Google
The Hojicha ein spanner was a bit meh. Not a fan of the cream, but then again this a boba place and not a specialty cafe. My friend insisted on the order lol. I'd like to come back and try their milk tea next time as the friendly staff was helpful and inviting.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it doesn’t disappoint. The drinks and desserts are delicious, and the staff is very kind. I love the atmosphere as well.

This place is PHENOMENAL! Ain’t no other place can do it like ChaChacha — where they serve not only boba, but croffles, and more. They’re very similar to Smoove Ice Cream down in Milpitas, but with the Korean twist — and, did you know, they’re a local business and they’re woman-owned too? (Shoutout to Emily!) My friend and I wanted to try out a new boba place, particularly one that we hadn’t tried before. As such, I introduced this place to her, and we decided to give it a try! It’s located in a shopping center not far from the intersection of Fremont and Thornton, and rather, it’s easy to find the place because it’s right next to a Korean restaurant — fitting enough to be a Korean inspired boba shop! I just want to thank the staff at ChaChaCha for being VERY helpful when giving us their recs, as well as their personal favorite drinks. My friend and I got the Oreo Milk Tea and Nutella Milk Tea, both with boba and less sweetness. I love how even with the drinks, they were able to adjust the sweetness and ice capacity evenly. I could tell from the beginning that their ingredients were natural, and not processed. Best of all, they even had a MINI photo booth in the front of the store, which I thought was IMPRESSIVE. They even had a wall where you could put your printed photos, and you could take however much you wanted. It makes for memories to be created with friends, near and far. I will definitely be back to try more next time, including their croffles! If you’re looking for a new boba shop in Fremont that isn’t Sharetea or Happy Lemon, this may just be the boba shop for you! 😌

I have been to this place several times. My favorite drink is the tiger coffee with boba - but more than 50% of the time I go there, they tell me that they are out of boba. Personally, I feel that if a boba shop is open, then it’s reasonable to expect that they will have boba available. If it was a one time experience, then I could have let it slide - but this has been a repeated pattern. Imagine being a customer, excited for their tiger coffee with boba, only to arrive and find out that they don’t have any boba. When the boba is available and they are able to make my drink, it has always been good. I have tried other drinks here as well and have always had a great experience with each one. Additionally, the boba shop is very cute. They have a machine to take photos, which adds a nice touch. If it wasn’t for the negative experiences I’ve had with them running out of boba, I would have easily given them a 5 star review.

Heard a lot of great things about this place! Tried their Einspanner and 10 Won Ppang (Cheese/Bacon and Red Bean). Expected a strong coffee flavor from the Einspanner but found it a bit too sweet to my liking. Still super good though! Highly recommend trying their 10 Won Ppang! The cheese stretch was super satisfying and the red bean filling was just right. $7 for two is a pretty good deal too! This place is also just a drop and go because there is limited sitting. But the tables are super cute since they’re repurposed bins. They also have a mini photo booth that prints for free!

I came over after work today after watching one of the trending Instagram reels about the OnCloud99 drink. TL;DR The drink was good but a bit of trouble in the execution. Bring a thermos with you, if you want it on the go. The ordering process was straight forward and you can order on your phone thru their Toast website or directly on the tablet. Upon receiving the drink, the staff gently warned me that it was going to be very hot and I took caution with enjoying it. However what I had noticed, is that the cup sleeve poorly fit the cup (it touches the rim of the cup and marshmallow fluff). The fluff is good as a marshmallow connoisseur but I haven't had a true test of the beverage because it was scalding hot (like it just came off the stove). Instead of waiting around for the beverage to cool off to an enjoyable state, I used a straw to shove the remainder of the fluff into the cup and requested a lid to enjoy on the go. Unfortunately the lid provided was oversized and ill-fitting also (popping open after gently placing it in my cup holder - luckily I only spilled a couple of drops). Luckily I had my coffee thermos from today and poured the contents of the paper cup into it. After getting home , the drink was finally at an enjoyable temperature. You can definitely taste the earl gray and it was not too sweet. However, it was in the middle for my first time experience and I would probably try the other drinks next time !

Google
Cute little place with limited seating. The photo machine is so fun! I got a fruit tea and the tea was strong but the fruity flavor felt a bit artificial. But the croffle made up for it.

Yelp
What a delicious little place! What I like the most about this boba shop is the scent and the uniqueness... Right when you walk through the door, you smell that lovely, strong scent of tea! When this place first opened up I critiqued the decoration just a tad bit, didn't think it was the prettiest looking but over the few times I've come to grab a drink I came to adore it. I like that the crate look is different than the typical chair you'd see at any other shop. That's what makes it unique for how small the place is. What I also like is the little photo area they have in the corner. What an awesome little trinket to have and makes people smile!!! Drink 9/10 I have an earl grey milk tea with puff cream, brown sugar boba, and basil seed. I applaud the place for having basil seed as it's one of my favorite topics because it's so good for you. Other than that, I love the drink to bits... it has that very strong tea taste that I like a lot... not a lot of boba places have that strong tea taste, so to find that this shop does just that was so awesome. I've gotten a fruit drink here my first time going, but I can't remember how the taste was, but I can say that the drink in the picture I provided (strawberry mango) looks absolutely amazing... it has fruit bits inside, and I personally love that a lot in a fruity drink it enhances the flavor by a whole lot Ambiance 5/10 Like I said previously it's not the most appealing little spot...but it's unique and I love the lovely smell of the tea when you walk in and I'm sure when they make their croffles it smells even better. Service 7/10 From the times that I've gone, I was always greeted by the staff... you have the option to order with them or at a kiosk, but I believe that the kiosk could be a bit higher for its at a really weird angle, so you have to tilt your neck at a weird angle.

Trinh P.

Yelp
Great service and great drinks! Greeted by a gentleman who was ready to take my order but of course my family didnt send orders so I opt to go to self service kiosk. Milk drinks are non dairy! Boba is really soft chewy and sweet! Tasty drinks! Got the jasmine, and earl grey which we both loved. Lots of parking, wasn't busy when I got arrived. Def would come back if I am in the area.

Veerawan T.

Yelp
Beautifully decorated cafe with a FREE photobooth station when you step inside! It's super cute. It prints from a receipt paper but loved the concept of it. You'll order from the kiosk and service is fairly quick. We got: Corn Latte - I'm not much of a coffee person but the corn cream on top balances it out. The flavor was sweet and creamy with a hint of corn. Very interesting but must try it. Croffle. Bisoff - I enjoyed this but it has a lot of cream which makes it super sweet. That's my personal preference though, I had to scrape it off because it was too much. However, it was extremely delightful :)

Yelp
If you're looking to shake up your taste buds with unique asian flavors, head to ChaChaCha in Fremont! I totally understand the hype behind their famous Corn Einspanner, it's creamy, sweet, and truly one of a kind. For desserts, the Dubai Chocolate Croffle is a crispy delight, filled with a luscious cream, crunchy kanafe bits and topped with crunchy pistachios. Also, don't miss out on their Oreo Sesame Croffle, which is just as decadent. For drinks, the On Cloud Nine is a dreamy concoction of Earl Grey hot chocolate topped with homemade toasted marshmallow fluff. It's like dessert in a cup! And if you're feeling adventurous, try the Kumquat Lemon Green Tea for a refreshing twist. With so many offerings, from unique drinks to Corn Cheese and Nutella 10 Won Ppang, and croffles, this spot is a must-visit for anyone who loves standout drinks and unforgettable desserts. I'm also in love with their cute little free Photo Booth and quick service. Save this spot and satisfy your sweets cravings!

Yelp
Cha cha cha your way over to this Korean dessert spot! .:: Sweets::. Dubai Chocolate Croffle: super unique! LOVED the pistachio filling almost a crispy wafer feelz. Exterior was warm and chocolate-y and crunchy Corn Croffle: tastes exactly like the pop cereal! Delightful sweet treat Corn Einspanner: one of their most popular drinks. If u like corn! nutty butter Einspanner: not a coffee drinker but I loved the topper for this! A little earthy a lot of nutty ! Strawberry Crunch: love the crunchy aspect they add in but u gotta drink this fast before it gets soggy. 10 won ppang : I add in cheese and bacon super cheesey and makes for the best cheese pull. Great little snack. I also tried the Nutella one which was so yummy. Kumquat Lemon Green Tea with Basil Seed: if u like tart drinks, this is the one !! Super tangy and refreshing Peach mango green tea: refreshing for my fruity drink lovers Taro Strawberry: puree strawberry and taro ! Tastes kinda like captain crunch per my friend .:: Ambiance / Parking / Service :: The place is super cute. they newly got a Photo Booth machine and my friends and I had fun taking some black and white pics on it. Blue and pink accents really makes the place pop Parking was easy as it was located in a plaza. Taylor, the owner is super nice and cares a lot about their desserts. She makes sure everyone is satisfied with their products!

Yelp
The service here is good and fast! The ambiance is cute and small, they have a photo booth where you can take some fun memories of you and your party with the Cha Cha Cha logo. This is my third visit here. The Dubai chocolate croffle drew me to this place on instagram. And the hype is real, it's the best Dubai chocolate I had in the bay area. Too good! My go to drink here is definitely the Kumquat Lemon Green Tea (Aloe & Basil Seeds). I love the combination of sweet & sour. All drinks are of course customizable to your taste buds.

Yelp
You know when you go to a place and the food just hits, this is that place. Went here with my gf and friends and we each got a drink and all of us really liked what we got. We all got 75% sweet and it was the oerfect amount of sweetness to bring out the flavor. But we really came here for the croffles! Those were DEC A DENT! Definitely made for sharing and paired well with our drinks.

Christy T.

Yelp
Service was better than excellent: I had a birthday reward that the system did not recognize, the store manager honored it. So I bought an additional drink to use the birthday rewards, $5 off. Usually in other stores, sometimes they would be impatient and may not honor it. Did not remember that I had come her before. But I did! Their drinks are not too sweet, and 30% sweetness is really 30% sweetness. I asked the guy what Ein Spanner means, he said coffee. The Spanner drinks were pretty unique. The fresh milk tea and fresh milk were delicious. Panda included 2 toppings. Parking lot was small, around 1:30-2pm, it was easy to find a spot. Will try the waffles next time. Also if you use the toast app, you can earn rewards. Ambiance was casual yet nice. There were few chairs if you wanted to stay and drink and eat there. Will come back for the good customer service.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday evening and it wasn't packed. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and it came out super fast! It was creamy and not too sweet which was nice. They included a lot of boba as well which I was really happy about. The Photo Booth was also such a unique touch too! I will definitely be back!

Clarisse L.

Yelp
Saw this place on tiktok and I really wanted to try it because of the corn einspanner latte! I'm SO glad I did because this is my new favorite coffee shop in the Bay for einspanners. The corn flavor was subtle but so good, and the latte still had a strong coffee flavor. The cafe also has a little print out photo booth which was super cute, and the service was quick and friendly! Loved this place and can't wait to visit again!

Rheina C.

Yelp
Went on a weekday evening after dinner for a sweet treat. It wasn't busy at all. We ordered a boba drink, a hot matcha latte, and a croffle. The bona and croffle were good, but the matcha was not hot at all and just tasted like milk. I also noticed that the staff members who were working that night kept trying it out in the back.. and I think they even noticed something didn't taste right but continued to serve it anyways. Also for not being busy, everything did take a little long to serve. The place is cute and all because of the little photo wall and unique photo booth station set up, but the service is kind of preventing me from going back..

Anna A.

Yelp
Wow! Ordered the nutty brown einspanner and it's now one of my favorite coffee orders. I'm a huge fan of peanut butter so a nice creamy sweet nutty peanut butter cold foam over coffee??? An absolutely perfect drink for me. They also have a receipt paper Photo Booth which i collect and got to take a few with my baby for the first time :) don't forget to leave one on the wall!

Julianna P.

Yelp
Corn Einspanner -- sweet and creamy, just the perfect amount of sweet corn flavor. If you sip it at a 45 degree angle, you get a perfect mix of the cream and the coffee! It's really delicious if you like corn flavored food. Corn Croffle -- warm and crispy, the sweet creme had the right amount of corn flavor. The corn croffle is a little bit sweeter, so if you drink the Corn Einspanner you might not taste the corn flavor on the Corn Einspanner as much! But both have really good corn flavor!

Belinda T.

Yelp
It's been awhile since we've been back and they are def jumping on the trendy phase. They have a cute little free photobooth picture thing on top of milk crates. It prints out and you can stick it on the wall. We came for the won plant but their machine was broken. We got the Dubai chocolate croffle sweet corn croffle corn ein spanner and a strawberry mango fruit tea. The croffles... did it taste fresh. They were super hard and cold. The Dubai chocolate croffle at $12 was definitely not worth it. The pistachio paste was very clumpy and the crispy bits could've been more. The flavor was okay. But if they are going to keep up with the trends they'll have to try harder. The sweet corn croffle has a good flavor but again the croffle was so hard and dry.. maybe if they want to pre cook them leave them a little under and heat them back up when people order? The corn ein spanner was tasty though. This one they got on with the trend. The espresso was pulled well and paired perfectly with the sweet corn and the corn ice cream on top was cute and tasty. The fruit tea tastes like the other drinks I remember when it was 99% teahouse. Def stick to the bobas/ drinks pass on the croffle. Maybe next time I'll be able to try the won ppong

Allyson D.

Yelp
Loved how they had a free photo booth to use right when you enter! Such a cute and quick way to keep yourself entertained while you wait to order or wait for your drinks/snacks. They even provided tape so you can tape your printed photo on the wall! Aside from that, we ordered the viral corn einspinner and it was delicious! The right amount of coffee flavor with the right amount of sweet corn flavor (I ordered regular sweetness for my drink). We also ordered the 10 won ppang filled with mozzarella and corn (not pictured) and that was AMAZING. We weren't expecting the batter to be mochi so it was a sweet textural surprise. The ppang was perfectly filled with the mozzarella and corn and it was severed to us piping hot (literally super hot so be careful and let it cool before you take a bite). And considering the price for the 10 won ppang was only $4 and the size of the snack was pretty big, it's such a good deal! We will definitely be coming back!

Katherine L.

Yelp
Stopped by on a weekday noon which was nice because it wasn't busy at all. The guy working was friendly. I got the Corn einspanner and it was hard to drink directly from the cup initially. The cream was the only thing that I would get, none of the coffee. I used the straw to stir it up a bit and drink from somewhere in the middle and that helped. then when I could stir it all together more, it was much better. Overall I enjoyed the sweet corn flavor and it was much better mixed with the coffee because otherwise the corn was overpowering. It was a bit too creamy for my liking. I like that they have many options of drinks, but mostly boba milk tea type of drinks. Perhaps will be back for one of those some time.

Melinda K.

Yelp
ChaChaCha is back again with new croffle flavors and seasonal drinks, including a cute photo booth. I even love their new logo design which is more fun. What I got: Corn Einspanner- corn ice cream shaped in corn topped with corn cream and strong coffee; right sweetness at 50% but must finish immediately due to the ice cream. I would come back for this. Strawberry Crunch- a bit too sweet even after mixing the strawberry puree. The crunch topping reminds me of tiny cereal, so must consume it fast to prevent getting soggy over time. Corn Crossand Croffle- love the corn flakes furikake topping and the corn inside the cream. The waffle part is crispy, yet a bit too sweet for me like the Strawberry Crunch. Dubai Chocolate Croffle (Fridays only) - generous pistachio filling; less sweet than a regular Dubai Chocolate Bar. The crispy waffle dipped in chocolate and covered in pistachios is touched to perfection. Pumpkin Spice Dalgona- strong pumpkin spice flavor enough to energize you with coffee; better than Starbucks. Taro Puff- more like taro milk at 50% sweetness. Best to add mashed taro topping for more taro flavor on my next visit. The service was great since there weren't many people on a Saturday afternoon (after 1 pm). Taylor the owner was friendly and kind to explain the new menu with a backstory. The photo booth was the fun part since I went crazy with several shots. You are welcome to tape a few prints on the wall.

Kevin P.

Yelp
Parking could be a nightmare. Service was extremely fast and they have a cute Photo Booth where you can take photos for free. Drinks are simple and they're great, nothing more nothing less. Only drawback I'll say is that i I ordered a peach mango tea and no toppings but I ended up getting egg pudding inside my drink. Definitely killed it for me

Minnette T.

Yelp
This review is for the multiple times I've visited this business. When I saw ChaChaCha on my for you page I was excited to come here and try their 10 won ppang which make a great snack. Definitely try the corn and mozzarella it's like corn cheese in a bread. Overall the drink menu here is well thought out but I did feel quality dip over the summer. There came a point in my visits it tasted like I was drinking mostly milk in my drinks which was disappointing especially since I like to get the Dalgona. I take my friends from South Bay here and they also felt like their drinks were mostly milk. I'm hoping this isn't the case in future visits.

Kelly A.

Yelp
YUMMY CORN EINSPANNER, could taste the strong coffee, got great flavor from the corn, and was so creamy and delicious. truthfully 10 won ppang was unremarkable, good cheese pull from the corn cheese one but I didn't really enjoy the taro one. it's a cute cafe with some indoor seating.

Mariam M.

Yelp
Bitchy customer service. Good taste like shit. No fucking place to sit. Where am I supposed to eat? LEAVE

Sachi U.

Yelp
I ordered the corn einspanner, which wasn't on the menu displayed on the wall. Inside, I was disappointed to see no real seating. It was just side benches more so meant for waiting for your drink. The last corn latte type drink I've tried was at Haru Cake so I had pretty high expectations. The first sip I tried of this drink had a veeeeery slight corn flavor and after that, it completely disappeared and it just tasted like a regular einspanner. I couldn't even try the corn ice cream on top bc it was so warm inside that it already started to melt. For 8 bucks I want it to at least taste like what it is supposed to taste like.

Kate X.

Yelp
This place has definitely redesigned their branding and menu since the last time I came here, and now they have trendy drinks such as einspanner and Korean snack food. I got the corn einspanner here and it was very good! I like how the cream tastes like corn and has the right amount of sugar.

Francie M.

Yelp
Great tea, disappointing croffle. Stopped in for a snack before heading to Quarry Lakes park around the corner. Ordered a kumquat lemon green tea with no basil seeds or aloe, 70% sugar, 70% ice. This was amazing for a hot summer day! Tart and sweet and the kumquat gave it a little extra oomph compared to a standard lemon tea. The Oreo croffle (croissant waffle?) was kinda sad - small pieces and the cream melted from the hot waffle. The taste was meh. Wish I had gotten the other baked good, the stuffed medallion thing. Logistics: - "waiting area" seating on crates and benches only; not really a place to linger but the decor is cute inside! - easy ordering and customization through kiosk off to side - plenty of strip mall parking available - outside of shop says "99 Tea House", the "ChaChaCha" only appears on inside decor

Anna C.

Yelp
We used to come here when it was still 99% tea house, but now it's much better and more chic when they converted to Cha Cha Cha with more special flavors and more of a Korean cafe vibe. The Corn Ein Spanner is their seasonal special, cute and delicious (Viennese latte)! Their Korean mochi ppang are sooo yummy, I ordered red beans and taro, both chewy and sweet, can't wait to try the rest of their other flavors next time

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Finally made a trip to try the 10-won ppang (pancake) and it was delicious! We got Nutella & biscoff filling but will definitely try other flavors. It was freshly made so we were able to enjoy it at its prime. The outer layer was golden brown while inside was soft, mochi-like consistency. Plenty of filling to pancake ratio. Inside, there is also a cute selfie photo station that instantly prints your photo. Everyone tapes their photo to the wall and it just so cute! Staff was also very polite in explaining the menu and patient with our questions.

Cathy L.

Yelp
WHERE TO GET KOREAN STYLE DRINKS & SNACKS? I recently revisited ChaChaCha in Fremont and was blown away by their new einspanners! Don't miss out on their trendy corn einspanner-- it's a must try The nutty einspanner was the perfect blend of creamy and crunchy, perfect for any peanut lover like me! If you prefer something sweeter, their strawberry crunch tastes just like a nostalgic bowl of cereal milk And for a warm and cozy drink, their earl grey hot chocolate with torched marshmallow is a great choice Their croffles here were equally impressive. I was most excited for the Dubai chocolate flavor which was packed with a generous amount of pistachio filling ‼ The corn croffle was a unique and tasty with the crispy cornflake toppings. And if you're a fan of classic flavors, the Biscoff one would make a delicious choice Hehe and don't forget to capture the moment at their adorable photo booth while you wait for your order! * corn einspanner * nutty einspanner * strawberry crunch * earl grey hot chocolate * dubai chocolate croffle * corn croffle * biscoff croffle

Josh K.

Yelp
Super good boba and snacks! Loved their croffles, especially the corn one! The cream is super airy and not overly sweet. Their drinks are very solid and would definitely recommend it!

Celina N.

Yelp
Went here to try the corn einspanner and it just tastes like a regular latte with a hint of corn. The corn flavor is very similar to Chinese gummy corn candy. I wish the corn flavor stood out more, but it's very faint. Also ordered the oreo sesame croffle and was not a fan. I didn't like the sesame on there and the croffle itself was extremely soft.

Marissa C.

Yelp
Korean-style Boba shop in Fremont! Yes, you can find that viral Corn Cheese Coin here! The 10 Won Ppang is a must-get and often sells out quickly. You can customize the filling with other options like nutella, biscoff, cheese, bacon, corn, mashed taro, or red bean. Besides this coin, they also sell Croffles that come in either Oreo or Biscoff flavors with the option to add ice cream. The drinks are also Korean inspired and are perfect for those with a sweet tooth. If you don't like your drinks overly sweet, I recommend getting 50% sweetness. * Matcha Strawberry SpecialCha * Oolong Black Milk Tea * Kumquat Fruit Tea * Peach Mango Fruit Tea * Strawberry Mango Fruit Tea * 10 Won Ppang (highly recommend!) * Oreo Croffle

Tiffany N.

Yelp
Came here to try their viral corn coffee and wow it did not disappoint. The coffee was strong, and corn flavor was there but not overpowering. Highly recommend it. We also loved the Dubai croffle. Sweet but loved the crunch. Other drink favs was the taro puff, strawberry crunch, hojicha latte, and peach mango green tea with lychee jelly. Can't go wrong with their drinks. Service was fast despite busy weekend. Loved the free photobooth they had also

Jessica H.

Yelp
Quick stop just for the 10 Won Coin. Ordered 2 flavors: taro and cheese & bacon. Coins are made to order, so eat them while it's hot and still crispy for maximum cheese pull. The dough has a delightful mochi-like texture with just the right amount of chewiness. While both flavors were delicious, I preferred the cheese over the taro. Recommend a try at least once.

Jessica K.

Yelp
I saw this spot on Instagram and my friends and I decided to make the trek up to Fremont to try the 10 won bread. This spot is located in an unassuming strip mall but it was packed and smelled deliciously of butter and bread. You're able to order at the counter or by tablet, but they didn't have all the drink items in the tablet so I had to order at the counter. I got the 10 won bread with all cheese, a roasted oolong milk tea, and choco ppong smoothie for my boyfriend to-go. The choco ppong is topped with Jolly Ppong, which is a sweet Korean rice puff snack. The workers were pumping out the 10 won bread like a factory so everything was made to order and piping hot. I really enjoyed the slight sweetness from the batter and the saltiness from the cheese. Milk tea was solid and my boyfriend said the smoothie was good albeit slightly melted by the time I got home. Service was super friendly and the owner was really sweet. If I lived closer, I'd probably come by to get the 10 won bread more often because it's such a steal for the price.

Michelle S.

Yelp
I haven't visited in person yet, but I've ordered from here many times through DoorDash since their fees are lower than other boba places (if you don't have DashPass). I usually get the Peach Mango Green Tea, but lately, I've tried the Strawberry Mango--and it's sooo good! Our orders always arrive within 40 minutes, which is super fast. The boba is always well-made and seems like it's prepared with care. Highly recommend, and I'm looking forward to visiting in person soon!

Yelp
99 Tea House has rebranded to ChaChaCha and really stepped up their game! I was super excited to try the viral Cheese Coin (10 Won Ppang) and it lived up to the hype. It's the perfect savory and sweet snack; really warm and comforting! Was also stoked to find out they sold other snacks like croffles with ice cream. Also a great sweet and savory snack; the croffle itself is also crispy and flaky. For drinks, I'd highly recommend getting any one of their puff series. I tried the Matcha Oreo puff this time which was the most delicious dessert drink! The matcha flavored puff cream and oreo crumbs paired together was really delicious. Also enjoyed the peach mango green tea, matcha strawberry, and rose milk tea, but would pass on the thai tea (too sweet; doesn't taste like thai). We went on a Saturday around 6PM and it was packed so our orders took a while to come out. Still, the workers and the owner were doing their best and the effort is much appreciated! It's a tiny shop with minimal seating, and they seem to have redesigned to make it look more minimalistic. Will be back for sure!

Yelp
Finally got to try ChaChaCha and their famous coins (not pictured because I was too excited) I did not get the cheese one however, I did get the Nutella and Biscoff. SO yummy. This alone would be worth to come and try. The Matcha Oreo Puff was even more yummy!!! Matcha was not too sweet and the oreo was just the perfect amount. I thought it would be a slushy but it was definitely more of a tea with the puff topping which I liked! The place itself is fairly small, only really enough for a couple parties to sit + a waiting area. However theres a lot of parking! I went on a busier day so it took like 20+ minutes to get my coins, and there were only like 2 ppl working but i feel like with the hype of these coins, its only gonna get busier! will come back soon to try more drinkies :)

Yelp
We ordered a cheese and a cheese and bacon 10ppang. Mostly we came for the novelty of it and because I saw it on an Instagram feed . It's pretty much a big Taiyaki, with some sweeetness in the batter. You can get the same kind of fillings too: Nutella, red bean, custard, etc. I was in a savory mood and the cheese was great, but certainly comes out hot, so make sure to hit the sweet spot of meaty warm, but not too cold the cheese is solidifying. Wait wasn't too long and prices were really reasonable. A fun food adventure!

Yelp
A friend claimed that 99TeaHouse was their favorite OG boba shop but was confused about the ChaChaCha rebranding. I then started seeing an influx of ig reels showing this spot and their revamped menu! It's also a perfect time to check them out as it's Fremont Restaurant Week and their running a special on their croffle + drink combo. I was super excited to see them have ein spanner drinks, as I've been seeing a wave of these lattes in coffee shops across LA but this is the first I've heard of in the bay! I tried the nutty brown ein spanner, which is a peanut butter latte with a thick layer of cream in the drink. This was deliciously creamy and lightly sweet. Unfortunately they were out of the sesame ein spanner which I also really wanted try for the black sesame cream. For snacks, my sister ordered the Lotus caramel croffle which had a super unique contrasts of sweet and buttery flavors. It's a warm, chewy waffle layered with a lightly salted buttercream, drizzled with caramel sauce, and topped with a Lotus biscuit. I also tried the 10 won ppang with mozzarella cheese. The cheese did seep out of the one I ordered so mine was mostly waffle, but nonetheless the bread was hot, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had just the slightest touch of sweetness. The inside has a small seating area and milk crates are used small table tops. They have one self ordering kiosk off to the side once you enter the store, and one walk up ordering area at the counter. I came in on a busy afternoon and the workers were working super fast and making sure everyone's order came out correctly and to their liking.

Yelp
Ordered a passionfruit fruit tea with boba. It was really tasty and refreshing. Service was quick, and I just used a kiosk to order. I will say I felt they put too much ice in my drink which made the liquid drink seem lesser so maybe ordering light ice is the way to go.

Yelp
The drinks are great and yummy! They also have new trendy drinks like corn einspanner! The coffee isn't too sweet which I like. They have delicious croffles and coin cheese!!! I highly recommend getting their snacks when you come!

Yelp
If you expect to get cheese coins, expect everyone else to also get one, thus a long long wait. I think that we waited at least 50 minutes. With only 4 waffles being able to be made at a time due to limited machinery, it's expected to wait a while. We got the cheese corn and red bean coins and they're delicious. They have that nice mochi like waffle texture to them which is fantastic. And at a price of $3.45 each, I'd come back for it if I was in the area! However, all three of the workers were hustling to get all the orders completed as best that can. Their drinks are good and their boba texture great but not much sugar flavor to the boba. The drinks only took 10 minutes which was quick! The drinks were very cheap as well. There is not much seating in the building.

Yelp
Came here to check out the 10 wonders pang as I just came back from Japan and had something similar. That's a wrong concept cuz the 10 won pang here taste different. We got a nutella one and one with mozzarella. The pang came out very hot. The mozzarella made the pang kinda salty which was not expected. It's worth to try other flavor. Maybe one or red beans one. The croffle one was surprisingly small. The Oreo by itself is good or have the croffle with ice cream would be good.

Yelp
Not sure if this is under new management as the name changed. I used to go to 99 Teahouse to hang out with friends when I lived in Fremont. This is located in a small plaza with other restaurants so parking can be difficult at times. Once you enter, you can either order at the front with an employee or through a tablet located on the right side by the door. I honestly didn't see it so I ended up ordering up front, which was fine. I got the Matcha Strawberry with less sugar and less ice. They recommend ordering their drinks at 50% sugar because of how sweet they are. I end up trying this drink whenever I see it on the menu. It was delicious! There was a good balance where you can taste both the matcha and the sweetness of the strawberry. Sometimes it can taste too watered down and I just taste the milk. My husband and I also got the Oreo Croffle, which FYI has black sesame. It was really good! The croffle is made when ordered so it was warm and fresh. The oreo and sesame were just right in terms of the flavor. I have no complaints. I think the only sad part was that there's no longer tables outside and the seating inside is not really meant for people to stay and hang out - it's a long bench with milk crate designed tables.

Yelp
A sudden boba craving led us to this place. Bright and open with limited seating, this place was busy when we got here. After seems like eons of time deciding what we should get, we put in our order. Ein Spanner Nutty brown, Matcha Tiger and 10 won Ppang (Red Bean, Biscoff, Taro). Nutty Brown was prepped with tiny chunks of peanut. As you sip it, you can taste the bitterness of the coffee without overwhelming your taste bud. You get the chunks of peanut with every sip of the coffee and that was a different delight in your palate. The 10 won Ppang were crunchy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside. It has a chewy taste that of a mochi and with the selected fillings you put inside were very flavorful. They weren't too sweet and filling to batter ratio were perfect. This place most especially the people who runs it were very welcoming and friendly. Eventhough the place that day were busy with a slew of incoming customers, the turnaround of your orders were prompt. Definitely worth the travel.

Yelp
Not sure if it's still 99 or Chachacha. We got Matcha Milk Tea and Hokkaido Caramel Milk Tea. Drinks were still yum. We would definitely get these drinks again. Even though we don't live near anymore This is located in a small strip plaza. Parking lot in front And No line on a weekday Service was pretty good

Yelp
Order: * Black sesame puff cream $5.79 (0% Sweet) * Lychee tea w/ basil seeds $4.99 * Kumquat fruit tea w/basil seeds and lychee jelly $5.29 (25% sweet) * Sesame Ein Spanner $6.29 As a long-time patron of what was once 99% Tea House, my recent visit to ChaChaCha felt familiar with flavor options new and old. Since the renovation and change in ownership(?), I was curious to see how the menu had evolved, and I wasn't disappointed. As we stepped inside, we noticed a few changes--the store now had a couple of seats available, which was just what we needed after our stroll around Lake Elizabeth. Jennifer, the friendly employee who helped us, elevated our experience with her attentive and quick service. Despite the quiet start to our visit on a Monday afternoon, the place soon came to life as more people started to trickle in. While the Kumquat fruit tea leaned towards the slightly sour side at 25% sweetness, it offered a refreshing blend of sweet and tangy notes that I enjoyed. The Black Sesame Puff Cream at 0% sweet was creamy and more liquid than I expected for a "puff cream," it reminded me of half and half. Its overall flavor is a nice blend with the strong taste of black sesame making it an enjoyable experience. The real surprise came when I saw they had Ein Spanner on the menu. Einspänner, a coffee I hadn't encountered since a chance visit to a traditional Viennese Kaffeehaus while on a business trip near Lynnwood, WA. I remember enjoying the Einspänner back then, and I haven't seen it on any menu since. Jennifer informed us that this version is a popular Korean coffee, and we decided to try the sesame flavor. As someone who loves trying coffee wherever I go, this was a pleasant discovery. The sesame Einspänner was well-balanced, the sesame flavor blending with the coffee to create a delightful fusion of bitterness and sweetness, with a creamy richness from the sesame cream. While initially quiet on the Monday afternoon we visited, ChaChaCha quickly filled up. Overall, ChaChaCha retains the quality and distinction that 99% Tea House had among other local boba shops, while also introducing exciting new flavors and experiences.

Yelp
This place is really small. It's mostly an order and get to-go vibe rather than sit and chill. They have two tables by the entrance but there was a big group chilling there when I came in so they were kind of blocking the doors. Anyways I got the Okinawa milk tea with pudding. The person who took my order said it's normally sweet so was I certain about my 100% sweetness level. I appreciate that she asked and let me know. I still stuck with 100% and it was not as sweet as I would have liked. But everyone's preference is different. I order 3 ppang. 1 Nutella, 1 biscoff, and 1 cheese and bacon. Except the savory one didn't even have any bacon so not sure what went wrong here. It took about 10-15 mins so wait wasn't too bad. My drink got made a lot faster. Overall just average boba.
