Gas station displays in accurate pricing the picture depicts 1 gallon of gas for $2.95 and the pricing up top on the pump says $2.84. I told the clerk and he said oh that’s the manager. No sorry no will fix it. I had to reiterate five times.

This store needs to be shut down they are very rude no customer service how do they run a business just letting any one run that store they are so rude especially when u are picking up a door dash they dont care to make the order even tho we are on a time limit sometimes they hand me the tablet to shop because they are lazy the store smells awful to food sits old and they still serve it some one needs to investigate that store asap send ice to. send the food safety people asap Im a customer here to and ill never return im tired of this place the most disrespectful employees ever please hire people who have customer service not silent and rude that give dirty looks . I want to kno if any of these people are working here are on the books legally working here its some one different all the time. They are all rude and nasty

Been going to this gas station for 10 years at least. Starting as a kid filling up a gas can for a dirtbike or lawn mower, now for my car. For the past 3 months the pumps have been filling up EXTREMELY slow. I don’t know if it’s the same for different octane levels (my car takes 93 per manufacturer, 20 gal tank), but from E it takes me 15 minutes to fill up AT LEAST. It’s been a problem for months and I’ve brought it up to 2 different clerks and nothings been done about it. I’m not a gas station specialist or anything like that but when you’re in a time crunch or need to get to work, or even just wanting to fill up your car for a long drive this is EXTREMELY annoying.

BE AWARE OF SCAM!!! Placed a pick up order from doordash. Come in and they said no order was placed regardless the receipt from doordash. Worst experience ever, clerk is not helpful at all!!!

I visited your location at Cooley Street, Springfield, MA to get gas last week. After pumping the gas, the machine instructed me to go inside for the receipt. When I went in side a gentlemen was at the register. I asked him for the receipt for the gas and he asked me for what car? Since I was the only car situated at the gas tanks and the car and gas tanks were within clear view of the inside register where the gentlemen stood, I thought that was an odd question. I then asked him why isn't there paper in the machine? it is bad enough I choose 7-11 which was the higher priced of the 4 gas stations in the immediate vicinity to give you business. He then told me he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt. I asked him for his manager and he said he was the manager. I asked him to write down his name and he wrote "Mr. 7-11" I see why I do not ever see many cars pulling up there for gas - bad customer service/price. After reading the other customer comments, it doesn't appear they are moving to change for the better! Won't be going there ever

I went to the location on Cooley Street this afternoon to get gas this afternoon at approx 12:45p. After pumping the gas, the tank instructed me to go inside for the receipt. I see why I do not ever see many cars pulling up there for gas. I will not be buying anything from there ever!

Have been going to this store for gas and convenience for years now and I will never go back. The store sits on an intersection with 3 other convenience stores/gas stations. I went to get gas tonight and was informed by a third party cleaner that the store was closed however the clerk was willing to sell me gas. The cleaner was extremely rude and told the clerk not to sell me gas cause 'he ain't got no respect'. It was clear the store was experiencing some sort of water problem as the floor was wet in areas but the area from the doorway to the cashier was completely dry. If the store was closed why were the doors unlocked and why did the cashier at first agree to sell me gas? Furthermore if your store is truely closed due to plumbing issues they should really put up a sign or turn the lights off. I will never return to the store as there are three others just like it at the intersection and the other three appear to be far more professional in how they conduct business.

Smells so bad in there. I'm not sure if it's milk or food but it's been so bad for weeks I want to legit vomit. But, also, you may be greeted with one of the few employees who are just one their phone and if you can wait for them to finish their personal business so you can play customer then this is the place for you. Too many stores around to go to that you can give business to.
