California’s Coffee Cancer Warning Labels May Be Axed by Health Agency | Eater

"As a widespread retailer of prepared coffee, it was cited as an example of a business that would have been required under the Prop 65 ruling to display clear warning signage or label coffee products, a requirement the regulator's proposed rule now seeks to remove." - Whitney Filloon

The store was ran fairly well. The soda cups were sticky. The clerk had a terrible attitude. I offended him by asking for a receipt. I guess. After seeing the other reviews, I see it is their practice. I will not be returning to this location. And I dropped a line to 7/11. This is far from their standard of service.

Went in to get a pastry and saw a bunch of flies on a cheese danish and flying touching every pastry in the case 🤢. Then the cashiers never pay attention and when they do, they’ll come over after they take their sweet time with no urgency. They just pay attention to their phones instead of working the register and can barely be found. They don’t try to be friendly with customers, you’ll just be completely ignored. This place isn’t the place to go to if you’re in a rush.

The place is not kept up well. It's obvious that the establishment only appreciates the income from the consumer but not providing the best experience. I pointed out how gross the bathroom was to the owner. Pastries are not fresh. I typically enjoy my 7Eleven experience, visiting this location was not pleasurable.

This store deserves 0 stars! The rudest cashiers I have ever encountered. I have lives 2 mins away from this 711 for the last 3 years. I almost always avoid this place. Someone with some sort of authority should go in and mystery shop this store I can promise you will have an issue with the rudeness, and laziness of staff. They always claim they are out of something, big bites, spicy bites, etc.. When its clearly in the freezer, they are to lazy to make it. Also beef patties and wings are always old and hard. Please be advised nothing has changed after 3 years of complaints.

Given this place one star, I asked the guy at the register if they were able to make fresh wings and he said no plus all the food that they have was already burned

Google
This 7 11 franchise owner very poor example for 7 11. Many of his staff very good and eager to please, but under his direct guidance taught to be very aggressive and combative with customer. Always ask for receipt to make sure charged correctly, franchise owner frequently advertises sale prices and will not honor. Does not participate in many of 7 rewards program and you will be charged regular exorbitant price. I wish 7-11 would revoke this franchise owner agreement ...terrible terrible terrible customer experience.👎

One of the nastiest places i've been in. We stopped in on our way home and the bathroom was so gross that I refused to use it. However, my fiancé decided to. Afterwards a worker came out and decided to lecture us for ten minutes about how disgusting the bathroom was. When we explained that it was already like that, and the mess certainly wasn't from him she continued to make comments such as "you're teaching this child to be disgusting"(I was holding a family members baby), "if they were nasty why would you add to it?". Then proceeded to complain to other customers that we made the bathroom disgusting. The only good thing was their slushee. Otherwise I would avoid this place due to the piss caked bloody toilet seat, and their rude customer service who can't take responsibility for not being able to clean a bathroom

Google
If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Most unfriendly cashier. I paid cash for food and gave him a $20 bill, he tried to take $5 until I called him out and was all apologetic, but the other 3 times I visited this store he couldn’t he acknowledge me or say hello. Scumbag

Yelp
I went to get an energy drink but they didn't have plastic bags so I almost froze my hand walking back to my car.

Yelp
This store has the worse customer service ever. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have to drive 3 miles just to go to another 7 11. I have tried many times to give them another chance. I went in the other day to cash in a scratch off the cashier literally shewed me off. Saying lottery doesn't work. Gesturing with his hand to leave as if I was getting on his nerves. They need new management and friendlier staff.

Yelp
I don't shop at 7-11 for food except an occasional quick snack like chips or a drink. But, this one has one very special item not found in all 7-11s. It is this special food item that I just love, and have to have at least once or twice a month. (What is it, you might ask. Get to the point!) It's a brownie that tastes like it was made by your grandmother or that best-cook-in the-family aunt. This delicious dessert costs less than $2, and believe me, it tastes better than those costing far more at restaurants and grocery stores. Sometimes, after I go out to dinner, I skip dessert so I have an excuse to purchase a 7-11 brownie.

Yelp
Even by 7-Eleven standards the attitude behind the counter are mostly bad. But it's the nearest 7-Eleven to my house that serves diet Mountain Dew, so smile with the workers and enjoy your liquid refreshment.

Yelp
I have a love/hate relationship with this 711, they always have the best gas prices around that ive seen, but if you try using your card at the pump, they PREAUTHORIZE $100, no matter what your charge is. $10 of gas? Preauthorize $100. $20 of gas? Preauthorize $100. $5 of gas? Preauthorize $100! Its crazy! That means for 2-3 days, there is a negative charge on your bank statement of $100 until they process the charge, then it reverts back to your actual payment. ...but three days?! Its absurd. So its annoying as hell, i gotta go inside the not-so-convenient store and process my payment at the counter, which takes longer because there's usually a line. On the upside, the do have good coffee.

Yelp
To me 7-Eleven is the jump off spot for early morning commuters, soccer moms, police officers, drunk college kids, and weed heads on a late night munchy run. I was going to say smokers, but if you buy your cigarettes at 7-Eleven you probably have disposable income, because their prices are never low. It's got everything any other convenience store has, but they also have Big Bites and Slurpees. Stop me if I am telling you anything you don't know yet. The recently started a big promotion for sour patch kids slurpees, which I like to refer to as "A cup of instant diabetus". There is nothing about this location that makes it stand out from any other 7-Eleven. Only difference is that it was located just before the parkway exit. So anybody on a long trip has to at least consider stopping before they pass it. one thing I do like about it is that they sell alcohol, and on sundays that can come in handy around that are.
