Hours for this location are apparently wrong or the employee took it upon himself to close the store… supposed to be open 24/7 but employee locked the doors and won’t let anybody in. He said he will unlock the doors around 5am… I’ve been sitting beee for 5-10 minutes and watched 10+ cars and people get turned away… this is a busy location and it’s losing a lot of money doing this…

Once again 7-eleven disappoints me. This one randomly stops loading cash app cards at 8pm without any kind of notice so I've again they have wasted about 30 minutes of my time walking from one place to another. And the people inside were quite rude about it like I was supposed to somehow know this.

Why does it say its open 24hours and its not? Stop wasting people's time and just put the hours your open its not hard

So came for gas, glad I’m not in a hurry. Been here pumping for ??8 minutes and got half a tank. Super slow. I hate when they do this for no reason. BTW 1/2 tank is only 7 gallons. So instead filling tank I’ll wait and go else where but I will sit at the pump blocking others for a while while I do this review.

The store hours claim to be 24 hours a day...... it's closed before 1 am..... you should really update your hours.

It’s not open 24 hours but the lady let us in to get something quick before they closed. Thank you! But someone gotta fix the time thing Update: they keep closing earlier than stated times. This 7-Eleven is consistent at being unreliable

This location/franchise is a disgrace to the Brand. Bad customer service, unfair store policies. Disrespectful behavior on an easy return. Store personnel blame me for 3 cracked eggs in a Dozen buy less than five minutes after purchase. Redefines logic! Eggs were obviously broke before my purchase, but clerks were unable to use critical thought and attempted to Bulling me in front of customers. A senior. I was spending $20+ per week there, trying to support neighbor businesses. But no more. On top of that they constantly have broke store windows, loitering 24X7 and store antics. Seniors and adults take your business elsewhere.

I have had a much better experience lately. Keep up the good work!

All I wanted was a coffee. We beat on the door and my driver honked his horn. She couldn't be bothered.

Once again this place is close yet they are clearly inside. This ain't the hood so what's the problem!?? Avoid this one and go to any east of I35. They way better, qespecially the smaller one across the street from the large one

I really hope you realize what pieces of shit you are for posting that you are open 24 hours and me walking almost a mile in the middle of the night to get there to find out that you are closed

It's a 7-11. Pretty typical. Enjoy! They have 8 pumps with bathrooms inside. They have a Citibank atm inside. The guys are succinct and to the point when they help you at the register. They got snacks, booze, coffee, SLURPEES, and other typical gas station options.

Literally the nastiest gas station I have been inside. The restrooms were very nasty.

Terrible customer service and thieves. They tried to charge me an extra $.70 for an extra cup with my coffee that I am already paying $1.50 for....I've spoken to their area supervisor Sayed and he said his hands are tied due to the franchise owner being able to set whatever standards he wants. This same cup of coffee is offered multiple times a year for 50 cents. So clearly they're making a profit when they sell it for $1.50. The extra $.70 cents for a cup seems small but it's the fact that they won't take care of regular customers that bothers me. The $.70 cent cup is to deter the homeless from asking for cups but is egregious if you're already paying triple net on a cup of coffee that costs the a nickel to produce.
