77 Burger is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is awesome. A couple things docked stars for me: Pricing discrepancies: the prices on the outside menu and inside menu are NOT the same. Of course, the higher price is what you are charged. This was a difference of $1-$3 for some items. Be mindful of this; if I was aware of this before we chose to order here, I would have not chosen this place. Burgers: for a place that claims to specialize in burgers, the burger was pretty average. The bun was not warmed/toasted and was kind of dry. The patty did not seem to be a proprietary recipe. What we did like: the fries were good and the portion sizes were just enough. The location was perfect.

Cute little spot, just avoid sitting by the flowers so you’re not attacked by flys!. But both my fiancé and I went to try the burgers as we heard good things and it did not disappoint! They were juicy and delicious and the bacon was cooked the way I like it (crispy) would definitely recommend giving them a try 🥰service was also 10/10!

I ordered two hot dogs, one with onion, ketchup and another with chili, and a side of fries. It was quick and they were so good, very filling. The location has a high top seating area but outside a semi -shelter with a few tables of traditional seating.

Wow, that was a great burger. Had some disappointing ones in NY for a much higher price. Burgers are flame grilled and the meat is around 8oz. Chilli cheese fries were crunchy and tasty as well. A bit lacking salt and spices as well as some option for some more heat. But apart from that the taste was great. Would not recommend to dine in to be honest. Looks like they are not prepared to have guests eating inside. One rose were dead for at least a week and left some mold in the water. Not pleasant to eat like this. Bug the great food makes up for it.

What. A. Meal! Despite the first impression that you may have that this is a cheap 3 star fast food place, this absolute beauty of a restaurant is an amazing hidden gem offering mindblowingly good burgers. Not only are these masterpieces great in taste, but also homemade, boasting no artificial products and a great overall look! 10/10 burgers.

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice as well. Unfortunately the burger I ordered was rather disappointing. For $24 I expect a lot more than something barely on par with any chain restaurant where you'd pay half the money. They do have some decent beer options, so go there for drinks, not for food.

We been first time in 77 Burger 🍔. I have to say it was the last time. We had dinner there. The food was prepare quickly and that is a big plus. It was very smoky in the place. That happens if the Aircon is not working properly. The food with new York burger & impossible Burger was decent. Especially the Impossible Burger was 1 US expensive and had no mushrooms or cheese on it. The good taste is missing. There was no special sauce or something that you feel the aha moment when you eat a burger. Afterwards we feel a bit bad especially my girlfriend. Not sure why the place is rated to good.

Super hot day, after our Staten Island Ferry ride was over. We needed a cool restaurant. I searched and found this place that turned out to be a carryout with a few tables. There was a bit of a breeze, but no a/c. The gentleman working, who I believed to be the owner, was very nice. We ordered burgers (turkey for me) and they came with fries. The food was great. I'm sure he gets a lot of lunch time action since it's the Wall St area.

Wow! 77 Burger has one of the best burgers I've had yet in New York City. During my stay at the Financial District for work, I was looking for food to eat near my hotel in FiDi after flying in from Vegas. Looking for places on Yelp that were still opened around 8:30 on a Tuesday evening, 77 Burger was one of the first restaurants to pop up on the list! When I walked inside the restaurant, it was packed! All of the outside tables were in-use. There were a few people waiting inside for their order. 77 Burger has fresh flame-broiled burgers. There are also other options like hot dogs, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, vegan, turkey burger and so much more! I ended up ordering the cheeseburger, plain with pickles as a to-go order to bring back to my hotel room. The wait wasn't too long, approximately 20 minutes. The cheeseburger also had French Fries as a side. Ketchup packets were provided in the to-go order as well as utensils. The burger was cooked perfectly! It was cooked medium, slightly well-done on the outside. Each bite was super juicy! The burger was delicious!! One of my favorite part was the pickles though! I've never had such thick cut pickles before. The pickles were crunchy and packed with flavor! They had put so many pickles on the burger and it was sooo good!!! I can't wait to come back to 77 Burger again! While waiting for my order, I was talking with the team member at the register about the restaurant. It's a local business in New York City. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area! The food is amazing here! The restaurant was clean and the team members are awesome!

Simple, classic, and authentic burgers. I went here with my daughter for lunch. We ordered a cheeseburger and a turkeyburger. These are simple burgers, but everything is there-fresh french fries and pickles so good! So yum! Definitely, we will be back there!

Today was national burger day, so of course I had to find a way to celebrate! Burger patty was thick and cooked perfectly to order (medium), and sides/toppings were generous. Friendly service and decent pricing considering the location. Would return to get my burger fix.

The Newport Mall once had a "robo-burger" machine. It didn't get much business and in a few months it was gone. Not everything needs high technology. 77 Burger is a slower process than some of your favorite chains. But the fresh flame-broiled burgers are worth the wait. I've enjoyed the New Yorker, the Chipotle and California. The add-ons are impressive but I should probably try the plain next time, kind of like when I'm trying a new pizza joint I don't start with pineapple-and-ham. The pickle is a nice touch for those of us who want five seconds of feeling healthy before consuming a massive amount of meat. The service is always friendly and the outdoor section has certainly been welcome in the Covid era. I don't know the economics of how a homespun place like this gets by in an expensive, chain-dominated region, but it's a delightful outlier.

What a great find, hidden gem for sure. I haven't had a burger this good in a long time! The place was clean with nice employees! I will be back for sure

On a lunch break from touring the Wall Street area, I thought I'd give this restaurant a try since I had a limited time. So glad I did. It's a no-frill restaurant. The limited menu is very much to the point. After placing the order, Bacon Cheese Burger with a Strawberry Shake, the cooked to order meal was up within 10 minutes or so. I sat in the "patio" since it was a warm spring day. The burger was grilled perfectly while the fries were well seasoned. The shake was thick. I would highly recommend this restaurant when you are in the Wall Street area.

Sadly we didn't take any pictures of the food but what we can say is looks definitely are deceiving here. The place is a small hole in the wall. Hot inside and decently clean for what it is. Where it shines is the food and that shines bright. I got a basic cheeseburger and my wife got a California burger. Those both also came with fries and a pickle. The burgers were absolutely fantastic and were picky with burgers. They were cooked to the temps we wanted perfectly and quickly. The buns were great and the meat tasted delicious. The ketchup they kept in the fridge so it was nice and cold too. We definitely recommend coming here to grab a bite.

The chipotle burger was not a tease-- it brought the heat!! I was so happy to find this cute burger and hot dog spot with its outdoor seating off the corner of Stone Street. With reasonable prices (offering a number of items under $15) and 8 oz. burgers (fries included), 77 Burger is the place to go for a quick and scrumptious bite after a drink at Ulysses, or wherever the day/night leads you. My chipotle burger was made ready quickly and included cheese, jalapeños, sauce, lettuce, tomato, and fried onions! There were fries and a pickle on the side. I'm trying to eat less carbs, so I ate around the bun with a fork and knife and skipped out on the fries (sadsad), but the burger paired with toppings was excellent! As a spicy food lover who hates when restaurants falsely advertise spice, I approve of this burger's heat level; my mouth was burning (in the best way). Looking forward to stopping by again. I'd even consider trekking out from Brooklyn specifically for 77 Burger.

Nice little hidden spot. Lots of options, I went with the Chipotle Burger. The worker was very friendly and welcoming. The burger was solid overall, the fries were great too. Would highly recommend.

Fresh 8 oz. Angus beef patty cooked a nice "MR" as requested. All ingredients fresh. Staff was very friendly. The only two things that didn't make it perfect were that the bun wasn't toasted and the crispy onions on the California burger were not crispy. Next time I'll ask them to toast the bun, which I am sure they would be happy to do.

Stumbled on this in the FiDi area and was craving a burger. This is like a hole in the wall burger stand which has different variety of burgers and other finger foods such as sandwiches and hot dogs. I got the New Yorker which was tasty and the burger was juicy. Plus it came with a side of fries which were nice and crispy, all for $16 which is decent in the city. It's not really a sitdown place but sat on the little counter since i couldn't wait to eat haha. Recommend to try!

Yess! Found another good burger spot in NYC. Most places on Stone Street were closed at the time but but I got the Chipotle Burger (B8). I'm still thinking about it. For $16 you get so much food. I've paid $23 for a burger here at NYC and this is still much better. I'll be back when I'm in the area to try the Bison Burger that was ordered a few times after me.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and service. This place is right at the end of Stone Street, so I had imagined it was a go-to drunk food spot. Far from the greasy expectations I generally have for drunk food, their burgers are made to order, and very fresh. They offer a huge selection of options and operate a sizable takeout business. Their fries were crispy and perfectly well cooked. And the portions were more than I could finish. They only have the capacity for two people to eat in, but there are plenty of places to sit and eat in the area, including a number of tables right in front.

Delicious and easy to order from. Available to call in or order from grubhub or DoorDash. And food is ready within fair amount of time, and when they say it will be ready, it's ready. It's a small place, but they have a "bar seating" by the window for like 5? Maybe? and, an outdoor seating area. The burgers here as delicious and so are the fries! Someone told me their milkshakes are good. Have to try them next.

Some of the sloppiest hotdogs I've ever gotten stingy with the sauerkraut. When I first got the hotdogs I opened the box. One hotdog fell over onto the next hotdog. There was ketchup and mustard all over the bread point is bad presentation the cashier seem friendly, other than that, I give this place One star.

Great burgers at a pretty decent price. Got a regular burger with bacon and fries and it tasted great, will definitely be coming back again.

Came here after going to some nearby bars last night to get some fries without many expectations. I thought it was a bit pricey for just an order of cheese fries, but they really did hit the spot. The portion size was pretty large as it filled up a whole to-go container. The fries had good flavor and were cooked just the right amount.

It's a very good burger. Used to go here during work so decided to try it out the other day and did not disappoint.

I ordered a Chipotle Burger with onion rings. Onion rings is my favor. I asked burger to be medium. When I got back to my desk. I open my order. The order is huge. Burger is more toward medium to rare. I would rather have medium to cook. Next time I know I will order medium well. Overall the burger is really good and the price is good. I will definitely go back again,, Good burger!!!!

Best burger I've had in NY! Juicy delicious, great price. My girlfriend and I split the burger and curly fries sitting in Manhattan. 77 burger was open during COVID and was social distancing and using masks. Wish I was in Manhattan more just to try more burgers.

It's $13 for a bacon cheeseburger and fries, and for that price, you can't really complain when everywhere else in FiDi is charging $15/16+ for just a burger. Good comfort food, good service. Milkshakes are great too.

Went for pickup during the lockdown. Food was very good. Mexican hotdog was great and if you like nice crispy fries this is your spot. Staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Run, don't walk... away from this place. Burgers are so dry and flavorless (unless you like that fake charcoal flavor reminiscent of Sizzler) it's like eating an old sponge. Burgers are like pizza... a fast food staple and really difficult to make a bad one. Unfortunately, these folks have succeeded. I've tried this place a few times thinking it'll get better. It didn't.

I have to admit, 77 Burger was simply phenomenal. Prices were right. Pretty much every item that we have purchased was very fresh and yummy. Every one was so helpful. Only wish I had found 77 Burger sooner.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and curly fries. Hit the spot perfectly for motz sticks and curly fries. Can't go wrong and the food came super fast.
