8oz Burger - Takeout & Delivery Only

Important: This is no longer a running restaurant - it’s a couple different restaurants sharing one kitchen, with the burgers available for pickup only. I believe building issues and finances forced the former restaurant to move to this format. The food itself was solid. The burger meat was juicy and plentiful but the sandwich could have used more toppings and spread to enhance the overall flavor. We tried a couple since they had a buy one get one deal and strongly recommend the 8oz. The combination of creamy aioli, chewy fatty bacon, bitter arugula, sweet onions, and soft brioche bun is very tasty. Even with the coupons this was pricey since you’re not getting a dine in experience nor sides or a drink. The regular tator tots are hot and crispy, a large was $8. The burgers were about $8 each ($16 for 2 coupon) when we went.

I ordered it for delivery, so I’m not sure what it was like inside the restaurant or how the employees are. I ordered the 8 oz burger. The flavor of the patty, along with all the toppings were really good and flavorful, but the bun itself tasted hard and stale. On the side I ordered the garlic fries, which were very bland and almost tasteless. They definitely needed more seasoning. The best part of the whole meal was the strawberry shake!

From out of town. 1st time here and wanted to end the trip with a good burger. The food here was absolutely delicious! I got the "Build your own Burger". -Grass Fed Beef -White American and Cheddar cheese -Bacon Mayo -Roasted Garlic Tomato - Topped with a Fried Egg and Bacon fig Jam on the side - And a nice soft Brioche Bun ... Amazing! One of the best burgers Ive tried so far. Would definitely recommend to any burger lover and would definitely come back to this place! The size of this thing was on point! Also ordered Sweet potato tots on the side.. Also amazing! Thank you "8oz.Burger & Co." for making my last meal here in Seattle worth it!

Delicious Pesto Burger but unfortunately had to have it well done due to take out only and was on the dry side; would have been perfect if served medium or medium rare. Garlic Truffle fries had minimal hints of Truffle oil and excessive fresh garlic; was too potent to finish and not well balanced for my taste but the Kennebec fries were nice and crisp. The best dish was their Short Rib Poutin fries. It was a good sized portion of shredded short ribs with tasty, dense gravy and melted cheese curds.

A great burger place! Our server was really friendly and orders came out fairly fast. The burgers were cooked medium by default and tasted amazing. Happy hour let's you add in fries if you also get a drink. The $10-15 burger price matched the really good quality. If you're looking for a good burger in Seattle, I highly recommend stopping by this place!

The burgers here do sound very good, but many of them were just lacking the "deliciousness" that I expected. The only one that I had loved so far is the Pike burger. It was a perfect balance of spicy and flavor. Overall, felt this place was a little over priced for the quality. And the service kinda seemed to have a slight attitude at the bar. And I never got a water refill either. Just was hoping for something a little more.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. I ordered the 8 oz burger, medium rare (that's how u do it, Canada!), and the burger came deliciously pink in the middle! Also had the sweet potato tots and small french fries with truffle oil and garlic (shared the sides with my partner), both excellent as well.

This is a conglomerate of restaurants that share a kitchen space. Mainly being used on Uber eats. We've tried two of the places and they've all been delicious. Cyber pizza was great as well.
