So sad how this store turned out. If you the owner of this store. Better watch out!!! I was going to this store for over 15 years. The store is not clean anymore, no napkins, coffee cups, or slurpee’s covers, sticky counters, and messy floors. ⛔️BE CAREFUL⛔️when you pay with your bank card using pin or EBT. They took my whole balance after I use my EBT there during night time shift. I’m saying this because you were the last store I used my card for the last 2 weeks. Due to this, I will NEVER go back. This is VERY DISGUSTING.

this is Valleria, I order my usual the hot wings 5 orders but, you guys messed up my order again i only! Received one order of wings and the bag of chips and you charged me $41.00 plus 17 % tip.. this is second time.

Now I am not one to usually write reviews, but when I went into the 7/11 not 30 minutes ago, I needed to use the ATM which the woman working there said was in the store when I called and assured me that it was available for use, so I went to the store to take out some money, only for the ATM to tell me it needs my "confirmation code" for my card (I have never been asked that before. PIN? Absolutely, but not a confirmation code), then when I asked for help or information on what the ATM was asking for, or what it meant by confirmation code (mind you, there was no other customer in the store), the woman working there simply said "I don't know, no one's here, I don't know" then when I tried to ask her why the ATM in the store needed a confirmation code that wasn't my pin, she gave me a really mean glare and before i could say anything else, she walked to the other side of the counter, picked up the phone and began talking quickly into the phone without any answers. The look she gave me along with her attitude of "oh, I don't know, I can't help you, but even if I could I wouldn't choose to help you" just made me bite my tongue and leave the store. I like everyone else who works there, but the woman should not be working there at ALL. She clearly wants to be literally anywhere but at that store, and honestly I have turned around and left before I even entered the store in the past because she is working there. I never see her working there and NOT have the phone in her hand, and whenever people walk up to her to ask for her help you would think they were asking her to cut off her finger for them, like girl, I understand a bad week or day or every month, but this is just ridiculous. Someone should bring a phone jammer and stick it somewhere in the store, maybe then she would pay 1/3rd as much attention to people as she does to being on the phone or hiding in the back of the store to avoid customers like the plague. Absolutely terrible service and treatment from her and her alone, I get a long with the other employees there, but it is only her who makes me bike a mile or two away to just go to stop and shop rather than deal with her. She should go and not work at that store again, pure and simple.

Great experience! 👍 The attendant was very helpful and SO nice. I actually had friendly service with a smile. I would definitely recommend this establishment for last minute needs. We were visiting someone at the Bay State hospital and the cafeteria was closed, so we ran up the street (5 minutes away) and they had tons of stuff, both hot and cold. Very convenient.

Been going here for over 10 years and since the new owner ship it seems like it’s gone down hill about 50% honestly probably more. For example I tried to get some pizza tonight and there wasn’t any atm and instead of making a new one and me waiting for it I was told that they have cheese and pepperoni but they didn’t have any pizza at the moment and instead of saying “I can make one it’ll just be x amount of minutes” they said they didn’t have any pizza so I’m very disappointed in the lack of care for customers when certain employees are working

I went in this morning and the cashier, a woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I used to come to this 7-11 all the time when I lived near the area and it was very clean and staff were extremely nice. She was berating the customers and cursing and stating this store is going to s**t while in front of customers. If you don’t like your job then just find a new one! It was horrible. I will never return again.
