Finally a meal prep service that actually tastes good! I look forward to eating meals from 702 prep. The meals come fresh and last all week. The macronutrients are listed on each meal so that I can make sure I am sticking to my diet. If you are looking for healthy delicious meals then I recommend trying 702 prep!

Update(12/2025): Still the best meal prep service I’ve used. Food quality is still top-notch and I order whenever my travel schedule allows. The weekly specials continue to impress. Give them a try! I've tried a ton of meal prep services over the last two years and 702 Prep is hands-down the best one out there. I've been using them for about 2 months now. Chef Rob uses high quality ingredients and the food is delicious. I have 7 or 8 go-to choices at this point, and I try most of the weekly special dishes too. Delivery is always on time, and I've been getting text messages from the drivers when they are 5-10 minutes from me. Their service is very highly recommended!

This is the best meal prep in town. It saves me so much valuable time, plus i’m not eating the same thing for dinner every night. The selection is fantastic, the food is amazing and diverse and there is always a new weekly special to look forward too. Service is also top notch, Rob responds to texts almost immediately and I never have to wait to get my order when go to pick it up.

The food is fantastic and I really enjoy the fact that I’m not stuck in a subscription situation. Order as much as I like and it’s dropped off at my house. Chef Rob makes it super easy to communicate and shows that he takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for heathy and delicious pre-made foods this is the place.

The food is excellent. It is by far one of the best services I have used. For the last three weeks. I have purchased about 10 meals a week. My elderly parents needed a temporary meal solution. I needed something that was both nutritious, portion controlled, and not overly salty. This services has been a lifesaver while my mom recovers from surgery. Very high praise. My only suggestion is I would like to see the menu expanded, and more options for diabetics who have to avoid starch. Honestly, this is a fantastic service. Great service. Great quality. Good everything. If you live in the 702 area code, I highly recommend the service.

Love 702 Prep! I was looking for a new meal prep company to refer my clients to. I'm a nutrition coach and I have several clients who don't have time to cook or don't care for cooking. I found this place on Yelp and read positive reviews and decided to try them out. So glad I did. The menu offered a solid amount of macro friendly weight loss options. I placed an order for myself to try a few of the meals out. I ordered 4 different meals and ALL of them were delicious! I got the Chicken Gyro Bowl, Turkeyaki Meatballs, Thai Basil Turkey Tacos and the Chicken Sausage Low Carb plate. My fav was the Chicken Gyro Bowl. 10 out of 10 recommend. Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned well and very fresh. Not to mention Rob the chef and I'm assuming owner of the company is so funny! If you're looking for a new Meal Prep company that offers fresh, reasonably priced and macro friendly and FLAVORFUL food...look no further!

First Time Experience - I ordered 5 meals and enjoyed them all! 1) Communicative: 702Prep sends emails and text messages without being invasive. The company communicates receipt of orders, offers pick up options (I chose pick up), and does follow up on the meals 2) Price: I felt the meals were of high quality and competitive with similar companies and even grocery meal prep options. Be sure to take advantage of the 10% off advertised on the main page of the company's website. 3) Selection: There are a variety of options for available including seafood, chicken, beef and meatless. I was pleasantly surprised there is great flavor in all meals and high protein - which is what I wanted. I would definitely order again.

702 Prep has changed my life! The meals are delicious, healthy, and quick & easy to heat up. There is a lot of variety and there are different specials every week so you never get tired of the menu.

702 Prep is a local meal prep service that has very delicious meals that are Macronutrient. Every week there is a special dish of the week that I truly look forward to. I pick up my meals every Sunday about 2pm but they do deliver on Monday's. My favorite dish is the Seared to Pection, it's salmon cooked to absolute perfection with potatoes and green beans. Also, the Carne Asada tacos are heaven. The green sauce and guacamole is so damn good. The steak is so soft and flavorful. If you are looking for delicious meals at a good price, this is the place for you, you won't regret it.

I absolutely love my meals from 702 Prep! I even put them in the freezer and take them out when needed and they still taste fresh.

Used Factor for many months and they could never get my orders correct or on time. So a co-worker said his neighbor uses 702 Prep and sent me the link. The food is night and day better! I am very pleased to also support a local company! I will be a weekly subscriber and would recommend them to anyone that doesn't have the time to cook there own meals everyday. I use them because I am a weight lifter and try to eat every couple of hours and having meals that I can cook in a couple minutes that are premade and use fresh ingredients is awesome!

Their meals are so freaking good I was literally blown away. Flavor bombs were exploding in my mouth with every meal and the meat quality is great. Chef Rob is the type of owner/rep of his company that WILL DIRECTLY CALL you to make sure your order is correct and verify certain things with you over the phone and not go back and forth etc. The food is amazing and always fresh. His delivery service is only $7 or you can pick it up yourself for free! My one complaint which is kind of good for him he has these specials every week and sometimes the food is too good and you want more but because it's a special you can't get it anymore .

The food is DELICIOUS! The delivery is easy, the food is amazing, and I'm so happy that we can eat such reasonably priced food here in Las Vegas.

I've ordered a couple times and so far everything has been good. The portion sizes are enough for me, but a larger portion option would be cool for people who might want a little more food. Also, changing the minimum order from $50 to $40 would be cool for those of us who only need 4 meals for the week. I like how communicative the delivery driver has been and getting personal texts from Chef Rob is also pretty cool.

My work schedule is chaotic and I travel a lot, plus I have no clue how to cook anything decent. I get so tired of salads, take out, and dinning out only to feel bloated from the high amounts of calories and salt that's in the food. I have been looking into meal prep companies for a little while now but never truly saw anything that I completely loved on the menu. First off, I appreciate 702 Prep's website and it's extremely easy to use. The reason Im mentioning that is I've been on other meal prep sites and have actually been unable to place orders due to website glitches and then the company does not answer the phone. Chef Rob provides excellent customer service and stays in contact with you. When an owner goes the extra mile to make sure a customer is happy that stands out to me. So thank you! Now on to the actual food review, haha!!!! The food is absolutely amazing. The variety on the menu is what really caught my eye. I am a sucker for seafood and steak. If I can have both in the same week I am one happy girl! Everything I have tried has exceeded my expectations. So far my absolute favorite dish has been the almond encrusted cod. I didn't think you could re heat fish and it still taste amazing, but apparently I was wrong! I ordered a few dishes for my mom and she loved it as well. Overall I'm highly satisfied. I found 702 Prep on Instagram and loved the photos, so I decided to order and give it a try. They have many choices and I selected a turkey loaf with mashed sweet potatoes, pasta with chicken sausage, salmon and potatoes, plus some others that I will continue to enjoy throughout the week. The meals have a meat, starch and vegetable and are well-rounded with complimentary ingredients. The quality of the food is great, tastes fresh, and has good flavor, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning to keep it interesting. The servings are actually larger than they look and I can heat up about half, eat it and then save the rest in the sturdy, sealed container. I find them excellent to keep in the fridge during the week or they are perfect for work and having a quality meal to choose from instead of fast food. I always feel good after eating the meals; they are filling without being heavy. Delivery is on a Monday and mine was in the afternoon. I received a text shortly before the arrival and also after the delivery. When I got home about 15 minutes later, the bag was gently placed near my door and had a large bag of ice inside to keep it cool. I would highly recommend the service and in the future, and if I'm planning on being out for a while, may deliver to the office instead.
