In a perfect world, the employees would have personality traits that were similar to the products they sold. Then you'd expect to find fishy people at seafood restaurants, happy people at clown colleges, and airheads working at balloon stores. You get the point, I'm sure, but in this perfect world, the people who worked at A Chocolate Dream would actually be sweet: Acknowledging customers with a simple greeting.
There is a large candy selection here, childrens clothes, and gift baskets galore... But you know, in this economy, customer service really makes me want to spend money at foo-foo places (aka luxury, non-necessities sorts of places). Being ignored and glared at makes me want to snap my wallet shut. A Chocolate Dream? More like a dream where I peed the bed.
