ended up at this brewery. It wasn't busy so we could talk with the bartender for a bit and they suggested beers for us to try. Nice open air space with seating inside and out. We tried a sampler selection and enjoyed them all. Nice small brewery, I'd recommend it for a more personalized experience away from the bigger breweries in town.

Yelp
It is what can best be described as the "anti-hero" of craft breweries. It has the things you would expect of a small craft brewery, a broad selection of good beer and plenty of outdoor seating. It also has so much more. Unlike many breweries, it is organized and aesthetic. From the matching furniture down to the cleaning supplies, nothing is out of place. The bathrooms even smell good - with eucalyptus hand soap and pleasant scents - far and away from the usual "industrial" feel of many craft breweries. Every part of the feel is comfort and flavor. It is a wonderful place to spend time. The owners have done an amazing job bringing that true home feel to a brewery. Some of our favorite beers were the strawberry saison and the blonde.

Yelp
I had the double IPA and it was delicious. Beautiful brewery close to Biltmore with plenty of parking. The bar tender was nice as well. Next time I'm back in Asheville, I'll be sure to stop by again.

Yelp
GREAT BEER!! First time was at Haywood Smokehouse. Then, Bearwaters Brewing and now they have their own Asheville location. The place is clean, new, and very casual. Right on Sweeten Creek, it's close to shopping and restaurants. It's a perfect location to stop in for a cold one. It's a new favorite place for me.

Yelp
This was a great micro brew. We each found something we liked. The Chestnut Brown was amazing. Our bartender Fabilla was amazing.

Yelp
This is a super special spot. Great Beer and wonderful service. Take some time to learn about the history of this spot. It's really important. And make sure to check out the food truck schedule for your favorite bites.

Yelp
Really cute place with a high quality beer. Grabbed a sub while coming through town and came here for a beer or two. Love their concept and vision. Will stop here again when back in town. Cheers!

Yelp
Good addition to the Asheville breweries. Better than some of the bigger name breweries.

Yelp
You've got to try their beer AND there's parking! Great indoor & outdoor spaces. Yummy beer! It's become my favorite brewery in AVL!
