Yelp
This place is such a cool cultural inspiration for the Hispanic/Latino communities in Colorado! Apparently they will be renovating the inside soon but overall the staff is super friendly, the Guadalupe play was a well put together play, and the food and drinks served inside were such a steal! Well priced with tamales for $3 (yummy too)!

Yelp
Awesome community theater that puts on an extraordinary number of culturally themed performances, and many are based in Colorado as well. They have oratorios, plays, monologues, multimedia performances, musicals, and the list goes on. What a beautiful way to honor and celebrate local Latinx and Chicano culture!

Yelp
Great place for thought-provoking, local plays directed and acted by such incredible talent. They are coming on their 50 year anniversary supporting Latino theatre and I hope they see 50 more! What an asset to our city!

Yelp
What a wonderful night on the town. The Play 'Divorcee's, Evangelist and Vegetarians'. An absolute Hoot. Haven't laughed this hard at a stage play like this in a long long time. A wonderful cast of outstanding actor and actresses. Better than anything I've seen in denver theaters. (Ever) running from June 8th thru the 25th. Get in and check it out kwik.

Yelp
Watched "The Sisters, Sweetwater" written by Hugo Sayles, directed by Jimmy Walker The performance was fabulous! Two beautiful dancers lure the audience into the past with swaying hips and come hither looks. Then, the star appears, Janice Guy-Sayles plays the tragic, driven, complex Chelsea Sweetwater with compassionate understanding. Later, we are introduced to Chelsea's sister, Oleta, played by Felicia Gallegos Pettis. This shy, religious sister can still belt out a tune and nail a dance move as well as Chelsea, but she is hesitant to take center stage. The story builds as the sister's complex past is slowly reveled. The play was well paced with action, drama and comedic lines to break the tension, and punctuated with amazing music and dance performances including a beautiful rendition of "A Kiss to Build a Dream On" by Dee Burleson.

Yelp
This is a great venue, with mostly original works from Tony Garcia and other Chicano playwrights. There staff is very friendly and helpful. The main Theatre holds around 300 people.
