I only use their atm machine and noticed that the receipt will print the remaining balance on your account EVEN if you select NO to having it printed on the paper. I haven't shopped much at this place so cannot comment on the quality of their items. So my review is mostly for their atm machine. Their atm machine seems to not charge extra fees for any card so if you have a credit union account you could use them to withdraw cash.

Online this 7-eleven was listed as open. I arrived at 2:00 a.m. and they were in fact, closed. As evidenced by my pictures. The sign in the window says that they are closed until 7:00 a.m., each and every 7-eleven in the city limits of San Francisco said open this night but one by one I would arrive and find them closed. I even made sure to double check hours on the official 7-eleven website not just Google hours.

Stuck in the Financial District at 9PM, I went to 7/11 for a snack, one of the few businesses I knew that was still open at such a time. I’m glad it’s open 24/7. It’s a small 7/11, so I couldn’t find a lot of product I liked, and the only hot food they were serving at this time were hot dogs. I still found something, though. About 6-ish dollars for a chocolate milk and a spicy beef stick was… sensible? But if it weren’t the only thing open, I probably would have shopped anywhere else. There were 2 staff members when I visited, and they were polite. Overall, 3/5.

On July 11th you can get a free small slushie, though the line is pretty consistently very long.

Normally not the greatest but not the worst either. At this particular moment just annoying because this is two fails in a row as I try to place a simple order through UberEats. First store on Mason didn't have it, didn't inform me before I went to go pick up. So I tried again here, which if I had known it is his break I could have saved myself a trip. And they don't answer their phone. Well my bad. Shouldn't be giving in to 2 am cravings anyway. Off to try again at Sutter 7 eleven.

I arrived to find this sign, did not include a time of departure so who knows when he/she/they/it will be back..... Supposed to be open 23.5 hours every day, and should have a "will return sign @ x:xx am/pm time card!

Two stars is exceptionally generous, but at the end of the day they at least had a slurpee which is really hard to obtain here in Commiefornia because of all of the nanny state endeavours to make verboten the huge pile of sugars and single-use plastics involved in the marvelous creation of a slurpee. This store is dirty as heck. First thing you notice when you walk in. So dirty you would expect a toothless old timer plucking at a banjo on a rocking chair with a bottle marked "xxx" by his feet and a malnourished, inbred Deep South child to walk out barefoot. That's how dirty this store is. The cashier is on the wrong side, on the right as you walk in, unlike on the left of every other 7-Eleven I have been in around US and A and Canada this year. I don't like it, this is a bizarro universe 7-Eleven. Noting how dirty, shabby, and overall unclean the floor and everything else was it might concern you a bit, but I assume there are enough chemicals in an average slurpee to kill anything else unseemly. Or that's what I told myself to steel my nerves to drive that slurpee into this puny human body. Second thing I noticed is that there was a tiny, sparse collection of two different size lids but no cups in either the soda machine station or the slurpee station. So I waited in line to talk to the cashier to see if he had any cups I might fill up with mein crunk juice. He gave me a medium cup. I went back to the slurpee station to try to match the bottom cup portion with the top slurpee domed lid situation and the medium cup didn't fit either. So I waited in line again to ask the cashier for a cup. This is where things got weird. He tells me the lids are over by the soda machine. I tell him look buddy, no they are not, as I had walked by it twice already. So I asked again for a bigger cup to match with the big lid I had in my gat dang hands. So he instead gets an attitude and comes out from behind the register and comes over to look and then agrees with me that there ain't no lids. For the third time in this abysmal version of Who's on First I asked for a larger cup again which he finally gave me so I could match it with the lid I had in my hands which I brought to show him wasn't fitting the medium earlier. He didn't believe me and that whole routine wasted precious time on a very quick "lunch break" I had on a deposition nearby in the Financial District so I had to briskly sashay back a few blocks with slurpee in tow. This place would be less terrible if they gave it a deep clean with a fire hose and had less attitude for you when you are just trying to make a $3 purchase of a yuge slurpee. Achieve better Yelp ratings in the future by--pretty simply--putting some gat dang cups out at the slurpee station, and restocking the lids for all sizes so they don't sucker you into buying a larger size just so you get a lid to help you briskly sashay back down Sacramento St without spilling your slurpee errywhere. San Francisco has made it very hard to get a big beautiful sugary drink so I can't give one star for this place since they are one of the last bastions of freedom. However they have a lot of things to fix to make it a good experience; whereas this should feel like a sneaky, barely legal "lunch" that you could get in a Nar Shadaa neon-lit back alley that always has you feeling on the precipice of doom; visceral impending doom like just about every episode of the American version of Queer as Folk presented for that day & time of the mid to late 90's visits to Niketown during the day and then Liberty Ave. late at night.

This is my go to snack and beverage spot since 2017 nice staff and yummy snacks. Very happy with my service.

I was here with only one purpose. Get a slurpee! Half-truth, with my current crush on icy drinks. I actually stopped at a bank that I patronize a couple doors over and couldn't resist the temptation of walking in here and satisfying that craving. As I entered, I was surprised at the size of this store as it is long and narrow. I asked one of the staff who was stocking the shelves where the slurpee station was and he pointed me towards the back. In reading the flavors, I was excited, being a pineapple fan, to see Pina Colada. Everything was quick, typical 7-11 style as I was parking at a metered space around the corner on Pine Street. And the slurpee, the Pina Colada was a nice change but I still enjoy the cherry flavor more. Will stop in if I'm in the area again with a sweet tooth craving. And, yes, I'll use the bank as my excuse again likely.

They got rid of their extra meat pizzas and replaced them with spicy pizzas that don't taste as good. They don't have double gulp soda cups. On Monday 10.2.23 dring the day time they have homeless sitting in front of their store bothering people (me) and asking people for money. They allowed a homeless man to refill his Big Gulp soda cup for free right before charging me $1.69 for the same refill. When I mentioned it the employees wouldn't acknowledge it. I felt like they were ignoring me and pretending not to understand English when I raised the issue. The one guy who I knew for a fact spoke english didn't chime in. I don't exist to subsidize or give things to homeless people or be ripped off. I'm not factoring this into my review because I didn't realize it until reading other people's reviews. At night time they have no hot food out and the food that they do have out is so old that it should be a health inspectors wet dream. Like the fictional Holy Moly donut shop from the movie Friday After Next starring Ice Cube and Mike Epps.

Super convenient location in the financial district near our hotel. It was the only place we could go to get waters and snacks since every CVS and Walgreens in the area were always closed! We came here to get water, energy drinks, coffee and quick snacks. It's a small location so they didn't have any hygiene items. We probably spent more than we should have here but we paid for convenience and we didn't have a vehicle.

Every time I go there, there is no pizza. Either I have to buy the whole pie or he's refusing to make the pizza. Also, it's hella dirty.

I was in need of adding money to my cash app card - something I rarely do and this 7-11 is near me and I thought great! It's still open ! So I walk down there and mind you all they have to do is scan your barcode and it's done . The girl who worked there just now says " we don't do that after 6 . When I asked her if there was any other place to do it . ..... she responded with the 7-11 on SUTTER . Why can they do it but this one can't ? Aren't they the same thing ? Evidently not .... This one is a franchise clearly owned by a difficult person who doesn't get the idea of CONVENIENCE store . How utterly irritating and it's no surprise that they have a 3 star rating ..... frankly I am surprised it's that high . The girl was polite but nothing extraordinary about her service that would prompt me to give this store anything above a 2 .

New guy short changed me. I was trading in my lotto ticket and purchasing some stuff and they were rushing me. I thought he would of given me the right amount for my winnings. He didn't even give me my replay for a ticket and I had to ask for it. He handed me the amount not counting I pocketed it and walked away. 1 blocked away I realized I was short $5. It's just so hard to argue over it. Dude barely speak English.

This location is very convenient for me because it is on my way to work and I can get a quick breakfast snack. I also come here while walking home to get more snacks before having dinner. The cashiers I have encountered tend to be very nice. I also use this location for my Amazon Locker, so convenient because I can pick up my Amazon package at a pretty late hour since this place is opened 24 hours.

NOT 24 hours, he neglects normal paying customers and fights the people who are trying to pick up orders for Uber eats/ Postmates which ever I just witnessed. Whoever worked on this time 1:55am on 3/19/2021. Also was not friendly about it, clingy onto the closed sign like it was a life boat. I'm just a 5'4" girl who wants 2 packs of 711 brand cookies, & I drove far. Fix the time on this store. You might piss off the wrong person. -Oh I see... update. This PANSY, let's in the orders but not regular customers. Beautiful. Just don't waste your time like I did tonight. Peace

First off: Open 24 hours, every day. Respect. Open every day and still treat customers with decency? Mad respect. I'm not sure which employees other Yelpers had encounters with, but the person who assisted me on Christmas Day was an Asian woman who answered all my questions about the hot coffee and heated my tortellini without being asked, despite the language barrier. The coffee was actually fairly good--better than Peet's and Starbucks, in my opinion--so I can see myself going to 7-Eleven in the future over them. I drink my coffee black, so having something that's not overly burnt or bitter and unexpectedly smooth left a strong impression. The tortellini was also fairly good. It kept my hunger at bay before work. Even though the herbs long lost their flavor, some bits of meat were hard in an odd way and there was probably enough preservatives to scare some people into a detox, I appreciated each bite. Sometimes you gotta eat what's available and I'm thankful this 7-Eleven is available.

Not open 24hrs even if it says they are. When it is open the selection is very little and hardly any hot food

Good morning 711 and San Francisco fam. I just thought that i would say that j was able to stop in and get a coffee from this location. I'm new in down from Santa Barbara and I come out here for business. But i see that there are so many things are closed and not active. It sadden me the way this city is. But we as people make it what it is. When I walk in 711 i was hoping that the coffee was ready to go and already made. Now I'm not sure why things are the way they are but j do know we as people need to appreciate the things that we do get and the things that are offered. Sometimes things like that go on notice it is a blessing just to be able to walk into a 711 and get a cup of coffee or just to have store open for us to go into. Sometimes we has people think that we have that coming and it has to to fit our needs to be able to go into a 711 or any store. But were wrong to think like that there alot of things that are given because people are kind and want to do for others, but we don't lookat it like that we think we have that coming. All I'm trying to say is that I have visited San Francisco many times and I'm not use to seen it like this so I hope that we has people could come together and appreciate a little more so we could get back to where we were and rebuild our family's and the life that are broken or that have been broken due to the pandemic. Its about be kind to one another and showing some respect and not taking thing for granted. Blessings to all

This is certainly a clean 7-11 location and also a good use of this unit here. I find myself patronizing 7-11 when I need some snacks to munch on. Some of the items here which includes taquitos, hot dogs and nachos. I was craving for tortilla chips in nacho cheese sauce with a bottle of Nesquik milk. Next moment, I found myself here at 7-11. Also, they generally have a better selection of snacks available. This is certainly one thing bringing me in periodically. I do confess that this store maybe small. But a clean facility and friendly associates are of greater importance. The associate on duty was very fast and friendly. It is a good place to visit when in need of snacks to munch on.

A-OK. The store is like all others. They offer a limited selection but have an item for probably any think you might need in a pinch. The store is narrow in width and long in length. Customer service is A-OK. They are open later than the nearby CVS. The highlight of the store was that they did offer some healthier brand name nut and berry bars and 2 bananas for a buck. They sell items from beer, to hot dogs, candy and milk. They also have some reading materials an smokes. The guy behind the counter was nice, helpful and very patient with the crazies in front of me. He actually went out of his way to say thank you and have a nice night. Common courtesies that I am not used to in small stores like these, So, if you are in the area and need an item in a pinch, it is later at night or you need a banana or two... this place just may be the spot. Overall, A-OK!

Saw cockroaches by the Slurpee dispensers. When I told the cashier, he gave me a "what do you expect?" kind of look. Store also has promos plastered on the windows and the sidewalk billboard, but wouldn't honor, claiming they are expired; yet they won't remove the promos either. "Thank you, come again!" NOT!!!!

Wow the cashier is very rude, unprofessional and belligerent. I came by during my break (1135am) and i wanted a muffin and coffee which is $2. I guess not at this location. I grabbed some cashews too. Im at counter and he says $7.07. I asked "isn't it any size coffee and muffin is for $2? He answered with the most condescending tone "if you can read m'am, you have to buy two pastries" i answered "ok thank you but don't get smart and don't talk to me like I'm a child" unlike him i said it in a calm but stern tone. (Kill ppl with kindness) i set the muffin and coffee aside and told him i just want the cashews. I guess i struck a nerve and he grabs my items, slams it on the counter behind him and yells "GET THE FUCK OUT" Even the costumers behind me gasped and were shocked. I asked "so why am i getting kicked out again" Of course in a rude tone he responded "i tried to explain and you don't want it. now i have to throw this away. You wasted my money and my time" I told him that a lot of 711s have to throw product away and he yelled "well not here and not anymore, get the fuck out" I've been working with the public for over 7 yrs and I've never been treated and talked to in that way nor have i treated ppl in that same matter. There are plenty of days that customers rubbed me the wrong way but i left my attitude and personal issues at the door. I filed a complaint to corporate, his behavior was unacceptable and should have consequences. I know if I treated a customer same way he treated me I will be fired in seconds. I didn't really stop into 7-Elevens that much until this location opened AND CHANGED MY LIFE! The location is right next to my building and luckily for them, I have no self control. I probably stop in at least once a week for some taquitos (2 for $2.19), a Spicy Bite, or some lotto tickets. I've had every taquito offered and highly recommend the Monterey Jack and Chicken. I switch off between getting a Big Bite and the Spicy Bite hot dogs. I really like how I can load them up with all the condiments, including complimentary chili and nacho cheese. My scratchers hit (hit means win) pretty often from here, at least more than other places. Last I checked, I was actually ahead (won more than I lost) with the largest payout being $120. The service is also pretty good. I'm known as one of the regulars.. for better or worse. Above all, this is a GREAT place to stumble into with the drunchies. I mean.. how much damage can you do at a 7- Eleven right?!?! I'll tell you it's A LOT cheaper than stumbling into Michael Mina's on a drunken night.

I work a block away from this 7-Eleven and I ask for so little!! All I want is the cold brew coffee that I dispense myself but at least once a week (at 6 am), the box is empty. If I have time, I ask if they can take a box of cold brew out from the back and the gentleman there kindly obliges. But oftentimes, I am unable to wait. Can I ask that they be sure that the cold brew is always available? I'm pouring it myself, I can't make it any easier for them. If I could go in the back and get the box myself, I would. I need to have my iced coffee!!

Good store. They had cliff bars and reese's pieces,. Service was really good. Good veggie options with taquitos.

Super bomb cheap coffee. Located in a very busy spot in the FiDi. They got scratchers, fresh beverages, snacks and anything else you could possibly need! What more can you ask for? I am such a lucky girl as I have the option to get a coffee every day if I wanted. Close to Market St and Muni Bus stops. Not ideal to park as it's the city. Just walk it'll make life easier.

Wrong prices on products and cashier didn't care. Wouldn't refund my money. Refused to give me a receipt. False advertising.

I've had gas attendants, fast food chains short me change too many times. Same thing with a tall guy at this 7/11 who was constantly talking on his phone. Ice tea 1.39, gave a $10, and he returned $6.xx. The read-out tells you what to return. Sorry, you'll have to cheat others, but not me.

I would have given them 4 stars but I went to get a slurpee and they didn't have coke - the coke is one of the best flavors and I was really looking forward to it. I'm not THAT bent out of shape but I really wanted the coke slurpee - so 3 stars!

I thought all 7-eleven booths served corn dogs. In this one there was none to be found. The employee didn't even know what a carn dog was. He knew what Snickers was, so at least I got that need met. And a bottle of water.

Nice family run business. Keep a clean shop and well stocked on w/e supplies you might need.

This place will advertise cheese pizza but will never intend to make it because no one will buy. I would think if anything, the Indian people running the place would understand that I can't eat pork.

Your typical 7-11 store with one exception. The owner/workers are really rude to their customers.

This new 7-Eleven used to be a Western Union Agency for transferring money. Drinks, hot dogs, sundries...Convenience at your convenience!

I like this 7-11 location. Conveniently located on sansome between my two offices. My coworker and I always stop by for our afternoon snack. Sometimes it's a slurpee (for him) and an ice cream for me. I love seeing the same guy behind the register. He's quick and efficient. Sometimes he'll use both registers if the line gets long. Anyway - cool spot to grab a drink. I also won $20 in lotto tickets here.

This is a great 711. I just moved from Russian Hill where I worked in retail electronics to a store around the corner on Pine and never realized how good it is to have a super fast convenience store of any kind too close by. 711 is best at being fast checkin check out and that counts so much. This store is at one end of Pine and a Walgreen's literally at the other end. We are in the middle. A trip to Walgreen's even as in-and-out is 10 to 15 minutes. A trip to 711 is average 5 minutes max. Time is so valuable and scarce during business hours here in Financial district. The store is narrow and long but has all the needed stuff. They have sparkling Arizona which only 711 carries. They are good. This location has fresh pizza made on the spot. That is very interesting. I would say a 4 on flavor but for $5 and very very fast this is a good place to know. I like super fast always open stores in the right location. This one fits the area very well. 15 Dec 2013
