Google
99 Ranch is a Chinese Supermarket serving a wide variety of Chinese and Asian goods. The place itself is spacious and nice, though can get chaotic on weekends when there isn't enough cashiers available for checkout. We usually come here for any goods we cannot find at a western supermarket or Chinese-specific goods. They also have a bakery inside that sells pastries like bo luo bao, hot dog bao, and more. Overall, it's a decent place to get Chinese specific goods, though may be a wait to check out during peak hours.

Google
The best Chinese supermarket in Boston. Its not overly big and doesn't overwhelm you but it's got a sensible layout and things are easy to find. Its fruits and vegetables are all very fresh and cheap. We drive 40-50 mins every 2 weeks to stock up and it's worth the journey.

I used to go shopping to Big Y and before that was Hannaford supermarket and I stopped for 2 years and then I heard about the 99 Ranch mark That they have a fresh sea food, fresh fruits and vegetables in great prices, You can take your fish clean without extra cost. You also have the opportunity to experiment with the great and mostly unknown variety of the Asian food products. The only downside is the difficulty in communication. Clean place and the staff was nice too.

I made the mistake of visiting this store on a busy Saturday morning-it was totally mobbed! The aisles were packed and checkout was brutal because the lines were very long & they don’t offer self-checkout and there were only a few open registers. I was both disgusted and fascinated by the quantity and variety of available products (disgusted by the dead chickens hanging out in the open near the deli and by the severely overcrowded fish/lobster tanks-clearly, this poses an increased risk for problems with health/safety/sanitation-furthermore, the blatant disregard for even minimal standards for animal welfare is deplorable. On a positive note: I was fascinated by the many unique & unusual flavors of Lay’s potato chips-I purchased the cucumber flavor-I didn’t really care for them though. I was also impressed by quality and variety of fresh produce-I had never seen a jack fruit in real life before-they’re HUGE!! I also got a kick out of some of the product marketing/packaging/logos-surely, something must be lost in translation-I mean, what is “Hot Kid milk flavored drink”?! “Hot Kid” feels kinda inappropriate to me 😳

Google
Nice Asian grocery store with the freshest fruits and veggies compared to the Kam Man. Mostly Chinese stuff but you can also find Japanese, Korean, and south Asian groceries. No longer has the butcher shop that you could order from. All meats are prepackaged. Fish market is still open but has limited selection compared to H Mart. Can clean and cut the fish the way you want.

I just went to buy one thing and is the mango ice cream very delicious. I really did not try the lemon peaches and more flavors but they recommend mango

On May 31st, I went to 99 Ranch Market in Quincy, MA and purchased two types of fish, one was fresh tilapia. I placed the tilapia into a cooler with ice in my car to bring it home, when I got home I was met with a big surprise. When I opened the cooler and brought out the tilapia, I was attacked by an extreme odor of rotten fish, it did not look like the fish I saw when I purchased it. Take a look at the photos attached, it looks like a fish that was rotten for days! We live at best an hour's drive away! The gas would be more than the refund! Keep an eye on your purchases, they might trick you like this!!! Buyers beware!!!

Google
Clean and more spacious than other Chinese grocery stores in Boston area. It has a fresh bakery, a place for hot breakfast and lunch

Yelp
Decently sized Asian grocery store. You can find fresh Asian vegetables and seafood. There are tanks of live stone crabs, eel, swimming tilapia, catfish, and etc. It's organized fairly well, and the nice wide isles are clean. On Tuesdays, they have a 5% discount for senior citizens. There was no crowd on a Sunday afternoon. Most people were probably having lunch. I found some Chinese Lays potato chip flavors that are not sold at the regular grocery stores. Such as Spicy hot pot, Fried crab, cucumber or Mieng Kam Krob Ros flavor. You might be able to find some at Walmart though. Got myself some milk tea, orange chocolate and royal chocolate Kit Kats. The prices are okay. I remember a normal bag of Calbee potato chips use to be less than $3 and now it's $7+.

Yelp
A lot of fresh seafood, bakery, produce, meat, household stuff, etc. Checkout lanes are fast. Prices are average.

Yelp
Located in wollaston next to Ming's restuarant I like going here when in the area, yes we have many good choices now a days and 99 definitely could bring in more variety of inventory with the space they have but it hits the boxes when you need some quick grocery shopping in the area. Usually grab some cheese noodle ramen, snacks and chips on the go. It was super cold in there during the summer haha AC full blasting but aye keeps the produce good! They have asian sauces, noodles, hot pot supplies and meats, fresh seafood, small appliances, rice etc

Yelp
I was very excited & happy when 99 Ranch first arrived here! It's nice to see it on the East Coast ;) LARGE Chinese supermarket with all the goodies! They keep it pretty clean here, considering most Chinese supermarkets aren't kept well & usually tend to stink of fish lol. So I definitely do enjoy coming here to get Asian groceries, without having to pay HMart's (sometimes) absurd prices. They also have CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice here, which is a bubble tea chain from Taiwan. Lots of parking available here! They share a lot with Ming's Seafood Restaurant & AnytimeFitness, with a Rocklqnd Trust nearby.

Yelp
Top tier Asian supermarket. Huge, they have everything from frozen to prepared foods, a bakery, produce, hot food bar, etc. also some great deals.

Yelp
Happy to see 99 Ranch out on the east coast! Came here for the first time today for some kitchen staples. They have all the must haves at very reasonable prices, and their produce section is definitely a bit smaller than others and they're a bit unique in that they pack the produce right in front of you which is fun to watch! They don't have too much in the deli/hot foods section, but if you're looking for the normal sauces/pantry items, you should be able to check everything off your list.

Yelp
Love 99 Ranch! Huge selection of fresh produce, condiments, fresh bakery, frozen items, etc! The price is not cheap, even with some items go on sale from time to time. Frankly, most sales items are not that cheap, either. I try to come here during "off hours" like weekdays to avoid the crowd. I was here once the day before Thanksgiving and it was crazy packed. Another time, I was here on a Thursday. That might be their re-stock day because lots of carts inside the store to be loaded and some items were clearly missing from the shelves. That said, the checkout line always goes fast and the cashiers are efficient. I love they have student discount days and also senior discount on weekdays! They used to have plastic bags but that's no longer the case as of April 2022. Bring your own shopping bags! They have a bubble tea place connected to the store. There is also a dim sum/Chinese restaurant right next door. Plenty of parking out in front. There is a light on Hancock Street before you turn into the parking lot, easy to miss though.

Yelp
Great clean Chinese market without the absurd prices! Just wish it was closer to me :(

Yelp
We've been going here since they opened. We were very excited to have an alternative to Kam Man, which is ok but sometimes a bit dirty. 99 Ranch has always been a great place to get fresh vegetables and fruit. Lately, though, their frozen food has been a little iffy. Their freezers had problems and were labeled as broken, but they still had food for sale in them! I think they've solved that problem, but today the check-out lines were extremely long. If it's not one thing, it's another...

Yelp
What a godsend...a supermarket that sells fresh seafood at surprisingly decent prices, AND will even clean and fry it for you right there at no extra charge! These kinds of places exist all over East Asia and in areas with high Asian populations like the Bay Area, Houston, etc. but never found one in New England before...totally ecstatic, as someone who enjoys seafood but hates the mess and smell of cooking it at home. Wish I'd known about this place a lot earlier! Otherwise their other items are also reasonably priced, especially compared to Asian supermarkets in the northern 'burbs like Malden and Medford, let alone the nice but ritzy/pricey H-Mart chain. It's also a much more pleasant shopping environment than most other places---wider aisles, no lingering smell of dead mice/rats decomposing in the walls and floors, etc.

Yelp
Good selection, Clean store, decent prices (way better prices than C Mart which is next door)... I deducted 2 stars cause the customer service at checkout sucked. The lady seemed miserable and it showed to everyone she encountered. She didn't greet anyone, speak to anyone one or even smile. I really hope their customer service improves. I'll try again cause this store had everything I needed.

Yelp
It has been several years since my last review. Since that time, they've updated their seafood department; turned down the heat; and they've added hot food section. The place is still very clean, spacious and brightly lit. Wished they had more selection. Their prices are a bit on the high side, but I still prefer 99 Ranch over the place down a block over. I wished this 99 Rancb was more like the one in Edison, NJ.

Yelp
The fish and the vegetables are fresh and places are very busy and it's kept clean. Plenty of hard to find things to choose from and the prices are decent.

Yelp
99 Ranch is our go-to Chinese supermarket. It's clean, has a bakery, and fresh seafood and meat cases. Its newest addition are combo meals for lunch!! $8.49 for a carb (rice or lo mein) plus 2 dishes, $9.99 for 3 dishes. There's seating if you choose to eat it there. Service is no-nonsense and efficient.

Yelp
Usually we shop at Kam Man, but decided to try 99 Ranch as we have shopped at 99 Ranch in New Jersey, and that place in East Brunswick is the best Asian market we have been to on the East Coast. Vegetable/fruit section was superior, clean, organized, great prices. Lots of products sold by the case. Plenty of Chinese vegetables. Bakery section was nice, but no BBQ pork buns, and the roll cakes looked nice, but at about the same price as Kam Man were smaller in size. We didn't look at seafood section, but the meat section was clean and organized. The frozen section was fine. Can, dry goods and household products were fine, but less variety than Kam Man. Looks like plans to expand the bakery area, hopefully a BBQ section. Coco drinks attached to 99 Ranch, offering typical teas and boba drinks.

Yelp
I saw in fb that they do 5% back for student ID m-f. You enter your phone number for discount 1 point = 1 dollar build for 1000 points for 10$ The store is the same layout as big Y. They have pretty good sales better than kan man or c mart Different snack selections: but not as much as kan man or c mart A lot of selections for hot pot but they don't have cheese balls :(
google avatar

Lily L.

Yelp
Be careful of the food's expiration dates as I've received expired items a couple of times from this grocery store. (Especially the frozen food) . Additionally, it's advisable to check your receipt carefully upon checkout as there have been instances where I was charged double for one item because the cashier scanned it twice.

Yelp
Not too bad first experience on their grand opening day!! The place is big with a lot of sections, right next to C Mart, which is going to be interesting from a business perspective. It could be WOWWW to a lot of people, but for those who have been to big Chinese supermarkets like Kam Man or C Mart or HMart, this is an okay experience! I like the bakery section. They also put in a lot of effort in getting new customers (like me) to stop by: you get a jasmine rice bag with $50 or more purchase. If you buy $100, you get 2 jasmine rice bags and so on!! The kitchen also has some good hot food!! Crowded but the line was not too too bad with a lot or registers opened.

Bernice M.

Yelp
If you looking for a certain kinder of meat like oxtails, and neck-bones fresh you can always find it here

Alex Z.

Yelp
Check out the new Chinese bbq items at 99 ranch in Quincy. Not bad prices for combo meals and each item.

Yelp
Shopped at 99 before in CA, super excited about this new (opened over a year ago) store in Quincy. This is my new happy places: so many Asian goodies and seafood at very decent price!! It has a huge selection of EVERYTHING and some of the rare to find stuff. Staff are all very friendly as well. Only one downside: Quincy/ South shore 24x7 traffics for someone coming from north shore.
google avatar

Han N.

Yelp
99 Ranch Market is VERY spacious and clean. The moment you walk in, you see vegetables and ladies behind each section bagging up portions of vegetables to be displayed so you know that everything's fresh and they're not cheating you like some markets do (where they hide the less-fresh pieces in the middle). There's a small section that I think is sushi-fish, but I'm not sure - it's priced a bite higher than the other salmon portions though. I really LOVED buying a jackfruit every week when it was in season! It was only $1.19/lb! There are plenty of snacks, even brown sugar boba ice cream, tons of different sliced meat for grilling or hot pot, and there are a few aisles dedicated to non-food or non-Asian food items as well! Don't forget to join their rewards to collect points and earn money off your purchases!

Yelp
I have been shopping at this grocery store since the beginning of the statewide shutdown. I would like to start off by saying that the inside of this grocery store is very clean. Every time I come in here I can tell that the grocery carts were hosed down. The workers are all protecting themselves and others with protective equipment and the cashiers wipe doesn't the conveyer belts with bleach every couple of minutes. The workers are friendly and always willing to help find an item or make a recommendation. One of my favorites here are the already prepared foods next to the produce section. My favorites are the barbecue fish that comes in a bowl with rice and steamed cabbage. The best part is it's under $7! What a bargain. I also really like the spring rolls and the fried sesame ball with red bean filling. The veggies here come in generous portions and are well priced and fresh. They also have a fresh fish section with great prices. I was able to fry up some fish for two people for under $8. If you need any house-ware or dish-ware this grocery store has it all. This seems like a great place to get everything at once. Just be aware that their American products are limited if that's what your looking for. I've enjoyed shopping her me and have been trying to cook several different foods like pho, stir fry's, and different types of fried fish. They also have a rewards program that works with your phone number and email and you can get your receipts sent straight to your email. I honestly prefer that. Less accumulation of paper is always a good thing. Go check them out!

Yelp
I'm a big fan of Asian markets (especially H-Mart) and was excited to drive by and realize this was one. We had to stop in, of course. The store is nice - it looks like an old Shaw's building taken over by 99. It was clean but to be honest the smell in the fish department was so bad. Like worrisome bad. We didn't purchase any fish products due to that smell. I also felt bad for the fish in the cramped tanks. Didn't strike me as a great environment to spend their last days in. Anyway, we did buy a few items. The most interesting was banana flavored Kit Kat bites. I usually like their unique flavors and these were just okay. Very heavy on the fake banana (channeling British Bake-Off here when you know the contestant is going to hear it from the judges when they catch them using fake banana or other fruity flavoring). You could really taste it. Still, thumbs up for having something you won't find anywhere else. I wish I could say our other two purchases were good but they were far from it. The thinly sliced lamb was awful. Just tasted wrong and old even though it wasn't at expiration. The pork shanks were equally as gross. I actually thought they cooked okay and were fine to eat and felt quite sick a few hours after eating a few bites. I question how safe their meat is (especially considering how bad the fish department smelled). I definitely would never purchase a meat or fresh product from there in the future.

Yelp
Cleanliness: Super super impressed with cleanliness of this supermarket! During the coronavirus outbreak, this is the only supermarket I've been to that provide gloves for the customers! They now upgraded the hand sanitizer dispensers to automated ones. All the check out counters are installed with glass windows for personal protection. Today, all the cashiers are wearing blue gowns and they even sanitized the whole check out area right after each customer. I can see that they are putting a lot of effort in to protect the customers and employees. Perks: They have point rewards system which you can sign up with your email and phone number at the cashier. You can get a copy of receipts sent to your phone. They also have weekly deals. Most of their items are on sale anyways. Also, I believe you get 5% off if you are a student. Overall: This place got very fresh vegetables and meat. They have employees standing in the middle of the produce section cleaning the dirts off of the vegetables and packaging them. I bought watercress from here and I didn't have to rinse it more than once before cooking because it was super clean(no sands, no dirts!). They have a lot of meat and seafood options as well. All of them look very fresh. Very affordable place to go shopping. Thus far, my favorite supermarket to go shopping I highly recommend it!

Yelp
99 Ranch is the best Asian market in the Boston area. It is cleaner and has more variety. Their prices are ok but could be more competitive. Overall a great place to spend a weekend afternoon.

Yelp
This California-based Asian grocery chain has finally made its way to Quincy! This location, which was formerly the Big Y, formerly Hannafords, is really really big. Lots of parking. Produce here is so inexpensive - broccoli is $.99/pound. Cauliflower is $1.49/pound. Lemons are usually $.39 each. Spices are also super inexpensive. Eggs are usually $.99/dozen. There is TONS of fish. Always fresh Atlantic salmon, tilapia and swai basa - all much cheaper than Stop & Shop! There's also live fish available for purchase. The best part - no fishy smell! There are various American products available for sale as well (Betty Crocker, Hood milk, Ben & Jerry's etc.). There is also 99 Ranch's Best Yet brand which is usually much more inexpensive and rivals the quality. Insider tips: -Tons of free samples available on weekends -5% discount with student ID on weekdays -Shoppers club card means you get $10 for every $1000 you spend.
google avatar

Yelp
The only good thing about this place is that it is open late. Other than that - Quality? Rotten! Price? Thru the roof! Sure the aisles are wider, but just exposes the dim creepy yellow lighting and marked up floors. Came in after work and all the veggies were rotten. I felt dirty just walking down the wide aisles of nothing but half empty shelves and poorly lit freezers. Please do not encourage mediocrity by buying rotten expensive groceries here. All hail CMart next door that is scrappy but brighter, fresher and cleaner than this place.
google avatar

Kurtis K.

Yelp
Grand opening was cluster mess. People fighting for parking spots, old asian people will cut in front of you while you're waiting in line. Be sure to be on top of your game or you will lose your chance getting to the register or grabbing items. The Seafood area is a lot cleaner than other C-Mart and it doesn't smell. (Let's see how long this will last. I'll give it a few months) Prices are decent. The self serve food cafe doesn't have much selections. There are potstickers and bentos (unagi, pork and char sui ). They tasted ok. There's also a bakery section too but I didn't get to check it out because there were too many people waiting in that area. Hopefully traffic gets better

Yelp
Came here for the first time and was pretty impressed. Keep in mind that I'm a native Cali girl, which means I grew up with many Ranch 99s. What's Hot - Variety. There's something for everyone! They have an awesome assortment of instant noodles, sauces, soy sauces, cooking wines, snacks, fermented tofus, chili bamboo shoots, seafood, frozen dumplings, ice creams, popsicles, etc... I wasn't able to take everything in on my first trip, because I had to be aware of the time. I know I'll return, because the options of dishes I can make have increased. - Bakery. Awesome bakery section! They have my beloved egg tarts, cheese cakes, pineapple buns, coconut buns, red bean buns, and an assortment of other things that weren't available, because I came late afternoon. Be aware that some of their items may be snapped up early. The egg tarts were delicious and the Portuguese egg tarts were creamier than the regular egg tarts. I paid around $10 for 2 egg tarts, 2 Portuguese tarts, 1 coconut tart, and a coconut bun, Definitely worth the price. - Service. Awesome customer service. I was looking for fermented tofu and was getting lost in the aisles. I asked one of their clerks in Chinese and she pointed me to the exact aisle, walked me to the exact section of the aisle, and pointed to the shelf. Definitely on top of things! - Prices. Very reasonable. One of the things I've always loved about Ranch 99 is that this is your average person's go-to Chinese grocery store. Nothing is over priced. You can buy a big bag of gai-lan, bak choy, bean sprouts, pea sprouts, whatever for less than $5, which is awesome! That I can buy my Chinese grocery staples and not break the bank is wonderful. I bought some Yali pears, pea sprouts, fermented tofu, chili bamboo shoots, and a variety of sauces, which came out to around $28. Pretty good deal and the sauces will last me for a while, as well. - Location. Conveniently located in Quincy and there are many other amenities close by, such as restaurants, cafes, etc... - Parking. Convenient-sized parking lot. Given the location, in Quincy, I was a little concerned what the parking situation would be like. Their parking lot is decently sized and accommodates a decent number of cars, which is certainly helpful. - Health and safety. During this time of the pandemic, I saw all of their staff wearing masks, which I appreciate. What's Not - No deli section. In all the Ranch 99s I've been to in California, there are always deli sections, where you can order food, such as roast duck and chicken, steamed dim sum, and a buffet deli. This location doesn't have a deli section, which is very disappointing. It would be so helpful and convenient to be able to buy my Chinese groceries and get some hot prepared food, as well. Final Answer Definitely plan on returning.

Yelp
After many years of seeing these supermarkets on the West Coast, am definitely glad to see them branch out with the first New England location in Quincy. As noted, this is in the former location of the Big Y supermarket and so if you have been here before, the layout is pretty much the same. The large selection of fresh produce along with hot eats, bakery, seafood and meat sections make this place an instant hit in this area. This is a highly welcome market that is clean and neat. You will feel welcome here when you walk in. Just like any supermarket, they have various promotions each week on a variety of products. If you plan on doing lots of shopping here, do suggest you follow them on social media and sign up for the rewards program. This place accepts mobile payments...which is a definite plus. There is a wonderful Mings seafood restaurant next door that offers dimsum. Many like to take advantage of a good meal and then grocery shop here. Come see and experience what 99Ranch is all about and see what they have in store.

I C.

Yelp
This place has very rude customer service , expensive to shop here and very limited groceries.
google avatar

Abby L.

Yelp
Cleaner, better parking and way more organized than Kam Man. This is where I'll be getting my Asian groceries going forward. Though the rice selection can be better. Bye bye Kam Man.

Rodrigo N.

Yelp
This place has a lot of good products. It was clean and very big. But, one day I came here at the time that it supposed to open, but it was closed, I needed to wait. The Food was good. But they need to hire somebody to guide people who do't know where is the products. Overall this place is really great.
google avatar

Tiff L.

Yelp
I always look forward to the days when we make a trip out to 99 Ranch. There's plenty of parking and all the staff takes safety precautions seriously with hand sanitizer stations near the entrance and exit. There's also signs to make sure everyone has a mask on. The store is very clean and spacious! My favorite part of grocery shopping is the snacks and ramen and I love the variety they have.

Yelp
I LOVE SHOPPING AT RANCH 99! :D It is by far my favorite Asian supermarket in the US followed by H Mart. I am from California originally and I missed shopping at Ranch 99! I am so glad they opened a location here in New England! It is interesting that the location is like right across or nearby C Mart. I used to shop at C Mart occasionally. Now I am a total convert! Their parking lot is very big, so if you drive, don't worry about not being able to find parking (you might have trouble finding parking at other places). The groceries are very fresh, decent meat and fish sections, lots of delicious frozen meals and stuff to try, very spacious layout of the aisles, and the store itself is also very clean (I can't say the same for other Asian supermarkets like Super 8X)! No weird or fishy smell anywhere you go! Their prices are also reasonable. I love their wide selection of dumplings and buns! My favorite dumplings are the shrimp and scallop ones! I felt at home (and nostalgic) when I shopped there. I would definitely come back to get groceries on a regular basis! :)

Carla H.

Yelp
Love this place! They have a lot of choices for Asian products. Clean and huge. Will come back again.
google avatar

Savannah H.

Yelp
The founder of 99 is a Taiwanese. I am so proud of my country. This is the cleanest Asian supermarket in MA I have to say. No weird smell. No disgusting rats run around the floor. No destroyed packages. The greatest is that vegetables are so fresh and clean. You can tell they just come out of storage. No rotted veggies! Also, the store sells many Taiwanese products, which have good qualities without food safety issues. I strongly recommend any Asian friends go there.
google avatar

Iris L.

Yelp
They labeled the bread all wrong. I supposedly got a taro bread according to the label on the package but got something else instead. Do they know the severity of this issue if someone with an allergy eats the wrong bread because of the wrong label they put on?

John W.

Yelp
As the first 99 Ranch in New England, it was kind of over hyped. But that could be because of the brand and since I'm currently studying on the west coast where it's a go-to for all your Asian necessities. The prices and offerings are comparable to any other local asian market except that it has hot foods and bakery items. However, I'm giving this a 2 star because of the spoilage of goods like whole pallets of rice vermicelli noodles molding right at the front of the store next to the registers. Every one of them were at the top sitting out for customers to pick through. Some were just starting to mold, some were full on covered with the packaging brittling and falling apart. This surprised me because this is a new store that should have new inventory. A previous reviewer even posted pictures of rotting and molding strawberries. Also, the open self-serve seafood bar was also questionable since it didn't feel cold enough competing with the store's heating. Overall, I would check it out if you've never been to a 99 Ranch or want to check out some of their other offerings that local asian markets in the area don't have in store. However, be cautious when adding things to your cart!

Yelp
Very rude employee at the customer service desk. On 09/01 in the afternoon, I went to ask for a price for an item with no price tag attached. I spoke with her in Cantonese and she responded to me in Mandarin. Since I did not understand what she was saying, she got very annoyed because she had to find someone who spoke Cantonese. As if it was my fault for not knowing Mandarin.

Yelp
The grand opening was a disaster. Normal store hours open at 8am. Advertise first 200 guest would get a gift. Some ppl got there as early as 7am. 12 degrees outside yet ppl hung in there waiting and was later told the store would open 1 hour later, 9am. The district manager was in charge of the event. Started the celebration just before 9am. Cheerleaders from a local school, lion dance, introduction of the mayor, store manager and like 4 other ppl. one at a time. While ppl stood in the freezing cold. The district manager said she was from California and was not use to the cold. But she not standing outside either. Going in and out of the store. It was inhuman to leave ppl standing outside for that long. If you didn't make it there to get the swag bag, no worries, you didn't miss out on anything good. A 20 pack of yogurt milk that is expiring in 2 months. Everything in the bag was expiring soon. They took over the former BIg Y. It appears most of the American products were left from the former store. C Mart is next store and the prices are also cheaper. For a grand opening the products were not fresh. Another family member was there the following day of the grand opening and took a picture of the strawberries. Covered in mold.

Yelp
I've dropped by 99 Ranch more than the other super markets due to their business hours. They operate past 6-7pm which is when Cmart is closed and 99 Ranch just has so much variety! There is a GIANT parking lot in front of 99 Ranch, so don't even worry about parking. When you walk in, they do offer masks and gloves, but its usually GONE by the time I visit haha To be very honest, everything is a little bit pricier than the market next door BUT 99 Ranch has more variety. You want snacks? They've got pastries, crackers, and more. You're looking for seaweed? Well, they've got 5-8 different brands and packaged ones you can pick from :) I love how much cleaner 99 Ranch is, they also have a large freezer section, where you can find anything from Ben and Jerry's ice crea, to a matcha crepe cake :) When you finish shopping, you can conveniently grab yourself some boba from Coco Leaf :)

Yelp
I was excited to visit 99 Ranch today but left disappointed. The Quincy location didn't have the unique finds like in California like I thought they would. Meat and seafood section look very nice and cleaN (hopefully it stays that way!). The produce section was also well kept. There was a lot of variety.. not everything was fresh but it wasn't too bad. I think the prices are decent here. I hope they will turn around and add more unique Asian food!

Yelp
Super clean for a market. They have a lot of products: many different instant ramens, snacks from childhood like the sweet crackers, the Japanese sodas, a lot of yogurt drinks and things I've never seen before. Also like how they have taste testing of the foods like hmart and Costco's. Lots of cute Asian things too (they have 3-ply hello kitty toilet paper!)

Yelp
I also want to mention that I tried to return the items the SAME day they were purchased. I was still in my engagement dress and with the receipt in hand but they refused my return.

Yelp
There's always parking. The aisles are wide. It's clean, new, and well stocked with everything you need. Perfect place to buy hot pot goods! Though a tad more expensive than your traditional asian super market 99 Ranch also has a small bakery in the back. If it wasn't Covid times, there'd be a hot food area too. Every $25+ purchase in December you'll get a poster 2021 calendar.
