"This modern Japanese restaurant is located in a pleasant setting that is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is particularly noteworthy for its bar, where the sushi chef prepares dishes in front of guests, and the cascade of water forming a backdrop behind him. The cuisine does not follow the doctrines of Japanese cuisine to the letter, instead creating popular dishes in different ways that will find favour with everyone. Make sure you try the tiger prawn tempura!" - Michelin Inspector
Excellent restaurant, serving delicious food in many variations, accompanied by good wine. We had a tasting menu with starters, soup, several courses of Sushi and other fish creations. The last course was meat and a bit heavy towards the end, but none the less very good. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and service was spot on.

99 Sushi Bar Moraleja delivers an exceptional dining experience every time. The quality of the fish is outstanding, the presentation is beautiful, and the flavors are consistently refined and balanced. The service is polished yet warm, and the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between upscale and inviting. Every dish—from the sashimi to the nigiri and maki rolls—feels thoughtfully crafted. One of the best spots for high-end sushi in La Moraleja , hands down.

Never have been received so badly… The staff look severely depressed and get irritated easily. The maki was great and the food overall was good but the staff were rude and when I asked for more rice for my wife one of them said that that maybe she should calm down on the food… never coming back…

Not the first time I visited, but this time really need to download the experience:
Nice place. Sashimi Variado absolutely excellent. But all that staff with long faces... Don't they get paid properly perhaps? This place is pretty expensive, money should not be the issue.
The Matsuri Roll at 21.70 Euros... zero taste, zero spicey despite what the menu says, not even the wasabi mayo it came with.
And I got charged 2,70 for a stilk water... Little glass. It was actually for a bottle that was not placed on my table and the staff never refiled the glass.
I do NOT recommend this place!

The sushi was enjoyable, but the service was rude and really disappointing. It took away from the overall experience.

It has the willingness to become a good Japanese restaurants but the customer seems to be paying the costs for the high rental costs. Way too expensive, even for La Moraleja standards.

The place could have much better lighting and service! Quite frankly to spend 100 euros on sushi, I rather go somewhere else!
