I'm the Fitness and Health Coach for this building and I gotta say out of all the condos downtown I've visited and workers for 70 Rainey is the Coziest and classiest of them all. Mid rise buildings are the best, not to busy mothers too boring and the view here is unmatchable. It has one of the best fitness centers in its class and the residents that live here are super fun and friendly. I wish I lived here just for the views. Evwry time I have been here is great! Quick access even on.busy Rainey street, excellent Security and staff! Did I mention the views from the moment you step off the elevator!

Incredible concierges and probably the best pool view in Austin.

Extremely rude and dishonest staff , Held an event and was blamed for scratching the floor by Juergen. So they hastily cashed the deposit only later to find out it was the cleaning staff from the landlord. We have screen shots of messages absolving us of blame. Extremely disappointed in their dishonesty . And apparent theft of our deposit .

I'm not the type of guy that needs an incredibly fancy personal living area. I don't need stainless steel appliances or mahogany floors, just give me the essentials and I'm fine. However, I'm definitely big on amenities and location, and this place has delivered. The restaurant and bar is great, gym, pool, local parks, and right by my favorite area to go out in Austin, Rainey Street! Couldn't be happier with this place, inside or out.

My clients are super excited about this project! Can't wait to welcome them home to a new level of sophistication to Rainey Street wile still keeping an Austin vibe!

Wow, what views and killer location, if you got the Greens to Spare, ha. I was just inspecting a few of the units. Derms great for singles, couples no kids, etc.

Beautiful building and fantastic staff. The view from the 10th floor pool is unparalleled.
