"At this stylishly urban restaurant (housed in 7132 Hotel, a heritage building that is a magnet for design and architecture fans), Dutchman Marcel Koolen has taken charge of the kitchen. With the support of his international team and executive chef Matthias Schmidberger, he proposes highly creative cuisine with a strong vegetable component. For example, when he combines artichoke pieces cooked in salt dough with artichoke and potato crisps and pickled Vals vegetables and arranges them on a tomato, pepper and basil cream, the result is packed with incredible flavours. The chef is also a dab hand at preparing meat, fish and shellfish. The surprise menu, also available in a fully vegetarian form, can be accompanied by wine pairings or home-made alcohol-free pairings. As for the service, the team led by Franziska Wölfle is professional, charming and always on hand. The chefs, too, join in with serving and talk you through the dishes. In terms of design and location, this hotel is a rare jewel and is definitely worth a stay for those reasons alone. We had a room with a large balcony which was truly incredible. It felt like a little apartment! The views from the restaurants are incredible as well. The complimentary mini bar with lots of snacks is a really nice touch, as is the steam shower.||Our welcome by the reception by Danah was really warm and informative. She was consistently helpful throughout our stay. ||We stayed during the off-season, which I think had a small impact on our experience. When we arrived, I was surpised to learn that all but one of their restaurants was closed (except Silver was open for breakfast). I think the food could have been better at Red, but in no way was it bad. The breakfast and food at the Blue Bar was delicious! ||I'm not a big spa person, but the treatment that I had (included in my package) was superb. The therme spa is also a completely unique experience.

Incredible hotel, with exceptional staff members, excellent room with a big bath in the middle. Lots of small attentions everywhere in the room and the hotel as a whole. Everything was perfect and the red restaurant is high above expectations : high quality of the meal, prepared next to the table. Of course, Thermal baths are fabulous. Will come back for sure !

It is in an excellent location with super friendly and professional staff and excellent quality. The thermal bath is an architectural landmark. You should definitely try the 2 Michelin Star Silver restaurant.

I had read some negative reviews about the hotel before my stay, which made me a little anxious. However, when I arrived, I quickly realised that there was nothing to worry about. My experience at the hotel and the baths was absolutely dreamy. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well-designed, and I had a magical time in the thermal bath at a slow pace. I had an unforgettable experience at the hotel, I just wished I could stay longer.

Everything you would expect from a top quality 5 star hotel and world-class therme. Superbly well trained staff, clean and stylish spaces. We were so happy with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff - just super good at their jobs. Great value for the money in an expensive accommodation. Highly recommended.

Therms are amazing. It’s a very unique and resourceful experience. I can strongly recommend the deep muscle massage, it’s a blast! Rooms are very nice however a bit small. A kettle and a coffee machine would be appreciated. The silver restaurant is a must do! Food is very creative, and the wine-pairing is fantastic. The while team is nice and welcoming. We will be back! DaPapa was a big disappointment. I had to wait 10min to get my pizza while my wife already received his food. The basics in a restaurant is that everyone eats his food at the same time. And pizza was not grat because not cooked enough.

V small & inconvenient design room . Dark & narrow. No shower privacy. Not enough shelving or counter top . No one to orient room controls. All use iPad. ||Black v dark lobby & restaurant & bar. ||Poor breakfast service. Waited 10 minutes no one takes tea order. No hot food menu. ||Not replenished tea pot. ||No air conditioning or TV in room||Spa has cracked walls & rusted plumbing . ||One restaurant located outside hotel 5 minutes walk. Food v salty. ||Quiet hotel||At night loud jazz music at bar .

We had breakfast, and a special winter dinner (we chose Swiss fondue) in cable car. The foods are delicious, in the cable car it was unexpectedly really warm. What I liked most was the service, Fabio was very professional yet friendly in a sophisticated way. Thanks a lot, you made our trip 🥂
