Where to Eat in Minneapolis’s North Loop

"Borough is fancy enough for date night, but casual enough for a post-work meal. The patio is ideal for warm evenings, while the dining room, finished with lush fabrics and metal accents, is a cozy respite in the fall and winter. Pair a duck fat shortbread with braised lamb spaghetti, served with preserved ramps. Sneak downstairs for a cocktail and a burger at Parlour Bar after dinner." - Justine Jones, Alex Lodner

On the Grid : Borough

"Situated above the Parlour bar rests a warehouse dining room that will satisfy your belly just as it will your eyes. The commanding industrial windows provide diners with an excellent view of Washington Ave. and the perfect amount of light for taking a selfie with your elegantly-designed meal. A table for dinner can be tricky without a reservation, but during lunchtime you'll have better luck getting seated right away. If you're stuck waiting, mosey over to the bar and enjoy some craft cocktails and/or beer served from their massive steampunk tap." - Krisna MacDonald

Yelp
One of my favorite cocktails spots over the years. The entrance reminds me of the show cheers cause you walk down the stairs to get into it from the outside. Inside, super dim lighting, comfy seats and a cool bar. Usually great tunes playing and staff is always friendly and great with recommendations. Love the fries and aoli and their burger is easily one of my favorites in MN. The cocktail list does change pretty often but I always find something I like. Whether I go there for dinner and drinks or for a late night cap, it's always a great experience!

Yelp
Parlour offers a cozy and intimate setting, making it an excellent choice for a date night. The staff is attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is a blend of modern and retro elements, creating a unique dining experience. However, despite the positive environment, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. I started with the popcorn, which featured bacon, togarashi, and pineapple. The combination was unusual and didn't quite work for my palate. For the main course, I had the burger with a side of fries. The burger was good, with flavorful smash patties and melted cheese. However, the bun was slightly over-toasted, making it a bit too crunchy for my liking. The fries were a highlight--hot, crispy, and addictive. I also tried the non-alcoholic Calamansi Tequila Sour. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. I was disappointed to find that it lacked the Calamansi shrub, and instead, the bartender used an orange Ocean Spray, which didn't capture the unique flavor I was hoping for. Overall, while Parlour excels in ambiance and service, the food and drinks didn't quite match the hype. I might consider giving it another try in the future, perhaps exploring different menu items.

Yelp
Came in for a drink but decided to try their famous burger. My party got the old fashion and seemed to enjoy their drink (I don't drink). You seat yourself and unfortunately the music was blasting in the area we were sitting at. Asked if it could be turned down but was told no they couldn't. Service was great though, she kept checking on us and never rushed. Finally the famous burger....well let's just say I won't go back for seconds. The burger and bread were super greasy on the bottom. It did not sit well in my stomach after we left.

Yelp
To be so bold to have a handful of things on your menu in a North Loop location, you must be doing something very special! And boy do they have something great going on!! You go to Parlour for their burgers and fries... nothing else, very simple proposition. If you have ever watched How I Met Your Mother, and remember the episode were Marshall is looking for the best burger in NYC and feels so deeply for his memory of this magical burger, this is exactly how you will feel after eating this burger. Simple, unassuming, and packing a ton of flavor! Located in a basement with minimal (if any) indication of its existence, it gives you a speakeasy feeling that adds to the mysticism surrounding their offerings. Please give yourself time as it tends to be quite busy, but stick around and brave the wait for a wonderful meal accompanied by crafty drinks! By the way, another unexpected twist, their popcorn is incredible.

Yelp
One of the best burgers ive ever had and one of the best meals in Minneapolis. Little tricky to find the location but its in the basement. Bar options are plentiful. But just get the damn burger and you'll be happy. I also got fries cause thats what you do. Cute spot with excellent service. The burger came out pretty fast and dammit was sooooo fucking good. Best burger in Minneapolis better then any juicy lucy. The meat is crispy and juicy and seasoned perfectly a hint of salt which pairs perfect with the melted gooey cheese and the egg bun is perfectly buttered and toasted and soft. Its soo good. Made me so happy and I will definitely come back next time i'm in town.

Yelp
Stopped for a few drinks and share a burger. Our bartender was extremely nice. The burger was very good but maybe a tad pricey $18. I did love the maillard on the smash patties and that the burger was no frills. I started with an old fashioned which I noticed was pre made and it tasted that way. Still can't figure out why it was. I switched to the Loop Sour and that was amazing. Don't think I'd ever had a sour with Fernet but it really worked. I would come back here.

Yelp
Finally got to try the famous parlour burger and it did not disappoint!! Do not skip the fries with the dipping sauce- it's like crack!!! Addicting AND the atmosphere of the Mpls location is so cool and fun Our server was a hoot and the drinks are perfection Would def come back and try more menu items!

Yelp
My husband insisted that I go to Parlour and I am not mad about it. He claimed it was the best burger in the cities. I'm not gonna lie. It's a pretty darn good burger. It's kind of like a Culver's Butterburger on steroids -- delicious, crispy, greasy and gooey. We got the garlic dill aoli, which I could take a bath in. I tried the beet cocktail and really enjoyed it. It's a speakeasy that serves a smashingly good cheeseburger. Good stop for before or after something and a really nice relaxed meal. Our server was great and highly attentive, with good menu knowledge. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Came for the famous burger and it did not disappoint. Nice crusty bits of beef with melty cheese. Juicy and delicious. Didn't give it a full 5 stars because of the limited menu and our server wasn't very friendly. Go for the burger and cocktails but don't expect much more.

Yelp
looking for some old fashioned bites with a cozy yet elevated ambiance? look no further! last week before heading to the Xcel for an amazing concert, we found just the spot @parlourbarstp our experience was nothing short of delicious AND substantiated all claims of Parlour serving one of MN's best-in-class burgers. if you don't believe me, go try it for yourself! our orders: cauliflower // chiles, honey, cilantro pesto, citrus vinaigrette the legendary parlour burger // ground chuck, ribeye & brisket, white American cheese & an egg bun a hefty side of fries & dill aioli gnocchi // red sauce, pork belly, parmesan & arugula espresso martini & old fashioned

Yelp
Stopped in for a night cap before they closed. The tables are a bit small for a larger group, but the vibe of Parlour makes up for it. Even though they were closing we never felt rushed to leave. We didn't try the food on this trip.
google avatar

Dennis F.

Yelp
Let me just say this...They got the best burgers in Minnesota. Hands down. Nothing else even come close. If you haven't, make sure to try them.
google avatar

Abby R.

Yelp
Wow, this burger was heavenly. It packs so much flavor with a few thin juicy burger patties, melted cheese & a buttered up bun. The fries were cooked well too. We enjoyed the meal with a crisp glass of Pinot Grigio that was perfectly chilled & in a nice, thin-rimmed wine glass (this matters!!).
google avatar

Esther B.

Yelp
Really really yummy burger, like so so good! The vibe is chill and cool. My fiancé and I went here on our anniversary and had a nice chill evening. Def would recommend

Yelp
Thy only place that would have us after gallivanting all over town with no reservation on Valentine's Day weekend! Who did we think we were?! LOL. Geesh, what's a girl gotta do to be served after 10pm? Apparently head to the Parlour speakeasy. Needless to say, it was worth the headache. I've wanted to visit this place for awhile. It was the perfect wine down after seeing Black Violin Experience and Abraham Alexander! Look him up, he's great, you can't beat an autographed vinyl., If you're into soul music, thank me later! Ambiance 4/5 I give a 4/5 because they don't require a password. I love a themed event, lets commit Parlour. Besides that, it was dimly lit, required a trip to the secluded basement and music was everything!!!! I'm talking 90's R&B, Tupac, Tevin Campbell, and Biggie Smalls. I was pleasantly surprised. The DJ deserved a nice tip. Seating was cozy in the back sectional and chair section. Lighting was great for photos but the cushions were kind of stiff on one side yet the teal colored velour was cute! Service 5/5 Shout out to the Bartender, he seated us right away, started us off with water, and waitress came shortly after. She was prompt, attentive and kept us in the loop if something was running behind. Ordered brownie, they threw in some Ice Cream. My kinda spot. Or was it included, hmmm. Idk. lol Food 5/5 Simple yet fun menu selections. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was almost bigger than my head and delicious. lol. Shared Fries with Swish Aioli sauce ($3)- beyond met our expectations. Girls ordered Falafel $13 and Brownie A la Mode: $8 - very rich and not too sweet. I'm not a desert person, it was absolutely great! Girls ordered Chill Pill: $15 The fries deserve an honorable mention, they remind me of Flora Room's fries, Iykyk! Excuse me (motions for waitress) Box em up ma'am, they're tasty hot or cold! Cost 5/5 Reasonable prices. Chicken sandwich $16 Brownie $8 Parlour Margarita $15 and Adios Amigos $15 Total: 65 including tip. Overall: Great experience, love a good speakeasy and they serve food beyond 10pm, that alone is worth 5/5. We ended the night with a full belly, great memories and a parking ticket from Minnesota's finest! What a night....

Yelp
After admittedly ordering the Parlour burger three times in 2023, it is now my standard for all future burgers. With two ground chuck, ribeye, and brisket smash patties and a couple slices of melty, white American cheese between a soft and buttery Egg Bun, it just works. Nothing frilly or fancy - no bacon, fried egg, peanut butter, special sauce, or onion ring is required. You just have to trust that the simple ingredients will shine. I would also recommend ordering their fries with a side of Swiss aioli. Delightful! Not only do I love Parlour for their burger, but for the space they create as well. Down a little stairwell in the heart of North Loop, you enter a dimly lit, cozy space with a long bar, intimate booth seating, and a comfortable but small waiting area (where you an order a drink) if you are committed to walking in on a weekend night without a reservation. They also boast an extensive drink menu and have plenty of NA options too. Highly recommend this spot for unmatched burger, excellent drinks, and warm vibes any night of the week. Hint: You can order the burger off menu at Borough (upstairs portion of Parlour) if you happen to walk in on a busy night, experience just won't be the same!

Yelp
We finally understand the hype behind the Parlour Burger! First - if you see a small menu, you know the place does what they do well. Second - you know the burger is good if you don't even contemplate adding condiments to it. Last - you really can't beat a combination of ground chuck/ribeye/brisket, white American cheese, and an egg bun The burger was juicy, flavorful, and needed absolutely nothing else. The fries were meaty and crunchy (you only need 1-2 for a table of four). The service was good and the space was unique. It's a bit challenging to find if you don't know what you're looking for since the entrance is downstairs with minimal signage.

Yelp
Wow, what is there not to love about parlour?! A true basement speakeasy vibe of worn leather and dim lighting. I've been here multiple times and have always had exceptional service. The cocktails are to die for, but be sure to check out their signature old-fashioned. If you are looking for the BEST smash burger in Minneapolis, look no further. They have exceptional burgers, and the order of fries on the side is a generous portion. Whether you are looking for a new date spot or just grabbing some great grub, parlour is the place to be!
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
Came in from out of town and was looking for a place to get upscale cocktails and Parlour checks all the boxes. They have a variety of amazing cocktails and one of the better old fashions I've ever had. We also tried a mocktail and were very pleased with it. Also, get the fries and the aioli so dang good! Service was top notch as well.
google avatar

KJ O.

Yelp
Parlour never disappoints, the burgers are fantastic, caramelized outside, juicy inside, and a soft toasty bun. Pair that with their crispy shoe string style fries and you've created a cozy match made in heaven. The only thing I would change is that they would be open for lunch, but I get it they're protecting my lunch money.

Yelp
Went to Parlour around 11 PM on a Friday night with out of town friends. I had been raving about this burger to them for close to a year!! Finally they would experience it! First of all, the grind of cuts they use is where the magic starts in this burger (one of the city's best), it's smashed and the edges are crispy but the meat still perfectly tender and moist. Crowned by a buttery brioche bun that hugs the burger perfectly. The fries with Swiss aioli is the perfect accompaniment and can be shared by the table. Kick ass Old Fashioned too!! Enjoyably dark and "vibey" with 90s hip hop classics being played! Service was attentive from start to finish and my guests were talking about the place until the day they left!

Yelp
I love the parlour. I continue to go here because I'm always impressed with the service, drinks, and ambiance. It's also nice that they change their menu seasonally, and their holiday drinks are fun. It's a great place to go before or after your dinner plans.
google avatar

Jeff C.

Yelp
Excellent cocktail menu. Great bartenders who were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend for stopping in before a show or later in the evening for a nightcap
google avatar

Ken G.

Yelp
Parlour seems to be on everyone's list as the top burger in Minneapolis and I'm glad I got to try it out. I had their signature Parlour Cheeseburger and it was good - nice tender and meaty beef patties, topped with a generous amount of cheese. The inclusion of an egg bun added an additional layer of richness. I also tried their fries and those were amazing - I actually thought the fries were better than the burger. The menu here isn't very big, so I'd suggest looking at it before you go to the restaurant and determine if there's anything you'd like beforehand. The service was attentive.

Yelp
Last minute date night plans which is perfect for this place since they don't take reservations. Hostess was warm & welcoming and was able to seat us right away. They have a large bar area playing great music throughout the restaurant, which made the atmosphere all that more fun. Food:The burger is an obvious must! We also got the chicken sandwich and split both in half so we could each try the burger & sandwich. The fries are yummy but aren't a must. If you get the fries then get the swiss aoli. Cocktails: Mojo Dojo Casa House which was fruity and slightly sweet. Classic Margarita with tajin rim (which we asked for). My boyfriend had the Brooklyn Spritz which was a bit of a stronger drink.
google avatar

Alyssa K.

Yelp
Hands down the best burger in town! After Constantine closed I've been insanely missing their burger but theirs is just as good if not better!! Highly recommend and I also got a spicy margarita that was perfect. Great vibes and cozy environment

Joe B.

Yelp
Terrific cocktails! We had the Northern Loop Sour--best sour I've ever had--and the Hummingbird--creamy, refreshing , fruity. The best burgers! Done to perfection. (The only bummer: no gluten free bun.) get the aioli with your fries (we had dill.) Very cool atmosphere. Dimly lit, candlelight, music, interesting location in the basement. Speak easy-like.
google avatar

Sara B.

Yelp
Loved the fries and aoli, but if you're a saucy person, the burgers are too plain and dry. Still good, but quite over hyped . Cute inside for sure.
google avatar

Yelp
OVERALL: there's a reason why "the parlour burger" is on every twin cities burger list. FOOD: every time I come here, I make sure to order "the burger", an order of fries (which can easily feed 2 and comfortably 4), and the Swiss aioli. Do not miss on the Swiss aioli! It is a must for eating with the fries and burger. The burger is a smash burger that is salted on the heavy side (in a great way!) and I personally love white cheese over a classic cheddar. The pickles are dill and not bread and butter pickles which I prefer. This time, we added the chicken sandwich to our order and definitely didn't regret it. It was a crispy patty with mayo and lettuce. It was delicious but not as good as other chicken sandwiches I've had and I still prefer the burger. It's still worth a try! ATMOSPHERE: It's an extremely cozy and chill vibe with leather booths. Laid back, but you can also choose to dress nice as well. SERVICE: Our server was attentive which is all we can ask for. PRICE: This isn't a bargain burger deal. $16.99 for a burger, $7.5 for a side of fries. $15 for the chicken sandwich, and $3 for the Swiss aioli. Drinks are $11-$15 each.
google avatar

Kate K.

Yelp
Pros: the food was excellent! I highly recommend the burger with French fries and the aioli sauce. Also the cocktails were top-notch! Cons: the service. We waited for 30 minutes to get a burger. Our server was extremely inattentive which was very disappointing.
google avatar

Sam T.

Yelp
No complaints! We were able to walk in on a Saturday night with no wait (they don't take reservations) and got seated right away. The Parlour menu itself is quite small with burger, a few add ons (fries, etc.) and some others. You also get the Burough menu which is upstairs and has more entree/coursed out options. I got the Co Pilot cocktail (not pictured) which is a gin based drink that was super super yummy! We then split a burger just to taste and it was great. Very simple with two smash burger patties and cheese. It honestly doesn't need much more than that. Awesome flavor and super moist meat, it almost melts in your mouth for a burger. Atmosphere was perfect - it's a darker intimate prohibition esque setting in the basement but have outdoor seating if you'd prefer. Staff is on it, music was on point and overall just a good vibe. Lived up to the hype and a good place to hangout if you're looking for something low key but quality!
google avatar

Kasey S.

Yelp
FOOD/DRINKS: I was told to go to Parlour to get their one entree item, the Parlour burger... and let me tell you, it was the best burger I have ever had. You know if a place only has one item it's going to be incredible, and it did not disappoint. The side of fries was also MASSIVE and was enough for our whole table. As far as the drinks go, we all tried something super unique and loved it!! The presentation was great, and my drink tasted like a piña colada. The "mojo dojo casa house" was also an amazing fruity drink. SERVICE: The service was great! It took a while for us to be seated because it was so busy, so be prepared to wait for a while. However the ambiance down there is so cool I didn't mind. Plus, we were able to have some drinks while we waited! AMBIANCE: Definitely a speakeasy vibe! I had no idea Parlour was underground, so it was a great surprise. Very dimly light and old school vibes. LOCATION/PARKING: If you live in North Loop, it is definitely worth it to walk there, as parking can be hard to find near this area.

Yelp
On a blustery and cold Tuesday night in the first week of April, we walked from our hotel to Parlour, needing an adult cocktail bar with sustenance. The drinks at Parlour are always superb, and the ambiance is nurturing. For food, there are two choices really, an excellent burger or a tasty chicken sandwich. We chose burgers and fries. Joey, the bartender, mixed me delicious cocktails as we awaited the birth of our first grandchild who arrived later that night, Morgan Kay (Aretha) Anderson 6lbs 3ozs.

Yelp
This is easily one of the best burgers in the Twin Cities. It's pretty heavy, so I find it is great to split with some French fries and the aioli on the side! The indoor setting is intimate but not cramped. I'm not a huge fan of the outdoor seating since you're sitting right on the street, but the food more than makes up for this.
google avatar

Laura K.

Yelp
This place tricked us with how to find the entrance, luckily we had friends who helped us but that was a fun start. Parlour bar is located in the basement of the Borough. Cozy intimate sophisticated lounge-y type atmosphere. The corpse reviver number blue cocktail was boozy with a hint of that blue curaçao flavor, yum! My partner thought his old fashioned was well balanced. We shared the parlour burger which came highly recommended. The burger was juicy and full of beef flavor. We were surprised the fries were so good! DO NOT miss the chance to order the fries. The Swiss aioli to dip the fries in just completed the meal perfectly. Parlour bar was such a fun stop before walking to Acme Comedy Club.
google avatar

John F.

Yelp
They do just few things... but what they do is pretty great. This restaurant is the basement sister to the larger menu restaurant (Borough) located just above. If you want more choices, chose them... but if you love a good burger or chicken sandwich, take the steps down below street level! As I said, Burgers, Chicken sandwiches and also a Salad are basically your entree options. They have some sides, including some pretty great fries. Might be one of the better burgers in Minneapolis! The bar is top notch. All types of high end spirts are available and the bartenders are exceptional. Service was a bit spotty on this occasion. Refills were tough to get along with some check snafu's. I would easily assume that this is a one off, based on prior experiences at this restaurant. Plus, it was pretty busy and staffing seems a bit short.
google avatar

Yelp
Their drinks are so unique and so creative. This is a elegant and lovely bar with ambience.

Yelp
It's worth the hype! I've been hearing my hubby talk about the Parlour burger for months! And finally after not planning for dinner reservations he mentioned it, and we went. We got two drinks ... both were yummy! I got the deviled egg.. and although pricey... was super yummy! Got the fries and the aoli... yum yum yum!! But that burger?! That burger bay-bay...was next level!! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The ambiance was also nice... like a speakeasy feel. Very comfy but not overdone. Loved the atmosphere!!

Yelp
It was packed on a Saturday early evening in Parlour but I still managed to have a decent spot to enjoy a drink and watch people. Loved the Parlour's old fashioned. It must be the local liquor they used, smoky and tasty, probably the best Old Fashioned I've tried so far in Minneapolis. Although the most popular food is the burger, I decided to try the falafel and deviled egg, oh my gosh, five stars. It's great to have a change if you've never gotten to try the falafel as the delicious Parlour's burger will most likely fill you up. I've heard so many good things about their fries, definitely worthy. Last but not least, the services were awesome regardless how busy they are. Shoutout to Sulli, my waitress. One of many Minnesotans with lovely personality, which added up to the solid five star review.

Yelp
I have been wanting to come here FOREVER! Everyone has told me about how amazing the burgers are- and I finally got to try one and it was so delicious. By far my favorite burger in the twin cities and possibly the world?! My boyfriend said "I don't think burgers will ever get better than this." So you know it's good! We got the classic parlour dinner with the burger, fries with Swiss aioli, and a cocktail- I got the St. George's Infirmary with dragon fruit! Yum! The vibe is very fun with great music, mood lighting, and it was packed! I will say I have tried to come here twice before and the wait was like 2 hours- today it was just 30 minutes so be prepared to wait a while but it is SO worth it! Is it weird that I want to come back again tomorrow??
google avatar

Katie Y.

Yelp
We loved our visit to the Parlour! The vibe was great, the drinks were super special, and the burger is absolutely to die for. Cannot recommend enough! We will be back

Yelp
Burger slaps, about $16 tho. Didn't know there was a $3 up charge for aioli sauce for fries, would have appreciated a heads up on that one. Also, a 5% employee health care charge? Interesting.... Minnesota nice wins me over though, so I'm good with it!

Yelp
I went here for the first time this past weekend with some friends and it was an AMAZING meal. I would say it was definitely the best burger I've had in the twin cities. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was good and we all enjoyed it, but the burger was the true standout. It was simple and perfectly executed. With an egg bun, melty cheese, pickle chips, and perfectly seasoned, this burger was incredible. At some other burger places, I've worried about the burger coming out dry, but this one was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the fries (split between 4 of us) and a side of Swiss aioli (100% worth it)! The ambiance and vibe of the restaurant were great, super cool with dim lighting/speakeasy vibe and a nice place to meet friends to talk over great drinks and even better food. Service was quick as well. Overall, it was an amazing meal I have kept thinking of since, and I will definitely go back! Pro tip: if you spend $50 or more, valet parking is free (not including tip)!

Yelp
We came for their Parlour burgers which did not disappoint. I heard they are the best in the city and I may have to agree! And we had the mixed greens appetizer which was large enough to split between two people. The dressing was good. We also got four deviled eggs and they had a unique curry flavor which we were not expecting but they were still tasty. Make sure to have a reservation on a Saturday night if you're going for dinner since it was already packed when we arrived around 6 PM. It's also a small intimate place so not a ton of seating. This is a great place for a date night dinner or to have some drinks with friends. It's got a speakeasy feel to it.

Yelp
Parlour has officially set my standard for five star reviews. After my first experience you know I had to come back a second time. I'm over the sign fiasco (see previous review) because the taste of Parlour + FANTASTIC service from Anna & Upstairs Bartender Guy completely made up for it. I don't know where they find these people but Parlour/Borough should be in charge of everyone's hiring process. The staff doesn't miss. I obviously didn't grab my first bartender's name but he was awesome. There was a short wait so we grabbed a drink upstairs with him (very good) before heading down to eat. Once we got downstairs we ordered the Parlour burger (of course) and a couple cocktails from Anna who we've talked about multiple times since. Long story short, we came to the conclusion that she is the most perfect server you could ask for. Google "traits of successful servers" if you want the details. When I ordered my second drink she warned me it would be a bit more alcohol forward. I thought I could handle it and then I realized I should've listened to her. I asked if I could grab a chaser (because that's the way I roll) but she offered to make me a new drink. She said they want to make sure we like what we're drinking. I love that. I could go on forever about Parlour. It's an A++ all around from me - they've definitely earned it.

Yelp
Cool spot. Love to sit at the bar for casual drink & food. On recent visit Ashton was terrific bartender giving right amount of attention info. As for the burger, I've had four now and while I love the bun and set-up, the burger itself is too salty for me so urge people to try other menu items too.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went to Parlour on a Saturday evening. It was busy in around the restaurant and we chose to park in a nearby parking garage. Parlour is located beneath Borough and it is necessary to walk down a flight of stairs to enter the restaurant. It was busy at the time we entered and we were told the wait time for a table would be about 45 minutes. Our mistake for not making a reservation. Luckily we got seated faster than that and were seated at the bar. The bartender was really nice and all the drinks we ordered were great. They had unique flavor profiles and came in unique glasses. We both ordered the Parlour burger and a side of fries with aioli dipping sauce. The Parlour burger was nice. It was not too greasy and had a good amount of cheese. However, I did think it was a tad bit dry. The overall environment of the restaurant is dark and mysterious. I can see how this would be a cozy place to grab a burger in the winter.

Yelp
I was in town for work for 4 nights, and I ended up here 2 of those nights. Night one I stopped in with coworkers to try the Old Fashioned. It really was the best cocktail we had the entire trip. Night two I came back thanks to peer pressure to try the burger. I kind of regret doing so, because it was easily one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life, and was definitely the best meal I had all trip. Do yourself a favor and get the aioli as well!

Yelp
Worth trying once! The atmosphere is amazing and the burger and aioli are really good. There's an upstairs and downstairs for different vibes.
