"A Cupcake Social, the food truck turned storefront has announced it is the latest closure amidst the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic. In a Facebook post today the shop said, “A Cupcake Social will be permanently closing at the end of May 2020.” Hours of operation for curbside pickup will remain until May 30. Known for inventive flavors as dreamy soft textures, the cupcakes soon became a habit for little cake lovers." - Joy Summers

We stopped in on Saturday. Cute place, we had two different chocolate cupcakes but sadly they were a bit dry and the frosting wasn't that flavorful. They also had a limited selection. I wanted to like it, but I doubt I'd go back.

I bought a dozen cupcakes today and they were all delcious!! I was only going to by 10, but was told it would be a better deal to buy a dozen and then get 10% off! And boy am I happy I did! Most people ended up eating 2 because they were so good. So moist and flavorful! Not overly sweet. The perfect balance. I loved the peanut butter baby and the strawberry shortcake. My mom loved the classic vanilla with vanilla frosting! I will come back again!

Stopped in because I needed cupcakes last minute. Such a cute space and quite a few cupcakes available on such a short notice. Was very impressed and can't wait to place an order and try some other flavors. The mocha cupcakes was amazing! I loved the frosting ❤

I went here today for my mom's birthday, and I was first of all thankful to find a bakery open on Sunday, because I'm not the best at planning ahead. I went near the end of the day and the selection was still very wide, and everything looked so delicious. The workers were very pleasant and answered my questions honestly and were very helpful. The cupcakes I picked up were a big hit at the party I got them for, and everyone wanted to know where I got them from. I also got tea and it was delicious! Very cute place, very good cupcakes, very creative flavors.

My girls love this place. It's usually quiet in their corner shop and has a play kitchen that is fascinating to them. The decor has a whimsical vibe that plays well to cupcakes. The cupcakes are quite good, as well! They have some rotating flavors and some constants. 'The Dude' and "Death by Chocolate' are both very good.

I was driving to work and never noticed this place thought it was really cute walking in I actually thought it was a place where cakes and cupcakes were supposed to be pre ordered for Events. I thought the places really cute to very chic but then I noticed a kids play area and then handmade Winter hats and mittens for babies. That was a little confusing because it looked more like a place you can have a bunch of your girls go to in have a tea party and enjoy a delicious cupcake. Since I came here during a blizzard cupcakes were not out in the front quite yet but she did have some made in the back. I ordered a vanilla cupcake it was delicious nice and crispy on the top frosting was kind of basic I was hoping for some sort of vanilla bean frosting or vanilla bean on the inside it was a little dry almost the texture of cornbread. For $3 a cupcake I was expecting for something a bit more delicious. Customer service was good she gave me a free coffee because her water heater wasn't hot enough for my T so I sat and waited for a while. I ended up ordering half a dozen just to see how the others would taste. This is definitely a place you would order and take out in terms of sitting down and eating a cupcake with a cup of tea is not somewhere you would go it was super quiet and I hate going into places that are really quiet you can hear yourself breathing. I don't think I would see myself coming again unless of these other cupcakes are worth said I hope they don't taste like cupcakes I could make at home because the vanilla cupcake definitely did.

This is such a lovely shop! Very kind customer service and delicious cupcakes! I love small businesses because of the sense of community you get and the guarantee of quality. The frosting to cake ratio is on point and melts in your mouth. A perfect treat for a birthday, anniversary, rainy day, sunny day... any day! Haha 😉
