Visiting from Chicago, we decided to dine at Earls Kitchen + Bar with our dear friends who had raved about it before. Excited to experience Miami's culinary scene, we started with a round of tantalizing cocktails - Grape Crush Soda Vodka, Irish Iced Coffee, Negroni, Mai Tai, and Sidecar. Appetizers like Leroy's crispy pork ribs and angry chicken lettuce wraps followed, each dish exceeding our expectations.
For the main course, my husband's Sirloin with Truffle Butter was a standout! Although I enjoyed my Miso Glazed Sea Bass, its saltiness was a tad bit of a disappointment. However, the sea bass was beautifully presented on the plate, with vibrant colors and an appetizing appearance that initially caught my eye. Despite the night's slower-than-expected service on a Monday evening, every dish and drink was worth it. Oh and the chocolate toffee dessert with ice cream was delicious!
Earls Kitchen + Bar may have had us tapping our toes a bit longer than expected, but the flavors and atmosphere make it a spot we'd gladly return to. Service and slow service was the reason for knocking a star, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. Miami, you've left a delicious impression.
