7-Eleven

The is the worst 7/11 in Pittsburgh. Ever since they switched owners these store has been very bad. The Bald manger and his employees have the worst customer service every. The coffee station is never stocked they never have sugar they always think someone is trying to still. Its 5am and it's closed so two of the employees can stock a few boxes. I suggest everyone shop at the Penn Ave location we cleaner and better customer service.

I walk into the business to get a coffee and ask associate for the pricing of the coffee because I have my own sleepover bag next to my side they automatically thought that I was stealing smh I brung my sleepover bag from home with my own. Items . The associate that I ask for help looked inside my bag, which was uncalled, for I don’t see the professional in that at all or reason behind it . I was shopping.smh . the employees in the store watched me the whole time that I was there . I felt uncomfortable and couldn’t shop the way I would like to as if I was about to steal something . I didn’t have a good experience . left and right is all eyes were on me. It’s uncalled for and ridiculous that a paying customer has to go through that . I felt like it was racially profile and I would never go to the store on 643 Liberty Ave. in Pittsburgh again

This store is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! There are all sorts of people that just hang out in there that you have to worry about asking you for money and EVERYTIME you try to use your 7 eleven rewards their machine suddenly doesn't work and the clerks give you the goofiest look like they don't know how to work it...they will look at your phone and see you have enough rewards to cover your purchase and still want payment! I'll never visit another 7 eleven store EVER!

They're mostly fine but they seemingly refuse to fix their chili and nacho cheese machine. It's been out of order for months

I work downtown and while it’s convenient I don’t want to go. Always people sitting outside drinking and arguing, fighting , screaming , playing loud music. They are sickening. All older adults. I go to Different stores due to the crowd. New owners also have hiked prices. They are greedy!!!

Say open 24/7 but closed.. should update hours

The Indians took over and went waaay downhill from there!! Nothing is restock, the store is dirty and the cashiers are very rude! Oh ,and they charged me 20 cents for a little paper bag , everywhere else is 10 cents !! Nasty! Going to call corporate today!

Me I think the place is horrible got a young dude acting like he's security choosing who can leave there back packs up front known damn well people can still take them. Plus always gotta make fun of older people one day he's going to make fun of the wrong person someone going to put him in check. If you are going to hire security have them be in full uniform not just plain clothes or get to do the job better
