Salmon tartare - Not enough dressing
Japanese kani salad - the mayo dressing taste weird. Like mixed with cough medicine.
Salmon gin- The sauce is really good. The salmon was complicated... Curry, sweet...
Vietnamese spring roll - very crunchy, the sauce is delicious with bit of sweet and spicy.
Mama Wong dumpling - Slightly spicy, typical dumpling but I think they added a spicy sweet soy sauce.
Special California roll - Good. It's California roll.
Dynamo roll - very creatively done with crispy thin noodle on top. Nice flavor.
Tom yum Chicken stick - Very creative. Love the Tom yum saucer but the curry chicken inside the stick was quite delicious already.
Scallops - good garlic flavor but on a bit salty side.
