7-Eleven

My husband had an issue at this store not too long ago. I am just now getting around to writing a review. He went to help my son due to a flat tire. The owner came out and requested we tow It right away. Which we were already working on. All this happened in 30 minutes or so. Barely any time to get the issue fixed so we could be on our way. Very unprofessional, rude and lack of sympathy for customers. Have not gone back since and don't plan on to.

Now I will say that I'm not the,"go get something from 711 women " But tonight prove me wrong! I wish I would have got the gentleman's name,but he noticed that I didn't see anything that looked appealing on the hot bar,so he asked me what did I want on the menu, this gentleman made me to fresh burgers and they were delicious!

This place is brand spanking new and it is a mess. The bathrooms are out of order there's no inventory put out to buy. The coffee is never made and there's trash all over inside and out. This place is nice y'all just need to hire the right employees that don't have their boyfriend or friends hanging out in the store all night.

I went there sometime ago. I sure hope they Got that Roach in the Expresso Machine fixed. I was Grossed out when I went in there I have to others NO Problem with there's.

This store used to be vibrant with friendly employees, but since the corporate takeover they fired everyone with a personality and hired dull worker drones. Extremely disappointing

A evening stop for a snack and a beer to enjoy later, this 7-Eleven was clean bright and mostly well stocked. At 7pm on a weekday, the few things remaining on the roller grill were not at all appealing. But the rest of the store including the hot display was stocked. Plenty of cold sodas, water, beer and such. Shelves of snacks of both salty and sweet variety. A display of auto convenience items as well. This 7-Eleven is just off the interstate and is quite convenient. The clerk who rang up my sale was pleasant.

7.55 am just bought lottery scratch tickets, girl behind counter broke part of ticket and I mentioned it to her , with an attitude she said she couldn’t take it back , the manager should hire nicer staff. Didn’t give me the printed receipt

I order coffee from this location every single day. For the last 3 days there has been a very poor selection of creamer for the coffee. The coffee that I bought today was burnt and taste absolutely disgusting and the only other option was full of coffee grains as it usually is every single day. My other complaint is I've been trying to save my points and they just use them when they want to without telling you so when I am ready to go use my points they're already gone because they've been used without my authorization.

Since I have been in Burlington, I have found that there are big differences with gas pricing even if just a block away. When the "sev" was first built I was very excited. Something familiar from my youth that wasn't in Raleigh. I remember when I was in college, late at night after an evening dancing, we could always go "gulping" at the "sev". Sigh. Ah youth. From the first time I stopped in at this location, I have made up my mind that this one s where I will always get my gas. The location is perfect, on the way to 85. The pump area is always clean with the windshield cleaner always filled. The store itself has some surprises inside as well. It's just a treat that is less painful with the discounts given if you sign up for their rewards program. Stop by, get a gulp or slurpee, fill up and have a bright day!
