A Go Go Sushi and Ramen

Amazing food, lovely atmosphere, and attentive staff. Was greeted and seated promptly upon entering. Waiter was very kind and polite, and food came quickly after ordering. Presentation of everything was beautiful and prices are great! Tempura shrimp roll was fresh and delicious. Tonkatsu ramen was rich and flavorful but still light. Both dishes had a great portion size for the price. Will absolutely be coming back! Definitely recommend.

First time visiting A Go Go Sushi and Ramen with my family and I could already tell I was going to have an awesome time! As soon as we walked in, we were seated and welcomed with open arms. Our server was kind and helpful by recommending good meals for us to try out. We were served with fast refills, and our food tasted delicious. Not only did the food look appetizing, but the flavor was delightful and well balanced. When unsure of what to choose at first, we were then provided with fast answers and polite descriptions of what they offered. Another thing I noticed about the place was the setting of the restaurant. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and their table had cute pins and items for customers to look at or buy. Not only that, but even the restroom was pretty organized. It was both clean and comfortable to be able to use. Everything was so high quality and deeply put into care for. My experience was great and we definitely will be coming back next time!

My Wife and I sincerely enjoyed our dinner at Sushi A Go Go yesterday evening. The restaurant features high quality sushi (Japanese style) and Chinese dishes that are delicious, high quality and meticulously prepared. Ideal for couples dining and families with children (10 yr old and up). I mention children because children and adults would love many of the Japanese prepared dishes some prepared with whimsical ways adorned with small flashing colored lights, fog and shark figurines that accompany the items on the plate. My Wife ordered a full dinner which comes with your choice of side salad with deliciously prepared homemade dressing, miso soup and a few California roles + her main course, all very reasonably priced. I enjoyed an order of General Tso’s Chicken, lightly battered and fried breast meat and a choice of steamed or fried rice. I opted for the steamed rice which was fluffy and paired great with my General Tso’s Chicken. One item worth mentioning, while my Wife happen to order a full dinner, I was not. Fortunately Sushi A Go Go offers both Large (full sized) and Small (like a lunch-sized portion) for smaller appetites for about 25%-30% lower price than a dinner (L) portion size. Sushi A Go Go is a diamond in the rough and a great find. Definately worth your time and money. Check’em out, I think you’ll agree that this is a place worthy of return visits for lunch and dinner 😉

This restaurant is extremely high quality. I truly didn't expect the experience to be what it was. The service was very positive, fun, and responsive, without being too much. The food was very light and flavorful. Other restaurants use too much oil or sugar to make their sauces, but Go Go Sushi and Ramen really does a phenomenal job of keeping the food healthier while not losing the flavor. It truly was excellent. For reference, I'll attach images of the various meals and the beautiful presentations. This place deserves way way way more foot traffic, seriously. Go give them a try, you will not regret it.

I’m sad I didn’t come here before now. The nigiri is so fresh and soft. I did a repeat order and the owner told me he gets the salmon from Scotland every 3 days, and you can tell the difference from around the metropolitan area! I mean the sushi not only looks good but is everything you could want in taste and texture. The service is top notch as well. Presentation is on point with a smoking jar. I haven’t even started on the ramen. The flavor was so amazing and rich. The pictures don’t do it justice. Please do yourself a favor and add this to your list of favorites. Feels like youre dining with friends. Staff is so friendly and warm. We got the Tonkotsu ramen, spring rolls, and avocado roll. Everything was delicious. Have been here a few times with my daughters, every time its delicious. Would recommend, will keep coming back ❤️

I loved this place. The food is top notch and fresh. Of note, the carrot dressing on the salad was perfect, the crab meat sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the tempura vegetables were light and crisp. Our server Roberto was attentive and kind and don't get me started about the plate presentation- it truly is an experience. Add all of this to soothing music and a calm atmosphere and you get an experience that can change the tone of your day. We'll be back for the ramen. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

The food was so delish and freshly made. Our waiter was polite, kind and very helpful when asked questions about menu items. My family of 4 enjoyed shrimp tempura roll, spam musubi, and fried calamari as an appetizer. For lunch our kids got the childrens portion of ramen with chicken katsu and my husband and I both got spicy Tonkotsu ramen with black garlic oil added into it. The flavors was excellent! We also tried the Japanese beers Sapporo and Kirin Ichiban. I'd highly recommend this place! It's a hidden gem!

Service - IMPECCABLE Food - Amazing!! Ramen was stellar, especially the spicy one on the menu. All the rolls my son and I got were amazing Pricing - sushi is always expensive but this is on the lower end. 13 bucks for a bowl of ramen is not bad at all, especially given how delicious the broth was!

Pleasantly surprised by the very tasty RAMEN (chicken) broth. Also ordered a soft-shell crab appetizer. Both were yummy! Would do a repeat!

Cute establishment with tables and sushi bar services. We were seated right away and our waiter came over shortly after. Service was good and most dishes were out quick. Spicy edemame 2.5/5 before adding chili oil and soy sauce then it went to a 4. Baked green muscles, 5/5 good size and flavor. Chili oil was flavorful and crunchy! 5/5 Seafood udon 2.5/5 great noodles however the flavor was off, tasted like maybe cinnamon was added in? Strange taste wouldn't order again but presentation was great. Pastel roll- Very flavorful and plated beautifully! 5/5 Angry bird roll- 4/5 somewhat like the other roll we had but not as great as a flavor! Definitely will be back and look forward to trying other options!

Shout out to the yelpers that put me on. This place is now my go to for date nights. The ambiance is fun, the service is friendly and the food is delectable. What more can I ask for? We got the angry bird and the alaskan which was both delicious. It had good flavors and chunks of fish. I liked the angry bird just slightly more. The presentation was phenomenal and I got many people asking where this place is. I really hope that this business thrives bc I believe they deserve it! I don't know if we were extra hungry or the rolls were slightly on the smaller side (maybe both) so we ordered an app after. We tried the crab rangoon but that was a hard miss... too much cream cheese. However everything else was so good I can look over that. Their lunch menu looks really good for the price so might come back for that. Overall a 10/10 would definitely be back.

AMAZING I would love to gatekeep this place but it's too good locally to not share. Highly recommend this place for a quick sushi bite especially since I'm super picky with my sushi..

This is a newer neighborhood sushi place in Round Rock. They're not pretending to be anything they're not. It's not fancy schmancy but the sushi is very fresh, the service is very good, and they have a very large menu. This was our first time and we will be back. I'll point out that their prices (forgot to take a menu pic!) are lower than other sushi places making it something we can do more often which I truly appreciate. They brought our 4 lunch specials out "smoking" with dry ice for effect. The kids thought it was so cool! Places like this need our support to stay open to go try them and spread the word. Fresh sushi. Quality ingredients, not too much rice and a good amount of filling and a wonderful experience with their staff. So, they get 5 stars!

Upon entrance, there was a really unpleasant smell throughout the entire restaurant. The decor is nice, though I don't understand how the aesthetic of the tables connect with the rest of the theme. Our server was unfriendly and gruff for our entire visit. We had to flag him down from across the restaurant for everything we needed whether that be water and drink refills or to place our order or to pay for our meal. He actually yelled "What?!" at us one time. The restaurant was not busy, so there wasn't an apparent reason for this behavior. It got to the point where we were uncomfortable trying to get his attention for any of our needs. Not sure if this is the typical experience. Everything we ordered was delicious and plates were dressed up with beautiful decor. Edamame - hard to mess up, but was good Tonkotsu Ramen - very tasty, though not the best I've had Short ribs - delicious! Chicken fried rice - maybe some of the best I've had Sushi rolls - each we ordered was fresh and tasty I loved the food, but the smell and service gives me some pause. I may try this place again and hope for a better experience.

We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed their lunch specials! Looking forward to going back again. Lunch portions were a little small but over all we really enjoyed this place. Service was good and there was little to no wait during their lunch hour.

Insanely good food and service, the best presentations I've ever seen, a great place with an 18 page menu and great murals on the walls. In a word? Perfect.

We decided to take out some sushi last night and wanted to try this place after seeing good things written about it. The website was user friendly and we were able to place our order quickly. When we got there, our hot soup was separated from our sushi (thank goodness!) and everything was neatly packaged up and ready. The decor was pretty and the restaurant was clean. The rolls were delicious too! We got a California, a salmon, the sashimi appetizer, a caterpillar roll, and others, as well as edamame and miso soup. Everything was fresh and delicious! Everything was also priced appropriately. We will definitely be back!

The sushi here was so good. The rolls came out with cute presentations and were fresh and flavorful. We also ordered the spicy edamame and we had to dress it up quite a bit with soy sauce to enjoy. The udon noodle plate was interesting. It had a spice in it we were not expecting- maybe cinnamon? Would not order again. Our server was quick but we later had to wait around a bit for things like plates and silverware as they got busier. I appreciated the generous portions of chili oil, always a plus for me. The place itself seemed clean but there was an odd smell when you walk in that was overwhelming for my senses. I would definitely come back to try some more rolls but I'll have it to go please!

Went for sushi and drinks but it was all imitation crab so changed mind and we ordered differently. We ordered General Tso and sesame chicken both were solid choices.

Second time going here. For sure our favorite sushi spot. The service was fast and friendly. We got there right before the dinner rush and had a nice quiet experience. About the time we finished up the customers started coming in. I guess the secret is out? LOL

I found this place random and I'm glad I did. The service was quick, the food was amazing and it wasn't crowded. But granted I went around 1pm mid day. I will be back again. They have many options.

A Go Go Sushi & Ramen has become my family's new favorite sushi spot! If you haven't tried this spot out yet, I highly recommend. the food & service is outstanding. Extremely fresh sushi, delicious ramen & the presentation is spectacular! 10/10

I don't understand why a restaurant as nice as this one would half-heartedly approach certain aspects of the dining experience. For example, if you order iced tea or soda, it's served in a can, whereas even lower-end restaurants offer freshly made iced tea. The table setting and atmosphere are lovely, with a beautiful waterfall decor that creates a soothing ambiance. The miso soup I ordered was delicious, but it was served with a teaspoon instead of the proper soup spoon you'd expect at a higher-end establishment. The chopsticks provided are made of nice plastic, and the garnishes are exceptionally well done--this is why I say the experience feels half-hearted. The food itself was fantastic, and the waiter was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed all the sushi; see the pictures for examples.

My wife and I love support local places, this place is no exception. We came here at about 7:30 on a Monday night for an impromptu date to a nice relaxing atmosphere. Service was top notch, all the staff were incredibly friendly. Food was excellent, a little on the pricey said but worth it! (See presentation of the food) We will be back! Thank you

A little hesitant because there were no other patrons and the waitstaff didn't understand/speak much English, but let me tell you, they couldn't have been more nicer. With language barrier, I used the Notepad app on my phone to type out the number/order and she was so appreciative. We are truly the appreciative ones, though! The sushi was fresh, amazing, and this is now my favorite spot for sushi in this area. I tried a few other high star places and wasn't impressed with taste or quality, but A Go Go is special

First off such an amazing place when you walk into. Very open and full of decorations and the lights bring the whole place together. Food came out very fast and the staff was very friendly and very inviting and attentive. ramen/sushi Spicy Tonkotsu ramen - didn't have much flavor or spice was full with noodles, egg, bamboo shouts, fish cakes and pork which was the most delicious part! Black Garlic oil ramen This had sooo much flavor was soo delicious!! Will definitely order this again! Came with noodles, egg, bamboo shoots fish cakes and of course pork soo goood!! We went as a party of 4 and it was some, if not the best, sushi we all had! Everything was amazing (and we tried a good amount of items) and we will be back very soon. The owners are very lovely; the service is great, and the food doesn't just taste amazing - it was beautifully presented as well :)

Absolutely outstanding! I've had sushi all over -- including during my recent trip to Japan -- and I can honestly say that Sushi Agogo surpassed all expectations. The quality of the fish, the balance of flavors, the freshness -- everything was perfectly executed. Their sushi is incredibly refined and flavorful, and each piece felt like it was crafted with true attention to detail. The ramen was also exceptional -- rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that brought everything together in the most comforting way. The service was warm and efficient, the ambiance was cozy without being crowded, and the presentation of every dish was beautiful. You can really feel the passion behind what they do. I can't recommend this place enough. It's not just a good sushi spot -- it's on another level, way beyond what I've tasted even in Japan. Truly a hidden gem. I'll be coming back again and again.

Love trying new Sushi joints and this one is a MUST HAVE! The restaurant is quaint and clean with A great mood setting atmosphere. The presentation of our meal was incredible and unique. We ordered a ninja roll, an angry bird roll, and the pastel roll - all were delicious! This place is family friendly but has the ambiance of a great date night. The owner was a very cool guy who had restaurants in Las Vegas and moved here for family. If you get a chance, definitely swing by for some great sushi!

It was good! I ordered the Fuji Roll, with no cucumbers, for delivery. The presentation was beautiful! The sushi tasted fresh and not fishy. I would order it without the sauce next time, it was a little much.

Took a chance on this place and I'm glad that we did. We're not from around the area but based on the reviews we had to try it. We are sushi goers so if you're new to sushi I'd definitely recommend you try this place out. The presentation was so cute and the sushi was really fresh. We had AGogo roll, doggy roll, Angry Bird roll, and the Hotch roll. We ate everything quickly so we did not have photos but the ones that have been posted are a true representation. My kids enjoyed the teriyaki meal. The gyoza was delicious as well. We prefer steamed over fried so we loved it. It's small and cozy on the inside and for a Saturday evening, I'd say it quite comfortable. Can't wait for more people to discover this place!

Very good! I had the Chashu Bun... not to be confused with Cashew the nut. There was a typo on one of the menus online that said "Cashew Bun". It was delicious though! I also had the cucumber salad with ginger dressing instead of the regular dressing it came with. It was different than the creamy ginger dressing you usually get at other restaurants on their house salad. It was good just different. I also had the a go go roll and was pleased with the freshness and quality of it. Although I took my order to go, I have to say the service I got at pick up was great. The server was very attentive and friendly. He had the foresight to put ginger dressing in my bag even though I had changed my order from one salad to another that didn't come with it. The restaurant was nice, clean, inviting. I would go here to dine in.

They are brand new and oh goodness so delicious. I got the miso ramen and wow, it was sooooooo good! The crew were very friendly and the kitchen was super quick, I'll definitely be back.

Well experience was aweful fi I lady was rude as I was ordering another man came up to register she ignored me took his order My first time experience awful Just happened right now so I left couldn't Belice her or this man that walked up like that

if you want to spend alot of money and get the world smallest portion of food.. this is your place! what a joke. Update. You should not argue as an owner with your customers. Your portions are small and I'm sorry you set them that way paying $14 for such a small portion is a complete rip off. Do your math per piece and you'll understand as an owner you're charging too much for your portions anyway as a first time buyer. Good luck to you and your business. Your place is also dirty.

The service was awesome and the food was just as good. Definitely coming back. The restaurant was decorated for the culture. Makes the experience so much better.

When we walked in we were sat and ignored for 20 mins, eventually someone came to give us drinks and then took our order. We waited another while till eventually we got our food and all. The presentation of it was nice but food was decent, it was mostly bland. I expected a little more out of this place but unfortunately now I have food poisoning. Overall it was okay but I don't think I'll be back.

I really really wanted to love this place. I try to give local places priority and I know that corner spot has been really hard to keep anything in. Upon walking in, I was hit with a wave of stale fish. Not rotten, but certainly not fresh as you would smell at a good fishmonger. The place was cute, but this is a place I might take kids, not adults. The presentation was stunning - dry ice fog, beautiful boats and bright artificial flowers. The sushi upon receipt was mediocre at best. It was just about all inexpensive fillers (fake crab, cucumber, cream cheese) and no real fish to be seen. Every piece fell apart upon picking it up. Better taste, quality, and skill can be found at any grocery store. I hope this place can make some changes and find their best patron base.

Sushi was excellent. Really enjoyed tuna tuna roll, the Fuji roll, and veggie tempura. The presentation and service were also great. Definitely will come back again soon.

This place is really good. The presentation of the sushi was cute. We had the rainbow roll, sea monster roll, california roll, and a spicy roll I don't remember the name of. All of them were really good. The only reason for a four instead of the five was the quickness of the food service. The waitress was great and checking in when she noticed we needed something or if drinks were low. Overall great experience.

The food, service and presentation were all spot on! We went for lunch and enjoyed all aspects of the meal. The texture of the rice made me very happy and I really enjoyed the spicy edamame. Will be back

Me and my girlfriend want over here after our trip from Four20. This is place has yummy ramen & sushi. This place just open up so there was not many people there but I would recommend for people to check out this restaurant

All rolls were delicious and fresh! I had the tiger roll, a go go roll, the salmon roll, delicious gyoza, and Miso Soup. My favorite was the gyoza and the sushi by far - it's been hard finding good sushi off of Old Settlers. It's refreshing and chilled. This place is worth a visit and we will be returning. The food tasted fresh and the service was quick and kind. Great little spot to go for lunch or dinner if you're in the neighborhood!

Amazing food service and great food. Takoyaki is our facility appetizer and all sushi are really good. Really recommended.

Came in late one Sunday evening, and found the restaurant clean. Staff was inviting despite being within about 44 minutes from closing. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Among our party, we had sushi and ramen. Ramen was good. Sushi was delicious and one of the best presentations I've seen. Overall, we would definitely recommend.

My god, the sushi was soo good. I felt bad for showing up close to closing but I'm glad I ended up showing up. I've never had sushi and been so impressed.
