"Waiting for an excruciating 30 minutes or so during a weekend brunch rush granted you entrance to a true, steam cart-pushed-by-old-aunties style dim sum experience until you were ready to take a nap atop the soy sauce-splattered tablecloth." - Cathy Erway

You don't go for the surroundings. You go for the spectacular dumplings and steamed buns. The menu is very small, only 7 items, and nothing is vegetarian. They focus on sweet and meaty steamed buns, packed with flavor and so so juicy. Best part...nothing is more than $5!

This place is not easy to find. It is located on the second floor of a small building. They serve dim sum at 9:30 a.m. The dim sum are carted around in steam carts. We tried some favorites: shrimp harkow, chicken feet, sticky rice with meat, shrimp and beef rice rolls. We also tried some "new" (new to us) dim sum and we were not diapponted. We were pleasantly surprised with the tag price which came to about $15/person with tip. Service is very good, staff is friendly. BTW, they will not accept credit card for less than $25 (before tax).

Had chicken legs -this was soft and soaked in soup, vegetables, rice and other foods I forgot their names. Good price and they tag their food in alphabets, and stamp the ticket - left on the table for each order you make. It's summed up and payed for when you're done. It's my first experience in a Chinese restaurant, went there with my friends, the experience was not bad.

Typical dim sum restaurant, not a single tourist as far as the eye can see. Local hot spot, Despite me getting there just shy of the lunch crowd it was packed wall to wall. Good selection great taste, cheap eats walk in hungry walk out full job done .

The restaurant is great, the food is good and the price is cheap. The bathroom is gross but That's not going to affect my rating.

Wonderful dim sum experience in the bustling china town. This is a hong kong style cart service. Everything us delicious. Make sure to try the Gai Lan!
