The staff here so not helpfull when I asked for help to send something to other city. According to my friend that staying in japan usually staff will help if i want to send a package. But this one not. Not at all. She didnt even explained from beginning that i need to post it by myself to post box. But she still sell the envelope to me. Also refuse to help write down the address as its in japanesse. I asked if there any japanese staf, before i finish my word she even said no japan staf. And other staf keep spoke to me in japanese, i said i dont understand any of your words. After i asked staf from my hotel to write down. She said i need to put it into post office mailbox, and i asked her, where is it, she didnt know. HAHAHAHAHA Then WHY NOT TELLING ME FROM BEGINNING THAT I HAVE TO PUT IT ON POST OFFICE MAILBOX SO I DONT NEED TO BUY THAT ENVELOPE THAT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO PUT IT. I am a tourist, how suppose I know where that mailbox, while she that been living in japan also dont know. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOT HELPING ME AT ALL AND MADE ME WASTE MY 219 YEN FOE THAT STUPID ENVELOPE. THANKS FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY 7-11 STAFFS. YOU GUYS REALLY MADE ME IGNORED AS TOURIST THANKS A LOT

7-Eleven’s are EVERYWHERE in Tokyo and are wildly popular. Check out the array of snack foods! I definitely want to try some of the jerkies. I bought a Japanese sparkling wine for under $3! The cashier was super helpful with the cash-only self-checkout.

Good for food, beer, snacks. Staff assist aussies like me for payment at the screen. They have chocolate milk. But, the worst smoking room in Tokyo, all jammed in like sardines. Stand up only.

It’s quite a big one! Variety of drinks, beer, snacks, cooked food, amenities and iced dessert! A good one to visit at night time when all other shops are closed and if you are eager for some mid night snacks! Coffee machines and microwave available too! A bonus here is there are some bulk pack for clearance so may be good to treasure hunt here!

Great variety of food and drinks choices. Ladies in the counter helped me to use the machines although machines have very good illustrations of use instructions. Located in a backstreet. Sitting area to consume your food available but with restricted time and solo cubicles. Quite strange and isolated design. No inviting.
