98K Hamburger is definitely a good addition to the neighborhood. Our friends recommended us that their taste is similar to the flavor we had at KFC in Asia, so we were excited to give it a try. The decor is modern, clean and wide-spaced with plenty of seating. Most people do take-out orders but it's also cozy to dine in there. The staff was friendly, helpful and served everyone quickly. The options were in a great variety and some were special which we had never seen in American fast food restaurants. We got their #1 set substituted fries with fried chicken wings, 2 BBQ Chickdn Skewers and Mozzarella Sticks. There are daily promotions and we got free Chicken Nuggets with purchase of over $15. Everything is pretty decent with reasonable portion & great price. Our favorites were the Hot Spicy Chicken Thigh Burger from #1 Set and Mozzarella Sticks. The chicken in the burger was well-fried and juicy inside with crunchy layer. The sticks were super cheesy and satisfying.

This is what my last order looked like. The sandwich had no cheese. Is this how you retaliate for claiming my free drink ?? I don’t know why the lady at the counter always finds a way to deny giving what the on-screen offers show. Our order was over 30 dollars, and the on-screen menu said we get a bubble milk tea or one of the snacks with it. But she offered me a free soda. Then I had to point her to the screen, and then she agreed to give me a bubble tea. Guess what? There was another family who ordered around 50 dollars. They did not get their free drinks too. They saw me claiming my drink and they asked for theirs too. Only then the lady at the counter had to give us the free drinks. One of my previous orders had a free soda , which she did not want to give. Then I had to literally argue my drink from them. If you don’t want to serve the free drinks as promised, why show it on the screen menu? If it shows, why does the lady simply try to avoid giving it to customers, as if she is paying for the free drinks. what sort of behaviour is this? We come to this store simply to have a meal and be gone, not to fight for our food.

When we drove there we immediately found parking right in front of the restaurant. We went after 8PM, so it was free street parking. When we walked in, there was only one party sitting. It seemed quiet. We ordered our food and sat down. Right when we got our food, the restaurant began to fill up. Really quick too. They had so many mobile orders too. It really picked up, and there was no surprise there. This spot has the best fried chicken ever. Im not even kidding. The chicken was extremely crispy and the meat was super juicy. The flavor was seasoned perfectly too. We thought their chicken sandwich is better than POPEYES and KFC. This definitely deserves more hype. We also tried the heart of the ocean, and it was so cool. Honestly the drink reminds me of the ocean. The way it looks, it recommend getting this with your meal. Their wings were extremely flavorful, and the meat is just sooo juicy. The popcorn chicken was really good too, i mean who doesn't like tiny crispy bites?

Really great food! I always get the spicey crispy chicken sandwich it's only 6.00 and is made with dark meat. It is juicy and flavorful. And the popcorn chicken is really good and you get a lot for only 4.00. It is seasoned Taiwanese style. It might be the best fast food, or at least chicken.

Ordered pickup. Second time I've ordered from here. First time we got burgers and fries and they were okay. Saw good reviews about the wings and decided to try them. Made an order for pickup but was very disappointed with the quality and couldn't eat it. The wings were wet but not like saucy wet they were soggy and wet from condensation.The fries were stale and stiff. So I went on the app and requested a refund. The restaurant stated that the wings are expected to be soggy from condensation and they would not be giving a refund for them. I've gotten wings from countless establishments for pickup/delivery and usually they poke holes into the containers or cut out space to ensure the steam Isnt trapped and ruin the food. But thanks I guess won't be going back.

Forgot to take pictures of the fried chicken and popcorn chicken but oh well Its a little greasy but its fried chicken.. what can you expect The spicy chicken wing and the spicy chicken burger were good.. its a little spicy, could be spicier imo The fried chicken were ok the popcorn chicken was just soso..
