Zero stars. Is the volume of music from rooftop bar '77 Degrees' disturbing and offensive to you? You do not have to accept it, make your voice heard. There are laws about noise disruption and the bar is breaking them. Contact Code Enforcement and your Councillors to have them take action. 2 easy things you can do:
1) Report to Code Compliance. Call 311 or use the 311 app to report the nuisance from a business. Make sure 311 registers it as a noise complaint with Dallas Code Compliance (do not let them report it to the Police. They do not enforce business noise violations and the report will not be acted on.

The Bar 77 Degrees frequently plays music in contravention of Dallas City Code, typically occurring on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings until 2am:
"SEC. 30-2. LOUD AND DISTURBING NOISES AND VIBRATIONS PRESUMED OFFENSIVE.
The following loud and disturbing noises and vibrations are presumed to be offensive to the ordinary sensibilities of the inhabitants of the city:
(2) The playing of any radio, phonograph, television, or musical instrument with such volume as to disturb the peace, quiet, comfort, or repose of persons in any dwelling, apartment, hotel, or other type of residence."
Please communicate your plan to ensure 77 Degrees complies with this noise ordinance law as a matter of urgency.
