"99 Park is an upscale American/Latin fusion spot at the downtown Bellevue Park that’s a reliably good place to go when you want to do something nice for yourself after a long day. Their bread basket with honey sea salt butter is so insane we don’t care if that’s the only thing we eat there, but when your dining companion suggests you move onto actual entrees, know that the rest of the menu is excellent. Our favorite things to eat here include the halibut with mole, New York strip steak asada, and a seriously great burger with queso and jalapeno aioli. This parking garage was the closest to a business function I had last night. It was easy to find and get to. The attendants were very receptive and I did not have to wait in a line to drop off my car. When coming back to obtain my car, again, there was no wait and the attendant got my car right away. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downfall to this garage was the price. While I know parking is pricey in the city no matter where you are, this garage was one of the most expensive I have ever been to. Because of the price I do not think I would ever use this garage again. It was $51 for almost 3 hours. Great service, but overpriced.

Building management is as good as expected for this prestigious address and demanding clients. As a guest of the building, I only see the superficial and front-line staff but the cleansiness is remarkable & the staff are polite and relaxed leading me to belive all is well with the operational side.

Caution.....I parked my car in parking garage on 39 st about 200 ft east of Park ave. (Next to dry cleaners) Upon returning to pick up my car I handed the young male parking attendant the tix and cash. He said no cant take cash only credit card. So I gave him my card. The next day my card company called me and said someone tried to use my card info at a Bklyn gas station. My feelings is...the garage has something to do with it. BEWARE...
