I kind of joked to my kids that I was going to time them, but I forgot to. I ordered 2 pizza's, one pepperoni and one "cheese pizza". The quotations are bc they don't call it a cheese pizza. Their menu calls it a Margherita pizza, and it doesn't have chunks of tomato on it like one could expect. But to make it a cheese pizza, I had to delete the basil and the parmeson (next time I'll try with the parmeson), and I did the same for the pepperoni.
Overall, it's pretty damn good! They cook the pizza over an actual flame, I suppose that's how they cook it so fast. The taste and texture of the dough was really good, too. If it weren't for my kids not liking basil, I would definitely get the basil. The cheese pizza kind of seemed a bit bland at my first bite. Once I was eating a few slices, I realized how good it is, made with just the right amount of ingredients and how thin the crust is perfect for a personal pizza.
