Management you need to get rid of this employee. I ordered food today and this employee shorted me a dollar. I don’t even care about the dollar but it’s the principle and when I told him about it after he made the food he just gave me the dollar and never even apologized or anything. This is not the first time he has done this. I own a business very near this location and been coming here for years. The other business owners has also called this guy out about him keeping their change also. We all know each other because we are all regulars here. This is really bad and this employee needs to go. I asked for his name but he was hesitant to give it to me so I just left. Included is a picture of him.

I have been coming to the 7-Eleven for about 15 years ever since I've moved out here. Every crew is pretty much very cool except for the young lady I met today this just happened the 26th of April she was very rude disrespectful and everything else. She was talking nice to her other employees but not very nice to the people that were coming to be cashed out. I even had the same I two words for her. I used to always come in there and swing shift because of my job those people were phenomenal she really does suck

Don't ever come here. The service is horrid, it's constantly surrounded by homeless people, they have to blast Opera music 24/7 outside and it still doesn't keep them away. You can't use your 7-Eleven rewards here either. Specifically the tall bald cashier, Michael, is absolutely the worst cashier they ever could have hired. He can't figure out the register, curses at customers, and told me "bye, get out, bye" when I asked him if I could type in my rewards phone number because he said he couldn't scan it - never mentioned the entire system is down. Went to another location, absolutely no issues and they confirmed the "entire system" is not down. Lazy cashiers, terrible location, and the staff are beyond RUDE.

There are a lot of homeless people. But I absolutely love the 711. Especially the fact that the coffee is always fresh. And I've actually made a friend with one of the cashiers. Benson knows that store so well. He's like A711 super clerk.

Terrible establishment. My family and I are very disappointed in the customer service we were provided today. We were denied the use of the restroom as I am a male and only females and children are allowed to use their restroom. Meanwhile while standing in line, their male security guard comes out of the restroom and when asked why I couldn’t use the restroom, his reply was rude and hateful. The staff working the counter were so unprofessional as well. I will not be back to your store and hope your establishment makes some changes on your restroom policy ESPECIALLY for a paying customer!

Service was nice and speedy and it looked clean but these oreos were like $3 and expired for almost a year! I returned them almost an hour later and the guy was so nice and gave me a non expired one and took the rest of the expired off the shelf. Great service!!

Great employees. Store is clean, they play classical music 🎶 in the parking lot to repel the vagrants and other undesirable people. It's a shame the city doesn't care about this part of town.

I had a good experience at this 711 with friendly cashier and a good selection or products and reasonable prices for the convenience. It is close to my office to my job so that is a plus for me. I also got a good amount of rewards for the 2 items I bought. Overall very good store.

If this location could get a zero it should get it. THE LAS VEGAS HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GO HERE!!!! I went into the store to get a pizza I was a palled with what I saw. I took tons of photos walking around the store it was disgusting disgrace it was only four people in the store a tremendous amount of homeless sitting at the slot machines a homeless lady walked up and scooped her hands into the condiments that you put on your hotdogs and took a handful of pickles with her bear disgusting dirty filthy hands!!!! The black gentleman that you see in the picture that's posted getting a pizza out his pants are falling down so far it was disgusting they should make them wear their pants up tight with a belt not sagging to the ground before Saturday haven't been mopped in days it was the most disgusting horrible place The homeless outside is even worse it's literally like taking your life in your hands getting out of there homeless come running up to your car thr at the gas pumps bag of from money to open and doors that can get for money to in the stores still in the workers don't care to laughing it is unbelievable and you know what it comes down to management and is staff being let get away with whatever they want to do to let something happen this way the owner really should take a close look at this this is horrible look at these pictures I have listed really really disgusting disgusting place what's going on with the food I would be scared to go out to put any of these condiments on anything I'm gonna put in my mouth after seeing a homeless lady grab it with her hands

This place is my favorite place in the world. I think I come here almost every day to be quite honest. My favorite snacks that they have: Dill pickles blue bag Monterrey Taquitos Complete cookies Skyra waters 2/$4 Turkey sandwiches w spicy mayo 7/11 jalapeño kettle chips Dunkaroos Twin snakes Anyways, the employees are all sweethearts! I love seeing their smiling faces every morning when I come get my big water bottles or coffee :) I'll probably come here forever. I would give this 7/11 10 stars if I could!

Very clean and awesome customer service.. both Gentleman working there are very nice. Despite how busy it gets, they still manage to greet you properly. Thank you for having hot dogs for us :)

The staff here is very rude and it starts from leadership and it seems to never have a consistent type of leader the staff talks to you like you are there child are there enemy even after taking your money the level of disrespect is just WO.

The lady at the register is very rude! No customer service skills at all. We stopped by for coffee before driving back to Cali, she got mad because she had to brew more coffee since we finish the pot. I told her to have a good night before leaving and she just stared at us. Such an unhappy lady lol

While I was standing there at the counter, a man came in and nicely asked for ice. The owners behind the counter lied and said their ice machine was broken. I handed them two tens and $4.51 in change to put on the pump and asked to use the restroom. They said the bathroom was out of order. I walked over and pressed the ice machine, and it worked just fine. By the time I came back, the man at the counter (owner) had pocketed a buck and a half of my change that I had just counted before I handed him. Wasn't expecting dishonesty like that so I didn't watch him count it. These people are heartless crooks. Go somewhere else.

Best 711 in town. I go out of my way to this one..best service by far.. and when you can make 711 food into actual food there's something magical going on there
