Great spot for fresh and delicious baked goods! They have a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and breads — everything looks tempting. I tried the matcha roll and it was absolutely amazing — soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. Also loved the Black Forest cake — rich, light, and beautifully done. The bakery has a great variety, and even the color presentation of the items is vibrant and inviting. Definitely a place I’ll return to for more sweet treats!

You can grab n go, or stay and eat in. It was my first time here...what a fabulous bakery. Super clean place; nice, pleasant cashier; everything is packaged individual or bagged for your convenience. I tried the bacon/cheese pastry and the sweet cream pastry. Wonderful. I will update later on the rest of the items. Update: the mini lemon cakes were fantastic very light; the rolled chocolate spong cake was not too sweet but very good; and both the chocolate hazelnut muffin and blueberry muffin were very good. The favorite was the guava cheese pastry!!!! Loved it! I will be back ❤️

The atmosphere oh my, so welcoming and upbeat. Plentiful seating indoors and a few seats out front. The employees are very friendly and polite. The selection of fresh baked goods are abundant. Oh my goodness, the sea salt foam on the top of any of their drinks are out of this world delicious. Parking lot is always full, but no problem finding a parking spot. Prices are very reasonable. Can order ahead on the app, if in a hurry. They have rewards program too, in app. Love this place and hope you stop in when nearby and try this awesome cafe.

This place is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a plaza with a lot of other Asian cuisine and shopping, this bakery definitely needs more locations in the valley! The entire process of walking In, grabbing a tray, and loading it up with whatever you want is such a genius design and really streamlines the experience. They had a lot of options of breads, cookies, pastries, you name it. We went on a Monday morning (St. Patrick’s Day to be exact) and our only gripe was that there were a lot of empty shelves, but we were still able to walk away with a haul. It was probably because it was a Monday morning where a lot of their cakes weren’t stocked at all, which is a bummer because we were looking forward to getting some single cake slices. Alas, we still grabbed whatever looked good to us, which was: the berrytale puff, chocolate chip bowl, milk pudding puff, red bean bread, white chocolate strawberry puff, and the jalapeño cream cheese bread. Everything was IMMACULATE. We were blown away by how soft the bread was; it was like biting into a pillow. We tried the strawberry puff first and loved the strawberry cream inside—so fluffy just like the bread surrounding it! Since I like red bean, I loved the red bean bread (my mom wasn’t a fan of the flavor). The milk pudding was delicious too. The vanilla custard was decadent and I liked how that one was more compact so the filling was able to actually fill the entire puff. Another aspect that made this amazing was the checkout. We had grabbed a good amount of items, and we noted the prices labeled on each one. What we didn’t expect was much cheaper prices on the receipt versus what we noted on the display cases. We paid only $13 for everything we got! That’s a steal, especially for how good everything was. We didn’t know if it was a weekday discount thing or a mistake made by the system, but we weren’t complaining lol. TLDR: everything was delicious and we will be back on a weekend when hopefully their individual cake slices will be stocked.

Google
We came around lunch and even with a small line we got through quickly. The people were kind and accommodating and the food is fantastic! It’s kind of like a Japanese bakery where you pick out your food as you go through the line and it’s all soft and fresh. We got drinks and they came out quick and were delicious, the food was delicious and we were surprised it was super cheap! To feed three people, getting drinks, and getting food to take home as well it was only 50! I’d highly recommend the entire experience, very clean. We loved it

We are not live in town. I gets a lot when I go there. Always tasty 😋 First time tried white chocolate bread was sweet but good after toasted. Melts and delicious.

Google
We've been coming here a while and love this is here. Bakery items are always great and we will continue to go there but the drinks have lost their value. Usually I would go pick up a coffee for the next morning if it was going to be an early morning. Until now there was never an issue asking for an ice coffee with no ice as I didn't want it all to melt overnight and water down and I add my own the next morning. This morning they told me they stopped doing that. From the photo you can tell why, they are loading these drinks up over half way with ice. Kind of disappointing how they are ripping people off this much.

Yelp
The Chandler Ranch Plaza is a hot spot for Asian-centric businesses and eateries, and 85°C Bakery is definitely one of my favorite go-to's for a quick sweet or savory treat. The variety here is great -- there's always something tempting in those pastry cases. I popped in on my lunch break and grabbed: *Ham & Cheese Sandwich - Ham, egg, and Swiss cheese in a crispy puff pastry. Not bad, but there was an unexpected sauce that threw me off a bit. Probably wouldn't get it again. *White Chocolate Strawberry - Soft, strawberry-flavored bread filled with white chocolate and strawberry custard cream. Bread was fluffy, custard was decent. *Mango Strawberry Smoothie - My absolute favorite here! Strawberry purée and mango syrup blended with ice cream, topped with crushed strawberries. Perfectly sweet, fruity, and refreshing -- especially on a 111° day. While I do enjoy this location, I never sit inside. The seating area is small and could use more frequent cleaning -- tables and floors aren't always well maintained. That said, for grab-and-go treats, 85°C delivers.

Yelp
One of my favorite cafes for a variety of reasons! First, their Asian pastries and desserts are very delicious. My particular favorite is the Hokkaido custard bun, which is a brioche bun that is filled with a sweet and rich cream. They have tons of pastries, however, that are all kinds of different flavors (matcha, red bean, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, you name it) as well as savory pastries so there is something for everyone! I love the drinks they have as well. They have lots of teas, coffees, and matcha drinks on their menu, just to name a few. Specifically, I like their sea salt matcha latte. Most of their drinks are very sweet and do not resemble the authentic umami/bitter taste of matcha, so this would be good to try for people who like a sweeter version of the matcha drink. However, the strawberry matcha latte is a little too sweet for me. Additionally, this location has a drink kiosk specifically for ordering drinks that takes card payment only. Lastly, get the 85 degrees app! Each month, they have drink or pastry specials and each purchase you make gives you points that you can redeem for free purchases and deals. Overall, this is one of my favorite cafes in Chandler and these pastries make a great gift to co-workers, friends, and family. My only criticism is that I wish there was more of an ambience to sit down and work/study. It is often very busy and loud with only five tables to sit at, even though there is lots of lighting and open space.

Yelp
85° C Bakery Cafe Baked goods, sweet and savory, drinks, Teas, Boba. Good to have 85 degrees in AZ, nice fresh baked goods always with a great selection. Grab a tray and load up until you can't add anymore goodies. Everything good from California ends up in AZ

Yelp
Finally got to check this spot out and it didn't disappoint. There is such a huge variety of pastries along the checkout line, and you can grab a basket or tray to load it up with everything you want to try out as you wait to checkout. They also have a refrigerated case and cakes/desserts available, as well as Boba teas/smoothies/drinks. I got the mango custard roll, the chocolate croissant, the guava pastry, and the ham & cheese roll for the hubby. I've never had this type of dough before and it was light and airy, and the center was packed with custard (for the mango custard roll). The custard was delicious and not too sweet. The chocolate croissant was flaky & perfectly baked, and the guava pastry hit the spot reminding me of some of my favorite Colombian pastries. The hubby said the ham and cheese pastry is what a hot pocket aspires to be and he thoroughly enjoyed it! Will definitely have to keep coming back to try out more items. Such a unique experience and the staff was friendly and helped speed along the checkout line

Yelp
Freshly baked goods?! Count me in! At 85°, you can help yourself to a variety of both savory and sweet treats that will have you coming back for more. Upon entry, you'll make your way down the line picking & choosing everything your heart desires. Even packs of their delicious breads & cookies. My personal favorite is the milk pudding bread, which is an incredibly buttery moist brioche bread, stuffed with a custard Bavarian like cream. At a $1.85 each, it just can't be beat! A few savory options include the Hawaiian chicken bread & bacon/cheese bread, which I have not had, but I've heard are delicious! Make your way over to the pastry case and you'll see a selection of gourmet goodies such as tiramisu, red velvet cake, cheesecake and much more. Don't forget to order a drink as you checkout- smoothies, coffees & boba are offered. Fairly large space with limited tables & great service as always. You can find me in here anytime!

Yelp
This is a great little Asian bakery! I have been here several times and tried a variety of things. There are many options of sweet and savory baked goods. The breads are always soft and delicious. Some of my favorites are the jalapeño cream cheese, the bacon and cheese, the chocolate croissant, and the coconut twist. They have a good selection of cakes and I've tried a couple. The cakes are good but again this is an Asian bakery so they are different than what we would consider traditional. They serve a number of different drinks, but I haven't tried any of them. The lines can get pretty long so I try to hit it shortly after it opens in the morning. The service is quick though, if there is a line. I have stopped by later in the day and the selection had definitely dwindled so I recommend going early. It's definitely worth stopping by and trying!

Yelp
I love coming here for boba and treats! They have such an awesome variety of bakery items, and everything is very well priced. I've also noticed that a lot of their baked goods are sweet, but not super sweet which is nice. I always enjoy the regular boba milk tea and the berry tale treats. Today I also decided to try a chocolate chip cookie which did not disappoint. When you arrive, there are trays to use to select what you want. Everyone working is always nice. The atmosphere is upbeat, fast and fun! I can't get enough of this place and highly recommend everyone check this place out, especially if you're craving something sweet. They have something for everyone.

Yelp
Life is short...and so am I. ~jon h Because life is too short, decided to take a CARB plunge here at 85° Bakery. Also, I vowed to stop eating virtual calories from the insane photos posted at 85°C Bakery. I asked Miss Joyce W. "what do they sell here?" and she said "ovens jon...all pre-set to 85°... WHOLLY TOLEDO SCALES! WEIGH NICE! Turns out, it's a full blown bakery with delicious drinks and amazing incredible edibles! Choices abound and you will find something marvelous with which to have a Carb affair. My tummy is already popping forward so now I found magical treats to go sideways. What a wonderful well-rounded decision I've made. So get off that couch potato, and drive to 85° Bakery! Don't run as it may cause dizziness losing weight. Enjoy! I did ;)

Yelp
The reason for the rating is, there were slim pickings. I asked a worker from there and she replied they don't bake all day. So if it gone it's gone ‍. I was then intrigued in the lemon cups but the expiration date was for next day. There were a few expiring the next day. The items my wife's picked she enjoyed the milk chocolate thick toast and the Berry crispy bar. I believe that there's something for all. Take a look at the video. I wanted to try the jalapeño cheese bread but all out .

Yelp
This was my first time here and I was very impressed the pastry selections. Friendly staff, good vibe and delicious pastries. I had the strawberry drink, it was delicious ! I also had the chocolate muffin, and other two that I don't remember the names. Met very nice people here and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place and will comeback soon.

Yelp
Atmosphere - Seemed clean and organized. The pastries are on little trays on shelves. Each type labeled with their own tag. Each pastry in their own bag. You pick them up and set them on your own tray. Clean process. Pastries: Berrytale - Blueberry cream cheese is very light. Blueberry jam on top is also very light and not very sweet. Lemon mini cakes - I think of these as muffins. A light and soft muffin. Light lemon flavor. Not artificial. Matcha choco - Seemed like something I would like, but I don't like these two flavors together at this store. Somehow tastes off putting. Chocolate chip bowl - Pretty good. Sweet, as one would expect, especially with the powder sugar dusting the top. Would say at the moment this of the best of the bunch I have tried. However, it is a little simple. Marble taro - I want to try the ube. Wonder if there is a big difference. Was not wowed by the marble taro. Not likely to get again. I could see the mixed grains in the bread. The taro inside was not very sweet. Milk tea bun - Definitely had the milk tea flavor. Would prefer not to have a milk tea cream and brown sugar mochi inside. Would prefer all cream with flavoring of milk tea and brown sugar. Would prefer no mochi. The mochi seemed more like a single boba ball inside. The gummy mochi was a weird texture to me. Sugared cream cheese brioche - The bread is a bit plain to me. The cream cheese dots add a little pizzazz. Overall, not very sweet. Egg tarts - Tasty, similar to what one might get at a dim sum restaurant. Yummy. The pastry exterior was more flavorful and not as dry. The little bit of egg pudding inside was creamy. Not too sweet. They have lots of different pastries available. Hard to try them all! Of these, I would only get the egg tarts and the chocolate chip bowl again. Would be interested to get the other pastries to try eventually. Service - The service here was good. Seemed quick and efficient. Parking - The store was located inside of a shared parking lot. The store is part of a plaza, one building sub divided with many store entrances outside. No parking meters or parking structures. A parking structure with solar panels on top or trees would be nice. Otherwise, no shaded spots available. Same as at most places.

Yelp
I remember getting these in California a long time ago. My friends were excited to eat there. I think I only got a boba drink at the time. I should have gotten a pastry. I think I like their egg tarts the best. The pastries they sell are in general not very sweet. They also have savory pastries with ham or hot dog.

Yelp
Always enjoy our time here. You gotta definitely come early in the day. On this particular night, we came after dinner time and there were still some great options left but they were also sold out on some other good stuff too!!! So come early! Treats here are always reliable and very good! Service is great! Most everything is wrapped individually so you can get a variety of goodies and it stays fresh for a few days wrapped up!

Yelp
Was in the area, and unbeknownst to me that the corner of Chandler and Dobson is an really cool Asian shopping plaza, including 85 Degrees! I'd heard the name before as they've opened a few bakeries in the Valley, and this Chandler location was the first. Maybe it was the timing (early evening) that made my first visit less than fun. It was pretty slim pickins for grabbing a few fun snacks to try. You walk in and there are a plethora of cases that one can assume are generally full of bake deliciousness - savory and sweet alike. 85* is also known for their cakes and boba. Since it was late, caffeine was not plausible to drink. I grabbed a sweet roll and asked the counter for a small slice of tiramisu. The people behind the counter came off a little stand-offish.. no smile, no interest in conversation or even small talk. I however left with a smile, excited for my #LittleTreat. The sweet roll was definitely far better than the tiramisu, but $6 for both can't be beat.
google avatar

Barb G.

Yelp
This is such a great little bakery with so many offerings, both sweet and savory. The display cases are full of all kinds of yummy things and it's hard to not over indulge and buy everything! This time we purchased a milk pudding bun, the walnut raisin loaf, a mangotale bun and because I needed something cold and refreshing, also ordered a large frozen marble taro drink. The bakery goods are always so soft and flavorful but you really need to consume them with a day or so to get the best quality. Soooo good!!!
google avatar

Karis L.

Yelp
I can't get enough! They appear to change up pastries often which is why I'm always here! I'm addicted to their crossaints! The cakes aren't sweet enough for my liking but everything else is ! There's plenty of free parking onsite
google avatar

Pete M.

Yelp
Friends!!! Was recommended to stop on by!!! Soooooo much selection, everything looks fresh. I love that each pastry is individually wrapped, ensuring that all items are fresh and stay moist. My only feedback is that the line is very disorganized and bursting with people reaching all over the place. No rhyme or reason to how the pastries are displayed!!! Disorganized. Grade B+
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious, all of the pastries were light and fluffy, and not too sweet! I'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
I used to take trips to California to visit friend's and to also swing by 85! I am loving all the asian places in the 99 Ranch plaza. I always fill up my tray with the Hot Dog Cheese bread. Warm it up and it tastes even better! My go to drink is the Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea. But their seasonal drinks are always a hit. Recently loving the Taro Lavender Latte and the Matcha Mango Latte. They're so sweet and refreshing! Download the app and sign up for the rewards!
google avatar

Judy L.

Yelp
You walk in and the process is self explanatory: Grab a tray and start loading up. The pastries are all set up some labeled and some not. Love that each pastry in their own bag. We came around 7pm. The select of what is left is ok, but missing some of my favorites. I got a cookie, some taro buns, and custard bun. The service is quick when the line move. I did not know what the tables were all pushed to the back and unclean. They don't close until 9pm so we did not sit down, took things home to eat.
google avatar

Doreen G.

Yelp
I am in shock. The egg tarts are actually the worst egg tarts I've ever had. Flat, no volume to it, stuck to the pan. Not crispy at all. That's fine because not all good at a business would be a start hitter, however it is the cleanliness of the egg tarts. Why is the bottom CAKED in oily baked grime?? Do they not clean their ovens??? I've been to many bakeries before and this is not normal!!
google avatar

Kimmy H.

Yelp
$40 can't go wrong! This mango cake was refreshing not insanely sweet but that perfect type of fluff and flavor. It was split between 9 people and could have fed 10 people with decent slices. Recommended by a friend. I'd purchase again for any celebration.
google avatar

Mariya M.

Yelp
Good prices and there is great variety. It was way overcrowded and the line was long. I got a tiramisu cake for my daughter's birthday (along with quite a few other salty and savory baked goods) but disappointingly, the cake didn't have much to do with real tiramisu. It wasn't terrible but tiramisu it was not. They also won't write anything on their cakes. Service (cashier) was quick but cold and not welcoming. Not much seating for how overcrowded it was. I don't dislike the place but I definitely don't love it either.
google avatar

Ginger H.

Yelp
Three of us went to the bakery a couple weeks ago. It was nice. They had a lot of choices. It was just a couple minutes to wait and place our order. When we walked in it felt fresh, clean, and easy. One of us had the almond moon cake and they were very happy with the flavor. They would order that one again. Another person in our group had the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. They weren't the best cookies ever, but they were delicious. They would probably order something else if we were to go back to the bakery. Another person ordered the red velvet cake. The texture was smooth and soft. It had a good level of sweetness with soft icing. It seemed like they used quality ingredients. If I were to go back it would be tough to make a choice.

Yelp
There was such a buzz for this place when they first opened. I decided to wait a bit before checking this place out to avoid the lines. Now I stop in whenever I am in the area. 85°C Bakery Cafe is located in Chandler in the same shopping center as 99 Ranch Market and Daiso. They have a huge assortment of fresh pastries and beverages. People like to fill up their baskets up so much with these little goodies that the bakers have to work hard to keep the shelves stocked with fresh pastries throughout the day. 85°C Bakery Cafe started out in 2008 in California. They have locations everywhere now. Sometimes lines can be a little slow because of indecisive people like me. I usually like to get a good mix of savory and sweet pastries. The Marble Taro, Hokkaido Custard Bun and Brioche are their big sellers. 85°C Bakery Cafe also has full size cakes and beverages like milk teas and coffee drinks. Even though the prices for the pastries look affordable, it does add up as you fill your shopping basket. I could easily drop $30 to $40 here.
google avatar

Colette C.

Yelp
Was happy to stumbled into 85!!! Got a handful of goodies and a sea salt caramel ice coffee. Reasonably priced! Service was proper. There was a long line but it was moving quickly. It was pretty busy around 2pm. Goes to show how delicious this place is. Ambiance tidy and organized.
google avatar

Depeka S.

Yelp
Soooo crowded at 10am here! People buying in bulk made me think is it really that good? I know now after tasting my garlic and cream cheese bread and mango brûlée cake why it's so crowded! Loved it. The cake wasn't too sweet and so indulgent I loved it. Everything is under $5 bucks each! The cake slice was just $3.80 while the bread was $2.05! Definitely returning to try out more items. The hibiscus tea was nice too.
google avatar

Christine N.

Yelp
Came in close to closing time and majority of their bakery goods were gone (as expected). The cheese tart tasted old. I was sad because it's my favorite thing to get. I've better pastries..
google avatar

Fawne Y.

Yelp
I'm not sure if it's this location only or if all bakeries from this chain are like this: my partner and I have felt most of the pastries are hit or miss with most being misses. I had a friend from California where this chain originates from really hype it up for me. I was so excited! I love bakeries and grew up with small local Asian bakeries around where I am from. I might have had too high of an expectation as almost everything I've tried, I wouldn't personally get again. The one thing I can really highly recommend though is their Portuguese style eggs tarts. The tart shell is very crispy and the filling is perfectly sweet and custardy. They do have a mochi version, which despite loving mochi, I would actually not recommend if you're a pure egg tart enjoyer. The mochi mutes the custard flavor too much. However, the mochi does manage to stay soft and gooey on the inside without hardening, so it doesn't ruin the texture. If you're in the area, I would still say it's worth popping in to check out. Most of the items are self-service in that you grab a tray and follow the line to grab whichever pastry you would like. Cakes and drinks have to be ordered at the counter. It's also pretty spacious inside if you needed to sit. Many items tend to be sold out by the evening on weekends, so get in earlier on the weekend to grab things!
google avatar

Catherine N.

Yelp
I came here wanting to try some of their boba drinks/teas, since I never really was one to care for their baked goods (have had them plenty in california already) and I stood by the kiosk nearby the drink station (instead of the one closest to the baked goods, since I wasn't getting any pastries) for probably about what felt like 10 minutes. I actually might've been waiting for less time than that, but no one acknowledged me to take my order and not even a "We'll be right with you in a moment!" comment. Workers passed by me not making eye contact, it seemed like no one was trying to serve me on purpose. I had enough of waiting and being ignored so I left. If their service is that slow to even take my order, I can't imagine how long it must take for them to make a single drink.

Yelp
Mango mouse and mango cake are our staple to go ! Team 85'C bakery and the food never disappoints. Price is reasonable too. It has been 9 birthdays and 4 anniversaries so far within my friends and family circle that could not do without Mango cake from 85.

Lilly S.

Yelp
We always stop at this place and spend at least $50 whenever we're in Chandler. Their breads are good, and prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that I'm a big of all Asian bakeries. The cakes and buns are always fluffy and fresh. Finally we have a 85 degrees in the valley love their sweet and savory buns , selection of pastries , croissants , milk buns etc It's self service, pick out the things you like and take them to the counter. Definitely check them out if you haven't. Cheers!

Yelp
I was so bready to try 85°C Bakery Cafe! I've been to many Asian bakeries that are self-serve, similar to 85° so I knew what to expect. The layout had a nice flow. I've read many reviews mention the long line, but when I stopped by on a weekday afternoon, there was no line! They still had a good variety of pastries left as well. I picked out a few different pastry items as well as an iced soy latte. Most of my pastries were sweet with one savory. I love coconut bread and had to get one. The breads were soft and had great flavor. I look forward to trying more items on my next visit!

Yelp
My review is based on one thing-their delicious mango cake which is their best seller. Not too sweet, fluffy and fresh mango on top! Perfect as a gift. This location seemed popular, right next to Ranch 99.

Yelp
No, no and just no. I didn't enjoy my cheese danish at all. The bread was bready (not even a word) and the cream cheese dollops were not it. I've had many cheese danishes and this one was just not it. Maybe I need to try something else?

Yelp
BEWARE*** LOOK at your receipt . This is the 2nd time I got charge extra 1 piece. They don't scan the bakery and the cashier just enter the pieces . Since the last time I got charge extra I check my receipt and today caught again . She didn't even apologize just take it out the receipt . This is can be a mistake but need to be address . How many customer got charge extra over time .

Yelp
Came on a Sunday around 4pm. It was pretty busy and the line was rather long. Waited a long time to finally come here as to let the craze die down a bit. Even at this time of day, there was a nice selection of baked goods. We grabbed a basket and began filling it up! Unlike Cali locations, every item was pre wrapped, which was nice. Line moved quick enough and our drink orders only took around 10 mins. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
Great place to get your sweet and savory baked snacks! I've tried their taro buns, tres leches cake and their ice strawberry matcha. My favorite is their matcha drinks! I hope they keep this on their menu. Plenty of parking near the 99 Ranch grocery store. Limited seating-only about 4 tables. Can get busy biting the weekends.

Yelp
Very tasty authentic baked goods at a reasonable price! I'll be visiting there again.

Yelp
Amazing! We stopped in on Easter. I was a little nervous about the long line. But, it went quickly and gave us a chance to speak with some ladies in line who gave us suggestions. As you can see from the photos, they offer a wide variety of selections. We loved everything we tried from the almond half moon to the cookies to the pineapple cake and the drinks! I'd love to order these as birthday or Mother's Day treats. They definitely should be shared with everyone you know. This is a great option for something different versus traditional American bakeries. The staff is efficient and courteous. Everything is spotless and bright, shiny, and new. Stop in for a great delight for your tastebuds.

Yelp
This is a self service Asian bakery, I have a long history with this bakery. It has been my go to place, back in California whenever I am craving for good bread, pastry and coffee. I'm so glad they opened one in Chandler. We don't mind driving an hour and a half for good pastries. Don't expect a huge dining area, most people come here to pick up and go. I like how all trays are fully stocked every time, hence having a huge line of customers. Place is clean and well maintained. Despite the fact that people come and go for the most part of the day. If you have a big appetite for good pastries, this place is highly recommended.

Yelp
85 C is my favorite Asian bakery so I was super excited that one was opening up, and next to 99 Ranch Market too! When we went here there was understandably a large line but it moved fairly quickly. Pastries were replenished at a good rate and I was able to get everything that they had available that I was interested in. The quality here is the same as the other locations I've been to. The bread is so tender soft and the fillings are delightful. I considered getting a to-go jug of their milk tea but decided against it after looking at the label and seeing that it consisted mainly of corn syrup. With so many good options for Asian style baked goods it's great to get your carb-loaded fix in the East Valley!

Yelp
In France, by law, a bakery has to make all the bread it sells from scratch in order to have the right to be called a bakery. It's a good thing 85°C makes theirs! Ah, no more waiting to go to California or Las Vegas for 85°C. They still have the best prices in the Asian baked goods game. Order your sea salt caramel coffee (cold) at the self-serve kiosk and start piling up your tray full of breads! Guava strudel? Sure! Milk tea buns? Load 'em up! And don't forget to get some savory items. It's all good. In 2008, the first U.S. 85°C Bakery Cafe opened in Irvine, CA. The location quickly became an overnight sensation with over 5,000 Yelp reviews and lines out the door. 85°C is projected to have over 1000 locations worldwide. Very impressive!

Yelp
Q: Why couldn't the teddy bear finish his birthday cake? A: He was already stuffed. Oh 85°C, the place that keeps me fed in the mornings while in Vegas and the sugar-and-caffeine fuel for when I need a pick-me-up here in 'zona. What else can be said that wasn't mentioned before? This is a spacious and clean location with a lot to offer. I've been here for sweet treats, savory eats, holiday cakes, drinks, and the occasional delectable cookie. When it cones to price, it's still one of the cheapest in the Asian baked goods game.

Yelp
This bakery has been opened for more than a month now and still there are long lines for this well known Taiwanese chain bakery. We tried to come here several times in the past since their Grand Opening, but the line was snaking out the door and we didn't have the time to wait. I stopped into 99 Ranch today to do my grocery shopping and when I finished, I thought I would finally give this place a try. I got in line, which now is mainly inside and watched as the line moved and saw that each customer was buying a heap of bakery items, so that must be a good sign! When it was my turn to start picking bakery items, I got a tray and started loading up my tray. First, I chose a matcha coco bun, next I chose a savory mushroom bread, then I added a pork sung half moon bun, a mango custard bun, a boroh bun, an Aussie meat pie bun, a coconut streusel, and a jalapeño cream cheese bun. The bakery is set up like most Asian style bakeries where you pick up a tray and see all the displayed items as they are all labeled. Bakery staff kept bringing out warm, just baked items so that was fun! I originally came in here to buy Asian style toast, however, today they were all sold out. Cashier let me know that they get shipments in on Wednesday and usually sell out in a day or two. Thanks for the pro tip! I'll be back mid week to get a loaf for the week. They also sell cakes and desserts in a glass display case. They had also a refrigerated case with cream rolls and iced coffee and tea for sale. So far, we have tried the Aussie meat pie bun and the matcha choco bun and both were solid items. We then went and looked up the nutritional value for both on their website. All of the buns have their nutritional values listed, so if you need to know, definitely go to their website! This is a solid bakery with delicious bakery items. I just wished now I didn't have to wait in line for 25 minutes to get these items. I'll come back and try off hours to see if I can avoid the hungry crowd!

Yelp
This is my new favorite bakery! We stopped by on Sunday afternoon and as soon as we walked in we could smell all the yummy bread. The line was basically out the door but it moved quickly. We grabbed our trays and tongs and got to grabbing. We grabbed a few different breads ranging from sweet to salty. We waited about 5 minutes in line and then it was our turn to pay. The employee was friendly even though it was a mad house in there. Prices are reasonable and the bread was fresh. We ended up buying seven in total and we loved every single one of them. They had a self serve kiosk to place drink orders but it was "out of order." They also have a few table set up inside. Saw the employees restocking the bread every now and then and the inside was clean.

Yelp
This place is to the right of Ranch 99, so I stopped in to see what they had. I already had my hands full from the grocery store. I quickly grabbed a few items. I did not use a tray this time. I repeat, no tray. I would have needed another arm for that, haha. I will have to go back next time and load up :) I was trying not to grab too many things since I already had a dinner plan but everything looked so tasty. Everything I bought was freshly baked and very tasty! I will go back sometime and see what else this place has to offer. For now, it was great little bakery to have tried.
