85°C Bakery Cafe - Katy Grand

We recently visited 85°C Bakery Cafe in Katy, Texas this past Saturday to pick up some bakery items for our trip to visit family in Austin — and we’re so glad we did! Every single item we selected was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Our family absolutely loved the treats, and so did we! This was our second experience with 85°C, after visiting their Sugar Land location earlier, and we’re happy to say the quality and taste were just as impressive here. From the soft breads to the creamy pastries and specialty drinks, everything had that unique touch that makes 85°C stand out. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the Katy area or planning to share something special with loved ones. Great service, clean environment, and a delicious variety of baked goods. We’ll be back again soon!

85°C Bakery is one of those places I can’t walk into without accidentally picking up more than I planned. I went in for “just one pastry,” and the next thing I knew I had a whole little box because everything looked way too good. I also grabbed a Vietnamese coffee and it was sooo strong and smooth, the kind that wakes you up in the best way. The place smelled amazing, the pastries were fresh, and even though it was busy, the staff kept things moving. It’s definitely a spot I love stopping by whenever I’m in the area.

I just recently found this place with my husband. I have gone twice and the strawberry matcha is like drinking summer in a cup. The bakery items are literally amazing. My favorite is the pumpkin pastry bread. It is in the shape of a pumpkin and has filling inside and is my most favorite thing!!!

One of my favorite bakeries. I enjoy walking in and seeing all the beautiful pastries. I advise every patron to use the trays provided. I thought I didn’t need a try but ended up dropping a roll on the floor. 🙁 A variety of sweets to choose from. I bought the white toast bread, matcha chocolate bun and limited time - taro mochi boroh. All were delicious and fresh.

85°C Bakery always delivers. Everything I’ve tried has been really good, from the soft, fresh pastries to the drinks. Great quality, clean environment, and it’s an easy place to keep coming back to. Definitely worth stopping in if you want something sweet or comforting.

This is the best bakery in town ! We have been buying their baked goods for many years and they have steadily adding into their delicious selection of savory and sweet selection. Kim was wonderful at the cash counter. Very attentive, polite and speaks very clearly. Radiated positive energy and enthusiasm. Great bakery with wonderful and well mannered staff.

Me and my family love this place. However this last trip, the ad on the TV screen flashes and doesn't give enough time for the deals, the cashier was pushy and rude and wouldn't let me hit a button on my phone to get the app to get 2 cake slices for $1 each like in the ad, (there wasnt anyone behind us)we were already going for boba, so I was rushed out of line and got no cake. Maybe they had a bad day but dang man, I'll just go to Portillos for their chocolate cake instead!

I love 85! It’s cafeteria style service, so grab a tray and walk around picking out your favorite desserts. They have plenty of croissants, buns, and cakes to choose from. I’ve never had anything disappoint me, so choose what calls to you. They bake it fresh everyday so if you come towards the end of the day the pickings will be slim. Overall, this is my favorite bakery with such good prices.
