Pointless trying to order Doordash here. Same employee always looks baffled like it's the first time they've ever seen one of the orders come through, and it's been missing items the last 3 times.

We bought a scratcher ticket here, won $30 on it. When I returned to redeem it the worker named Hemet tried to short me on it saying I won $20. After a moment I questioned it and he gave me the full $30, didn't ever print me a receipt though. Overall, nobody here is ever polite. Hemet communicated to me in mumbles so I almost didn't hear him when he repeated back "20." Sketchy place, won't come back.

I will not give this store my business again. I purchased a car wash early November of last year not knowing it was out of service. I checked back every week for several weeks and it was still out of service! I come into the store today to see if the car wash was open and ask if they could honor my car wash I did pay for this service already! Oh, it has an expiration I never saw... The employees both snicker at me and say it was only down for a max of 2 weeks. That is such a lie, it was down for over a month invalidating my purchase. Bad news, bad business practices

Would give this place zero stars if that were an option. The cashier and who I can only assume was her “baby daddy” were arguing about Osiris’ birthday present. Both seem to under the influence of some kind of amphetamines, and it made me feel very uncomfortable while in line with my ice cream, which was frostbitten so bad that I couldn’t eat it. Not to mention the numerous RVs in the parking lot with doors open and BMX bikes strewn around. Would not recommend.

I would rate less than one star if it was possible. I’ve been going to this 711 for the better part of 2 years on an almost daily basis. In all that time the only problem I have EVER encountered is the two Mexican ladies that work behind the counter. Especially the shorter more petite of the two. Not only is she rarely behind the counter, most of the time when she is not she is getting herself a drink or something to eat and completely ignoring any of the customers that are not her ethnicity. Today, I came in to use the atm and to get a visa gift card in order to send my cousin some money in the form of a gift card for various reasons. I patiently waited at the counter to purchase the card while said employee was over microwaving herself something to eat and she looked right at me and didn’t say a word and went right back to waiting on her food for the next 30sec. Then a Mexican gentleman walked in and she was all smiles an hi! How are you! Came right over to the register with her food still in the microwave. Keep in mind I didn’t say anything to her or ask her to come check me out or even hint at being impatient. We all have bad days, and despite my current disgusted rant- I’m not unreasonable or impartial. Her attitude towards me was borderline disrespectful and anything but cordial. This is always the case, if I had thought to get the woman’s name i would have posted it in this review. I know they won’t even reprimand her much less have some form of a sit down with her. This person has always walked around like she owns the place (she does not, the owner is a very nice older gentleman who is one of the most sincere and coolest cats you’ll ever meet). Amidst all the chaos currently going on and the struggles we all currently are dealing with daily I just could not remain silent about it any more- You should be ashamed for yourself lady, no one needs your ugly unasked for help to have bad days right now. I Hope you personally find some grace and change your racist close minded ways.

The staff here is wonderful and the coffee selection is amazing! 6 kinds of hot coffee in the morning, and tons of creamers! They have iced coffee, too! Super excited they have two sugar-free slurpee flavors, as well!! Woohoo!! I'll be back!

Generally this store is excellent. It is on my drive to Boulder so I often stop here to get gas and snacks. I often buy cans of cold Diet Coke. I went this morning around 10:20 AM and bought a Diet Coke. Took it to the car, opened it, took one sip and it was dead flat (no carbonization). I saw the can was damaged so likely a hole in the can. I took the can back in the store and talked to associate, Hemraj, about exchanging and getting a new can. I figured he would just do that when I showed him the issue. He flat our said No since the Diet Coke was not 7-11's product. I explained they sold it to me and if they exchanged it and gave me a new can, 7-11 could get their money back from their Coke distributor. He said No firmly several times. It was weird. When I asked him for a manager, he then gave me the store telephone number. Called it and voicemail box was full. 7-11 you are awesome but please provide better customer service.

Been going here for the last 2 years, and I want to take the time and leave a review on the newest hire Seven Eleven just hired. Her name is Kayla she was so sweet and good at getting a small rush out and had everyone laughing and smiling. One thing that stood out to me was when she stumbled into a language she did not speak she took the time to pull out her translating app to make sure she understood what was being said. I will say I never seen an employee like her. Normally when this happens the company gets a bad review or the employee gets a complaint. She needs to be appreciated for her hard work.

Used to love this gas station! Fountain drinks always had syrup. Place was always nice, workers were always nice. Until it got new owners. Fountain drinks tasted like water with some dirt in it. Always now the fountain drinks have no syrup! Lazy workers and rude workers now. I smiled at the lady behind the counter not 2 but 3 times on the way out making eye contact with her and she just gave me a rude stare. I hate this place now.

I went here when they were having their free coffee promo. All I had to do was download and use their app at checkout and everything was smooth. The store was clean and the cashier was fast and friendly. The coffee station is self service and it was also clean and ready to serve.

I just stopped in. The girl working there and the customers were not wearing masks. I asked her what was up and she said it wasn't a big deal. The customer explained that you don't have to wear masks there as long as you say your vaccinated. Shameful.
