I really enjoy Seven Leaves for the quality of the drinks, especially the green Thai tea and house coffee, which are consistently excellent. The drinks are great, but the portions of their toppings are smaller than those at similar shops. I’ve been a regular at this location for about a year and often stay to work since the seating and atmosphere are great for studying or getting things done. That said, the customer service at this location could use improvement. On many occasions, I’ve waited at the counter while staff were in the back preparing drinks or cleaning, which leads to me having to call out toward the back to get someone’s attention, or even to ask for the bathroom code. There is an automatic bell at the entrance when customers come in, but it doesn’t seem to prompt staff to come to the counter quickly. A more consistent front-of-house presence could improve the experience. I also frequently place larger orders (usually 3-4 drinks at a time) and have previously noted in the mobile app that I would like the order bagged so the drinks don’t tip over in my car. During my most recent visit, this note was overlooked which is understandable, but when I asked for a bag, the staff hurriedly grabbed one and tossed it at me on the counter without any acknowledgment and rushed away. This has happened multiple times before with different staff members, where a bag is just tossed at me and they immediately leave to the back area without a word. I understand that they are busy, but it feels like there is a lack of courtesy and kindness that feels rushed, unwelcoming, and dismissive. With more attentiveness and warmer customer interactions this location could better match its excellent products with equally strong service.

7 leaves is my favorite boba spot in San Jose. I love it due to its rich flavor in their Thai tea. My go to order is a Thai tea, light ice, with their subtle yet sweet honey boba. All their ingredients taste fresh and natural and their app is very convenient if you go there often. I truly can’t find a Thai tea like it and wish I knew the recipe!

Some of the best Thai Tea with honey boba I’ve had in a lot time. So rich and sweet, and it took less than a minute for my drink to come. Really clean and quiet store as well. Definitely my new favorite boba place.

I got taro milk ! It didn’t taste good! This is my second time at 7 leaves and I am done. It taste just milk and water. I am also not comfortable with the service as I felt all they care is only about tips which is quite unfortunate because I did takeout. I won’t be returning.

Staffs here are super friendly and felt welcoming and their coffee quality is always consistentl. My go to for coffee addiction.

A modern looking Asian boba drink store. The average price is about $5 dollar per drink, then you have some bakery to complement if you like. The seating is comfortable, the staff is friendly.

First of all, there was only one worker for the cashier AND making the drinks for everyone. A bit of a wait but that's a given with only one worker so can't blame them. But 7 leaves overall just gives 50% ice in their cups even if you ask for less ice. I pay $0.80 extra for custard pudding topping and I always get a sliver of topping in my drink. Not sure if that's just the company's standard measurement given to their workers now but they definitely need to go back to giving toppings that fill 1/4 of the cup. Although the flavor of the mung bean tea is great, the price does not reflect the amount of drink you receive. $6.90 for a large

Really want to love this place... Love the vibe, it's got a great, relaxing hip environment. Walked in mid afternoon, tired and in need of caffeine and sugar boost. I really wanted a milk tea with caffeine and fruit, like a strawberry milk tea or maybe a black tea with a fruit base. Even after explaining in detail I wanted caffeine in any form with a black or similar tea and some sort of fruit based tea drink, the young man behind the counter was confused, bewildered and suffering that "deer in the headlight" look. He could only say no, we don't have that. I asked him if we could get creative and combine or make an off menu tea drink and he wasn't getting it. He could have made suggestions, offered alternatives but all I got was "sorry".... Disappointed and still tired, I ordered my daughter her drink and I headed to TeaZone for a tried and true, mainstream black tea with fruit syrup and boba. For me it wasn't working, maybe you're mileage will be different but between their staff with poor/limited communication skills and a small, seemingly inflexible menu, I won't be going back. TeaZone, Happy Lemon to name a few offer more standardized, mainstream boba tea drinks not to mention larger menu offerings, I don't understand how 7 Leaves positions themselves in the market with their smaller, different menu.

The mung bean milk tea was worth to try. I love how they decorate this boba shop. We can take some good photo. 5/5 services and I will definitely come back to try more drinks when I come to Campbell.

If you love coffee, their House Coffee is the way to go. It's similar to Vietnamese iced coffee (which they also have on their menu) but instead of condensed milk it's topped off with sea salt cream and cinnamon - yum! The inside is beautiful! It's well-decorated and perfect for IG worthy photos. There's wifi and a restroom so it's also a great place to do work. Service was fast and quick! I highly recommend this cafe.

Had 7 Leaves a bunch of times at various different locations (SoCal and Bay Area). Always a solid choice. I usually get the green Thai tea. My back-ups are the Vietnamese coffee or mung bean milk tea. Most recently, I got the green Thai tea (less sweet) and it was ready within 5 mins. Tasted delicious as always. Ambience inside is nice. Calm, modern interior, and seems like a good place to do work. Cashier was friendly. Would come back! Restrooms are very modern and clean too.

We had some good boba here! Came here on a Saturday afternoon so it was quite busy. We ordered the Mung Bean Milk Tea and waited about 10 minutes for our drink. The decor inside is very cool, with comfy couches and tables to work/study on. The one downside is that it seems that almost every seat was taken while we were there, so it might be hard to find seating here. The mung bean milk tea was very solid. It had a distinct sweet mung bean flavor which was refreshing. I like how it didn't taste too grainy (mung bean tends to be grainy sometimes) but rather blended nicely with the other ingredients. I think I won't go out of the way to come here again but if I am close by I will definitely come back!!

I often go to 7 Leaves for my boba fix, but this is my first time at this location. It seems relatively small compared to the other ones I frequent, but the service was quick and hassle-free. My friends and I got our drinks in no time -- my favorite Mung Bean Milk Tea turned out great as usual!

This is a cute smaller location. I love their house coffee definitely my to go, also enjoy the passion fruit tea. Tried the Brazilian lemonade, it was refreshing. Service was great and fast.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The girl at the counter taking our order was rude, not helpful at all. She never smiled and offered no help in suggesting alternatives. She seemed bugged by us even being there. I will never go back.

This place is a lot better now and is one of my go to places for morning coffee. Too bad they don't open before 7am, but that's understandable. I love putting in mobile orders for pick up because they are so fast. The seats here are always taken, so if you plan to visit or work from home here, plan accordingly because this place gets packed! Make sure to get the house coffee, the barney, taro and mung bean. My favs!

Love 7 Leaves as one of my go-to boba chains that are here in the South Bay. This location is conveniently off the 17 which makes it a perfect stopover whenever I am heading back to Santa Cruz. What sets them apart from other shops is the quality of their teas. They use high quality tea leaves to brew their tea and you can build your own with whichever milks, flavorings, and toppings you desire. I usually go with their Assam Milk Tea with Oat Milk and Boba. Always go half sugar because they already use a lot of sweetener and this was a perfect amount. My drink was prepared well and very satisfying. The shop itself is relaxing and chill. There's lots of room to do work or meet somebody. Highly recommend this 7 Leaves!

This 7 Leaves Cafe is located in a small plaza with limited parking in their parking lot. This location is a bit further away from me than their other locations, but I like how quiet it is compared their other stores. I studied here a couple of times, and it was decent as well. The is not much service, the employees are not always at the front, so it is hard to get ahold of them (until they come out to bring out drinks). I ordered my usual here, which is the Sea Salt Jasmine Tea with boba. It has a good creaminess to it after mixing, but lately it has this weird aftertaste to it. The boba was a bit on the chewier and softer side, which I did not prefer. The sweetness is fixed for this drink.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon to study. A smaller 7 leaves spot, but luckily there was a table open! The ambiance is very nice, the chairs are very comfortable and the tables have plenty of space to lay out my study materials. They had some pastries and baked goods on display. We got the ube mochi cake, which had a strong ube flavor. Tasted good but a bit too rich for me. I like how the menu is concise- offering a good range of specialty drinks while not having an overwhelming amount of options like other boba places. They also offer the standard coffee, latte, etc. We got the Sunset Passion Juice and Strawberry Passion (their special, a mix of the sunset passion and strawberry tea). Both were very nice and refreshing! No artificial flavor, and the right amount of sweetness. The sizing is pretty generous as well. Overall, a solid study spot and drink spot. Wouldn't recommend the ube mochi but other than that I would readily return!

Just came here and look at my large drink. The cup is literally full with ice. I took 6 sips and my drink was already gone. If I wanted a cup of ice with a side of tea that would've been fine but I didn't.

The strawberry hibiscus with crystal boba hits the spot on a super hot day! Very refreshing! I've only ordered this the last two times I have been and it has not disappointed. I ordered Uber eats pick up and was ready in time. Will be back for this drink again!

Thai Tea 5/5 Tea is very prominent, and sweet! If you do not like sweet things you can always adjust the amount. Staff Very welcoming and straight to the point. Super accommodating and helpful about food/drink options and they made my drink pretty fast. I ordered at 5 PM on a Tuesday. Ambiance Floors and tables are clean, no visual signs of trash and dirt, there are folded napkins under certain tables to prevent tilting for customers. The only things that were partly dirty were the tables. Some rings of condensation from drinks would occur, though I always use a napkin to wipe it up myself because it's not a hassle. Provided a variety of tables and chairs, the back corners of the cafe had tall tables with outlets, as well as larger tables with comfortable seating for larger parties, and lounge chairs that are very comfortable Lots of plants and homey decor, with various forms of calming instrumental, house music, chill edm/lofi, it's a nice place to do work.

I would recommend stopping by 7 Leaves for a nice afternoon / evening of studying, relaxing, or socializing! The ambiance is really nice -- a cafe setting that raises the bar for other cafes! The store is not too crowded, there are both tables and comfortable lounging chairs available, and there is calm music in the background. I got the oolong milk tea with boba and it was good. I got it with easy sweetness and easy ice and I would always recommend these settings -- my drink was not too sweet and ice was not a huge portion of the drink. The drink was ready almost immediately. The boba was chewy and tasted good (had honey added to it). Compared to other boba spots I've been to, the oolong tea here is ranked pretty high for me!

Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon to hang out. Love the ambiance, not too crowded, the seating area was small but cute, and they had calm work music. They also have table outlets! The tea was good too!

Customer service was just ok. Boba is super sweet even with easy sugar (adjusted), but drinks came out quick. Wouldn't necessarily come here again but fun to try once!

I always want to write a review for every 7 Leaves I go to because they so deserve it! It was my first time visiting this location and the first thing I noticed is how it's much smaller than most others I've been to. I've always known 7 Leaves to be a go-to study spot for many, but I don't think this location is suited for that. You're definitely grabbing on the go here. Something I actually haven't reviewed at any 7 Leaves yet is their new Brazilian Lemonade. Although it may seem so simple or a little strange, I absolutely love it! I always hesitated to visit 7 Leaves at night because they don't offer caffeine-free options so the Brazilian Lemonade is a total game changer for me. I lastly wanted to note that the staff member who took my order was SO sweet and accommodating! I wish I got their name!

Absolutely LOVE 7 Leaves!!! It's one of my favorite boba shops. This location is my favorite - it's the perfect place to grab a drink and do work. The ambiance is great, super chill and cozy. The drinks are top tier and always come out super fast! I usually order the assam milk tea, thai tea with sea foam, or the house coffee. You can't go wrong with any of them!

Tea is good as all the other 7leaves locations. But don't ask for less ice, they will fill your cup with more ice than ask. Same as the wolf location. Will not be ordering from Campbell or wolf location.

Location - great because I didn't go here because I first looked for it, we just pass here and see it and go for some boba Parking - small lot and we usually find parking. Basically it's super easy to find! Lol Ambiance - cozy, always some people are inside chilling Service - decent and pretty fast Drinks - everything we have had is pretty good, wish there were more choices tho

I love having a 7 leaves so close to me! This is one of my go to spots for boba now. Their drinks are always so refreshing and the teas taste fresh. My favorites are the oolong and assam milk tea. Occasionally I like to get the Vietnamese coffee. Their drinks are a bit on the sweeter side so i usually get less sweetener. Also love that they're open pretty late! I always see a lot of people inside.

This has by far been the fastest 7 Leaves order that has ever been fulfilled in my life!! I came to the store around 11:55am and was taking my time ordering 5 different drinks off the menu, I got a large Barney (secret menu item of Taro Milk Tea and Mung Bean Milk Tea mixed together) with boba, large Oolong Milk Tea with boba, regular Vietnamese Coffee, regular Sunset Passion Fruit with Aloe, and regular Herbal Tea. After I finished paying I turned around to sit down but they had called me to pickup my drinks!! I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes which was AMAZING!! I appreciate the impeccable service Anyway on to the drinks: I got the Barney for myself since I've never heard of it before. It was good but it ended up being a bit too sweet for my liking. I had asked for all drinks to be made less sweet but they said they weren't able to do that which is a bummer :0( They did adjust all drinks to have less ice though so at least there's that. I think next time I'll just stick to my go-to which is the pure Mung Bean Milk Tea. I tried my boyfriend's Oolong Milk Tea which was actually really good, I preferred that lower sweetness level compared to the Barney. I originally asked for Oolong Tea with no milk, but they said it would come out overpoweringly sweet due to the milk diluting it, so I'm glad they warned me ahead of time. I had a sip of the Herbal Tea which was actually really refreshing! It tasted like the juice that grass jelly comes in. I didn't get to try the Vietnamese Coffee or the Sunset Passion Fruit since those were gifts for others so maybe I'll get those the next time around :0)

My favorite and preferred 7 leaves location in the San Jose area! The drinks here have a stronger tea potency/flavor compared to other locations in my opinion 1/2 Thai tea & green Thai tea-- (4.5/5) couldnt decide between the two so got both! Pretty good if you're indecisive but I typically get either green or regular Thai :) Green Thai tea-- (5/5) always a go-to along with their regular Thai tea. I always get easy sweet w boba!

I loved the cute Halloween decorations. The line was slightly out the door. I needed to treat myself for a 2 hour workout. This was my first time here so now I really had to try it. The staff was really friendly. I ordered the Japanese green tea with yellow pudding to drink now and the house coffee for later. I had to get the seasonal mochi cake as well. The tea was absolutely delicious. The mochi cake was dense but really soft in the middle. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Consistently heading over to this shop for boba as they make great boba, have amazing drink options and also sell pastries and macaroons. Drinks are good- consistent- I love 7 leaves. I'm from so cal so there's an abundance of them in so cal. I only come here when I'm in the area and I have to say service is super unpleasant. I don't need them to be uberly friendly cause I get it I'm not all sunshine's and daisies but the girl today was so damn rude.

This is one of my favorite boba spots ever. The boba is always made to perfection and I've never had burnt boba from their locations. The staff is always nice and helpful. The space it's self is very nice, can be pretty hectic since I often go during the later hours and many students study here. Sometimes it's difficult to find a table but regardless, always a great time to eat work done here.

Mungbean milk tea: 4.8/5. Great summer drink. They don't sell this drink everywhere but I love coming here specifically for this drink. Super refreshing sweet drink on a summer day. Strawberry Hibiscus Tea: 4.5/5. This drink doesn't have caffeine so it's great for children. A light refreshing summer juice that comes with a lime. Sea salt jasmine tea: 4/5. Strong jasmine tea flavor and the sea salt cream makes it the perfect sweeter mess. Overall, the boba is a great texture and all the drinks were refreshing and sweet.

Great cafe to work or study! I've come here so many times to study - There's lots of seats, outlets, and there are two bathrooms. The drinks are ready fast, I love their matcha soy with custard pudding. It's not too sweet but is flavorful and refreshing. Their macarons are really good too.

The closest boba place to my guy's and have visited this place few times. I don't drink tea but I love to drink taro drink with boba. This place's taro drink is a fail. It doesn't taste like taro at all. More link just milk with boba. Disappointing. Small menu. Besides the small amount of pastries and macarons, there's not much food served. Service has been pretty good every visit I've made. Parking isn't much since they share it with other stores. Be prepared to have issues finding parking.

7 Leaves is a chain, so why would I give it such a good review? It's because it's the standard to judge all other boba places on. When you order from here, you know exactly what you're going to get. Your order always comes out quickly, no matter how busy it gets, and the drinks are always consistently well made. It's one of the few places open early enough for you to order from before work. The menu is varied just enough to not overwhelm you. If you're skeptical, order a Thai Tea from any boba place and compare it to here. I think you'll have a hard time finding a lot of places that can measure up to--or even beat--7 Leaves.

I really like the jasmine milk tea at this location! It's my go-to drink whenever I'm here. The service is friendly, the store is clean and inviting, and what keeps me coming back here is how consistent they are with their drinks. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Came here tonight to get a boba drink because I had a huge craving. I came in and ordered a Thai Tea with Boba and the man at the front said "we don't have boba anymore". I said okay and still ordered my drink. A girl came in about 10 minutes after me and ordered a drink. She walked out and then came back in and said "hey you forgot the boba". She didn't specify on honey or crystal. She just said boba and got her drink back. I went up to the counter and asked what add on she got to where the gentleman said "crystal boba". I called him out and said "but you told me you didn't have boba". He said "I said we didn't have honey boba". He told me exactly "we don't have boba anymore". I had two witnesses that can speak to that. He then got nervous and said no no I didn't say that. Why did I pay for a drink and not get what I want and I could have ? Why lie? When I asked for his name which he stated was Eddie, him and the little girl laughed at me. This is horrible customer service. Yet every single person that came in after me he didn't say anything about not having boba. This is so disappointing. Such horrible horrible customer service.

THIS. PLACE. IS. RACIST. They lie about not having boba to clients while other clients are having boba. The girl is also extremely rude while making drinks with her shoes half way on. This gentleman is so rude.

The drinks are basically sugar with tea/matcha as a topping. Haha. The other customer ahead of me tried ordering no sugar in his drinks (tried like 5-7 different orders), and everything had sugar. I tried the Japanese Matcha Soy. I had one sip and threw it out. I get it, but customers might be trending less sugar overall nowadays.

One of my favorite places in the Bay Area for boba drinks. You can really taste the tea in their drinks, and the boba is soft and chewy. I always get the Assam milk tea, which is a drink I can't really find at most boba places. My friend ordered the Strawberry Hibiscus tea, which was also really delicious and not too sweet. The inside of 7 Leaves is great for studying or working, as there's a lot of seating, and the atmosphere is quiet. I always stop by here when I'm in San Jose.

My favorite drinks here are the Herbal Tea and the Summer Mint. The Herbal Tea is very fragrant, earthy, and refreshing. It might be an acquire taste but it's a drink that reminds me of childhood and summer. If you like citrus, the Summer Mint is for you. It's light, citrusy with a hint of mint. Refreshing as well. The pearls here are a little too hard for my taste so I usually just get the drinks and skip the toppings.

They don't have any drinks that aren't ridiculously sweetened, and don't warn you about it. I ordered an herbal tea and it tasted like southern sweet tea. Replacement tea was also way too sweet and was iced down 100% for some reason. Not coming back here

I've heard great things about 7 leaves. We don't have a 7 leaves where I live, so when I found out there was one in the area, I had to go and try it out. I tried their house coffee which is a spin on their Vietnamese coffee. After one sip, I knew I should've ordered 2. Haha. I'm probably going to get their house coffee a few more times before heading back home.

Great study spot with lots of outlets, comfortable seating, chill lofi beats, aesthetic ambiance, clean bathrooms, and affordable prices! Drinks are ~$5.25 with boba being $0.80 extra! I really like this place to study and meet with people! they also have pretty solid wifi and there is a good parking lot! The Vietnamese coffee is strong and not too sweet

Came into this coffee shop as i was craving vietnamese coffee. Ordered a cold brew with extra 2 shots and was phenomenal! Would come again. But just a heads up, they put A LOT of ice in the cold brew. I ordered a second one with eazy ice and was a better selection. The hot coffee only comes in one size, which is a bummer as my gf likes hot brews. Also, parking can be a little tricky as it shares with other businesses.

A friend of mine ordered me a Thai tea. Simple and sweet, tasted super delici-oh-so!! And the caffeine got my heart to redline!!! Lol good stuff

Great place for a study session or a catch-up with a friend due to its ample seating (compared to their Saratoga Ave location). Drinks are always spot on, never had an issue with quality or timeliness of service. The staff is quick and efficient but not always the most warm/friendly - I sometimes feel like they're rushing me to take the order so they can go to the back lol.

The Thai tea was really good , just right More recently you tried a simple green tea which was too excellent and the temperature was perfect. Price point standard. I will return It's cozy and close ‍
