Always rude, always on break... Says 24hrs but always closed and they be trying to rush you so you can't use your rewards number

The corporate of the 7-Elevens need to double check on the employers and remind them what are they duties as a employer. I came in to buy a full Pizza a they did not wanted to cook it because supposedly on this one the oven was broken. It's 12:39 a.m. it's what the employer told me at this time. But they seem to be not really wanting to do their jobs because I had just come from another 7-Eleven the one in Lincoln center near highway 5 and they told me that they couldn't cook me the pizza because they were going to have to clean the oven. So definitely something has to be fixed or hire someone who is full knowledge of what are their duties as employer for a 7-Eleven

BEWARE - Do not use your EBT card at this 7-11 on Pacific Ave & Rivera Rd! My sister who is from Fremont is here visiting me & she used her card there for a small transaction a few days ago and yesterdat she noticed they emptied her EBT card of $1000! They did 3 transactions in the hundreds until they drained out all of the $1000 she had! She is on her way back from Fremont now to go confront them people who work there. She swiped her card once inside and that is all it took! All 3 fraudulent transactions happened there after! She is gonna report them to Police today and to 7-11 Corp!

This 7/11 is not 24 hrs they wrapped the doors with garbage bags, don't come after 12 am its 2:46 currently

I always go to this location but today on my way to run my business the cashier was very rude and unpleasant. She made me feel conflicted on spending any more of my hard earned money there. Very disappointed 😞 I have to say. Poor customer service. She was on the phone the whole time and did not hear any of my concerns or heard me for that matter. After repeating myself for the 4th time asking very politely for a bag. She then said with an attitude. 25 cents and shoved my purchased items in the bag and walked away continuing her conversation on her Bluetooth 😑. What is the matter with people. I still wished her a good day and got a nasty look.

Just went in and had the lady double scanned my items, then when I pointed it out a man comes and rescans my items and the screen is now showing items scanned triple. So how did 4 drinks and 2 candies go from 19$ to 25$ and then when pointed out again about multiple scanned items ohhhhh sorry let me ring everything up again. Check your receipts people this place is trying to make they’re extra money 💰

The graveyard shift worker is so rude, he closes down and locks the door for way too long, he rarely does anything a customer asks, cant even get him to cook a pizza. He is always on the phone and he literally ignores you if you ask him to do something he does

did not take apple pay. so my morning was started off bad. very dirty! colony of homeless people outside.

What's up with the men that work here? Why are they all hella rude? The women are always pleasant; The men on the other hand, seem like they have a complex and feel the need to flex on me whenever I come in. The store is convenient because it's close to home, but the customer service is always an issue with me at this location. I won't be returning.

How do you run a promo for 79 cent large fountain drinks and have NO large cups...offer me the extra large maybe?....

Wtf happen to this 711? Every single time I go to this 711.. out of all the slurpees, there is one that is working correctly. The coffee gets put away early I guess because they never have coffee. The frozen cooler with the dip in dots needs to be throw away, all the ice cream in there is old for months now. The hot food looks discussing. It's just a mess inside and out, it was never like that before.

What do yall expect when you come down to a convenience store in stockton, its not going to be 5* perfect, and who likes to work convenience nobody obviously they arent gonna be happy dilly when you walk in, just grab what you want, check out, and be happy.

Update review came her today and the dumb lady at the register was so rude saying hey hey hey very annoying you need to wear a mask and said hey so much she got in my nerves felt like I wanted to slap her she got on my nerves and I left I understand it's covid 19 but you need to know how to talk to your customers you dumb lady !!!!!

7-Eleven on Pacific ave in Stockton, California. I come here for only a few reasons only. The Redbox outside, Soda and Beer. I know some people that live near by so this is our go to spot to get the goods. The staff is cool but if it's at night I got my swerve on, so I can't remember the names that well. Tip: you can get cash back. Tip: A sign says no loitering, but if you cool with them. They'll let you chillax outside. Note: The parking lot be crackin sometimes at night. This is a typical 7-Eleven market, junk food, beer, cigarettes and Jimmys. But you can get that anywhere ya digg:) So yeah I'll be back in a week or so. Vincent D aka VD aka Vebola aka Vincent Vega. So nice and honest. I left my ATM on accident 10/23 around noon. Did not miss it till 10/24 later in the day, went back to 7/11 cause that's the last place I used card. They had my card and gave it back to me, saved me a hole lot of hassle getting a new card etc...my forever smokes store

So, they tore down the abandoned 76 station and built a 7-Eleven. Big deal? Maybe; This 7-Eleven is very new and nice inside. It does not smell of east Indian incense and unwrapped dehydrated meat, and the candy bar warppers are not sticky. Stopping at a 7-Eleven for a cola slurpee is a childhood memory that will never die, so it's nice to have a slurpee vendor close to my workplace now. Of course, many years ago, the carbonated frozen treat known as the slurpee used to be made with real sugar. Today, real sugar has been replaced by high fructose corn syrup in almost everything, but it's still sorta close to that childhood sugary memory. High fructose corn syrup just has a weird aftertaste that apparently doesn't bother most people, but it does bother me. If they ever go back to real sugar in the slurpees, then this will get 5 stars for sure. The staff is friendly, and talk WAY too fast. Their ethnicity is not a concern of mine like it is to some people. All I care about is how they treat their customers, and so far, that is excellent! They have donuts and coffee that are legendary, if not a tad profitable for Curves and Jenny Craig, and the building is so clean! I hope they keep it that way. I don't go into the 7-Eleven in Ben Holt or Quail Lakes anymore because you feel like you need a shower afterward. A stop in the bathroom requires a follow-up tetanus shot. Stop by the new location at Pacific and Thornton at the Thornton and Lower Sac "Y", you'll enjoy being in a 7-Eleven that is as clean as your childhood memory of the popular quick-stop. Minus the nice old man smoking a pipe behind the counter, thank goodness!

Guy named Lucky would rather count dimes and nickles than check me out for one Gatorade. HE says wait one minute then says wait two minutes and i walked off. Went to Chevron down the street next to Safeway and I'm glad i did because you know why? Their fridges are a lot ~`COOLER`~ Colder beer. Colder drinks. = Better Happier Summer not dealing with an idiot counting his change in the register.

Babati I think this is her name at 7 Eleven night time shift cashier is either uneducated when comes to counting change that she is to give back to customers, or purposely not giving back correct change. On Thursday Jan. 17 the cashier was suppose to give $12.91 in change, instead she gave back $8.86. We walked back in immediately and showed her the mistake. She counted the money again still counted .91 cents in change instead of the actually .86 cents it really was then counted the dollars and counted a one dollar bill as a 5, when I said that's a dollar she sarcastically said oh my bad and I also told her that the change was wrong and she just blatantly ignored that. So if anyone's dealing with this Babati cashier lady make sure that you are counting your change if you use cash, to make sure the money that you're getting back is what is supposed to be giving back to you. I'm not sure if this is purposely done or she is seriously that uneducated but either way it's taking money from consumers in a blatant way.

Welcome to the North Stockton area. Such a clean store and perfect customer service. Staff are very friendly and inviting as they greet you into their new store. Keep up the great work and low prices. I look forward to my daily shopping for food and ice cold sodas.

Dont come between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am. The middle eastern guy is too busy talking on his phone. The store looks dirty. Homeless coming in and out, pan handling. The guy is rude. Ask him of he will ever have the hot food ready, he looks clueless..
