We spent 4 nights at this property. You would never imagine the expansive and beautiful surroundings that are beyond the front door. The lobby is beautiful with tropical flowers greenery and fountains and multiple sitting areas. The staff served an amazing breakfast every morning with a wonderful array of home made bread, jam, danish, juice and coffee in addition to eggs and meats. Many beautifully furnished and decorated sitting areas and 2 pool areas allowed plenty of room for relaxation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this property.

We love this Riad/hotel. The location is very convenient, the service is superb, and the hotel is an interesting mix of beautiful restored and modern rooms. It is a blend of historic Moroccan and modern design, with many beautiful rooms to explore. We enjoyed retreating to one of the pools or other public spaces to unwind after exploring Marrakech. However, the best part of the hotel is its service. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible place. There look to be many good hotels in this city but If I return to Marrakech I will stay at Riad 72 again for sure. Nice quiet (but felt very safe) area, walking distance to everything, beautiful building, immaculately clean, lovely staff, room was huge (with roof terrace and jacuzzi) and breakfast each morning was delicious. We only used the main pool briefly but was nice too. Airport transfer to hotel was complimentary and to arrange a return was reasonably priced. We were able to leave our bags on check out and then use showers on return before taking our early evening flight. Made for a nice relaxing last day! Highly recommended.

An amazing Riad with exceptional staff and rooms well appointed. Delicious breakfast |Rooftop pool relaxing Lunches at restaurant onsite (no alcohol available but virgin Mojitos delicious). And the Hammam and massage at onsite spa. A must!!!

Our stay at 72 Riad was nothing short of phenomenal. From the beautiful welcome to the luxurious daily breakfast, they attended to every detail to make our stay enjoyable. The service was impeccable and the rooms were exquisite. I cannot recommend this place enough--you will not be disappointed!

Amazing place, everything was top quality from the decor, cleanliness, breakfast, staff, rooftop pool, and spa. The location is great, close to everything, easy to get a taxi but not right in the middle of the square. The only negative was the listing of cocktails and rooftop bar are misleading and should be clear this Riad is dry and does not serve any alcohol even with meals.

A luxurious stay in Marrakesh. Beautiful 2-storey rooms which felt very private, our own rooftop with 2 loungers, beautifully designed bathroom with natural rooftop light from the windows. Plenty of seating areas with a swinging chair in the courtyard. The rooftop swimming pool was the cherry on the top. Wish I spent more time here!

Fantastic experience! From the welcome to the service throughout the stay and the comfort of the suite, everything was perfect. Ideally located in the center of the medina and at the same time a real haven of peace. Great attention to the details ( you can even chose the scent of your soap..) We surely will come back!
